• Yui Man (9/5): - The property is located inside the historical centre so major sights are reachable on foot. The property is decent and well managed, with lift access and quite at night. Luigi was helpful in providing tips to go around and for dining. The airconditioner did not respond to remote and set fixed at 24°C. Getting to the taxi stand with our luggages through the cobble-stoned street was quite some work

We had an internal room and the only down side was the frequent noise of barking dogs and neighbours talking outside.

Il bagno é in comune ed é situato in una delle due stanze da letto, cosa non specificata nella descrizione e che ci ha messo molto a disagio. Andrebbe evidenziato in quanto per usufruire del bagno di notte bisogna entrare nella camera da letto (unica camera da letto). L'altro letto invece è posizionato al centro della stanza d'ingresso. Tavoletta del wc e rubinetteria del bagno instabili, necessita manutenzione. Al risveglio mattutino l’acqua era ghiacciata e non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usufruire di acqua calda. Il pavimento è datato. Vi sono mattonelle sollevate e camminandovi sopra traballa tutto il solaio anche in questo necessiterebbe manutenzione. La posizione é centrale per visitare la città ma di notte è davvero molto rumorosa e nonostante abbiamo ricevuto tappi per le orecchie non è stato sufficiente. Per una sola notte potrebbe andare ma se si prenotato piu notti potrebbe essere problematico. Rapporto qualitá prezzo non commentabile. Abbiamo pagato troppo senza alcun servizio base. Ci aspettavamo una struttura con servizi di lusso ma non è cosi. I prezzi andrebbero adeguati ai servizi offerti. Pessima esperienza.

• Cindy (10/5): A intriguing apartment in the hub of a busy neighborhood. - The apartment is decorated just like you see in the photos. One bedroom, one bathroom and a parlor. It’s very clean. It has tall glass doors that go out to the balcony where you can watch all the people go by. The host met our cab and walked us to the apartment, which was great because I don’t know if we could have found it otherwise. There are so many great restaurants and cafes around. Easy to find something to eat. The host provided a list of restaurants and other resources, which was very helpful. The property is located in a very busy neighborhood. If you like fast paced, busy streets this is an ideal location for you. The host provides ear plugs for sleeping as the activity outside continues until late. I suggest bringing the silicone plugs- they worked great at keeping the noise down.

• Rhonda (6/5): A place with potential it just needed a little more care and attention. - The size of the room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was good. Luigi was great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful and we appreciated him. The toilet didn’t always flush properly. The towels were thin, some stained and others with tears and holes. The sheets also had some holes. Sometimes the neighbours were very noisy especially when the dog kept barking. Some things in the bathroom needed replacing eg the garbage bin that wouldn’t open and the rusted shower caddy.

• Vicky (9/5): Excellent facilities, very central location. - Communication before we arrived was excellent and Luigi met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, a great place to relax in the evenings after a day exploring the city. Luigi kept in excellent communication with us throughout our stay and was really helpful.

Broken toilet seat. Size of room. No wider than 2.5 metres and shower in room. Photos very deceptive. Make out the rooms to be luxury - which they definitely are not - peeling wallpaper and light bulbs not working. Quite noisy ( they provide ear plugs). Overall it was far from what we expected seeing previous reviews. Very poor mattress - think foam, definitely not what we considered in any way quality. Just pretty average

Keukengedeelte onvoldoende, slechts 2 kookplaatjes, weinig kookgerei voorhanden.Maar vooral:enkel één klein deurtje als in- en uitgang en dit voor alle verblijvers van alle appartementen, geen nooduitgang indien er bvb brand zou ontstaan en dat voor zo een enorm gebouw.Toen we ernaar vroegen zei onze host: neen, een nooduitgang is er niet, dit is een heel oud gebouw….

I loved the apartment itself, Luigi upgraded us to a bigger one that had a very large bathroom for Europe, comfy bed, and lovely decor. Luigi was very communicative and friendly, responded right away when we couldn’t figure out the AC. And we were able to easily do luggage storage in the morning too. A great stay in the heart of Naples center!

La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro histórico de Nápoles. Además puedes desayunar o comer en el balcón viendo el ambiente de las calles, lo cual es muy entretenido. Quizás la única pega que le encuentro es que una de las camas está en la zona común, es decir, donde está la cocina, el comedor, etc. Y por lo tanto si alguien está durmiendo ahí y otra persona quiere salir del apartamento, le molestaría al que está durmiendo. Pero no es un gran problema.

• Melinda (10/5): Wonderful! Would definitely stay again. - Luigi met me right outside as he stated in his text. Apartment was extremely spacious, much larger than expected. I enjoyed having a separate room to lounge and relax. Loved the big windows opening onto the balcony and street. Really did block the noise when closed. Location is in the heart of old town and yes, there’s an elevator! Loved it! Plus a very convenient taxi stand one block up the street. Everything was great but if I had to nitpick, kitchen could have used paper towels.

He arranged a driver for us the morning of checkout to the train station and that worked out perfectly. So easy! The unit itself was on the small side but clean and comfortable. • Jeff (10/5): A perfect location to stay in the heart of Old Town! - Luigi met us when we arrived on the property with a driver, Francisco, whom he had helped us arrange from the airport. He was friendly and everything was seamless and perfect! The apartment was a little warm, but that may have been our fault for not adjusting the heat.
• Maciej (10/5): - Mieszkanie w ciekawym stylu. Wszystko dostępne na miejscu. Idealne położenie na krótki city break po Neapolu niestety wiąże się to z dużym hałasem w nocy jednak do przeżycia. Parking dla auta blisko mieszkania w publicznym parkingu. Gospodarz miły i pomocny na każdym etapie. Raczej idealne dla jednej pary niż dwóch.
• Tony (10/5): extremely comfortable and just a short metro ride to all the sights. - Location of this accommodation excellent however if you have heavy large bags it's easier to just get a taxi from the train station and Dante Metro station is around 600 metres away across cobble stones. The taxi fare isn't too bad. if you have smaller luggage just take the Metro from the train station. This accommodation is a wonderful location in the hub of restaurants, etc and there's a supermarket near Dante Metro station to cover other needs. The place is large, comfortable, secure and has an elevator. it has a cook top if you just want a quiet night at home. whilst some find Naples noisy, we found the only time we really noticed it was on Friday night. Certainly if you're walking around all day you'll be too exhausted and sleeping won't be a problem. They do provide ear plugs for those who find it too noisy. The only thing was the safe is only big enough for your passports and jewellery. Computers have to be left in the cupboard but the rooms are secure so we didn't have a problem.

• Sandra (8/5): - Loved the location, right in the middle of the old town and only a 30min walk from the station. Loved it being in a secured courtyard away from the street noise. Loved the tea/coffee facilities. Loved the shower - great water pressure and hot! It was clean and comfortable. It was a bit weird with the shower in the middle of the bedroom - so the space was quite cramped. Every time the toilet is used the fan and light automatically turn on and it is timed, so in the middle of the night if it has been used, it takes a while to turn off, hence waking up the other person. I am struggling with bad knees and so the stairs inside the room made it tricky for me - I probably didn't notice this when I booked - so my fault!

• Alexandra (9/5): Localisation au top, appartement propre et bon service - Très propre, très bonne localisation. Nous sommes arrivés vers 22h et Luigi nous a très bien reçus et donnés de bonnes recommandations pour les restaurants et activités Cuisine très minimaliste.
• Margaret (10/5): We highly recommend and thanks to our host, Luigi, for being so helpful and attentive! - Our host, Luigi, was exceptional! We got a little lost trying to find the location and he met us and walked us to the apartment. He was super friendly and informative sharing a list of restaurants, pizzerias and things to do while in Napoli. This location is perfect - right in the middle of the Centro Storico surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes, lots of people and things to do.
• Esmeralda (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf hartje stad - De ligging is echt perfect. De deur uit middenin het historisch centrum. Wij hadden het keukentje wat groter verwacht en ook met meer pannen, borden zodat je er lekker kunt ontbijten. Het tafeltje was daarvoor ook wat te intiem. Gelukkig zijn er buiten de deur heerlijke broodjes te krijgen.

• Samantha (9/5): Fabulous apartment in a great location. We loved it. - The location of this apartment is excellent. We had five nights here and found it clean, comfortable, spacious and we would definitely return. Luigi is incredibly helpful with recommendations, taxi arrangements, etc. Some noise from next door and upstairs but only in the afternoon.
