• Stephen (9/5): Authentic experience in the heart of Naples - Location, location, location. Right in the heart of the buzz of Naples. Easy access to all the sights, shopping, restaurants and bars. Plenary of space inside the apartment, with lots of local coffee stops, bars, restaurants and mini marts. Felt as if we were living like locals. Could have done with some shower gel or soap in the shower.

• Victoria (7/5): An ok apartment, but great location - I liked the location of this apartment: 5 min walk from Teatro San Carlo. So, basically, you are right in the city center. 15 min walk from the port (you arrive there by airport bus), and 7 min walk to the metro station. That made this apartment an ideal base for our 7days stay in Napoli and exploring the area beyond the city. Now... Naples is a very... specific city, that makes it very different from ANY other italian cities. It has lots of trash problems and graffiti problems. Pretty much anywhere you stay within center of Naples. So, entrance to the apartment which is located in an old building in Spanish quarters is rather unappealing: you got to squeeze by the trash bins. But the apartment itself is big. The water pressure and water temp was great. There was soap/shampoo in the bathroom. Please note the city tax that is NOT included into the price. It was pretty high, as it's per person per night. There could be better stocked kitchen: from pots/pans (some where old and scratched and beyond normal use) to condiments: coffee/tea/oil. The chairs in the kitchen were super wabbly. The pillows were horrible: i had to use one of the sofa through pillows to sleep on, as the one in the bed were all lumpy. So was the mattress. The window area in the bathroom needs to be washed and repainted: it's all black with mold. The apartment felt rather dark and dinky, as it doesn't get much of a day light being on a first floor. No cutting board (only small wooden bread board) or a big cutting knife in the kitchen - so annoying...

• Andrea (10/5): Pontosan azt kaptam, ami a leírásban szerepel. Szuper hely! - Tökéletes az elhelyezkedése, gyalog 3 percre a királyi palotától. Kiváló kiindulópont a város gyalogos bejárásához, közel a kikötőhöz és az óvároshoz is, a Municipio metrómegálló kb. 5 percnyi távolságra van.

• RaquelMarcos (9/5): Estancia perfecta en Nápoles - Ubicación perfecta. Muy cerca de varios puntos de interés como Piazza del Plesbiscito con la Basílica y el Palacio Real, el Castel Nuovo y Galletia Umberto I, entre otros. Solo con bajar la calle te encuentras en vía Toledo, una de las más importantes de la ciudad. Además de tener paradas de metro cerca hicieron que todo ello fuera perfecto. En cuanto al apartamento, Roberto, un maravilloso anfitrión, nos recibió para darnos las llaves, nos dio varias recomendaciones de Nápoles (visitas, transporte, etc) y nos enseñó amablemente todas las estancias del apartamento. Dispone de cocina totalmente equipada, salón con TV, aire acondicionado, baño completo con calefactor y cama cómoda. El edificio es antiguo pero decorado con muy buen gusto. Nada ruidoso, por lo que se agradece para poder descansar después de los largos días de visitas. No hay nada importante a destacar. Como única pega, diría que recomiendo cambiar las almohadas, ya que son demasiado finas.

It’s well located, close to good restaurants and a great comercial area, easy to get to ‘must go’ places in Naples like Quarteri Spagnoli and the Historical Centre. Roberto is a great host, very friendly and willing to help. I can’t recommend the place enough. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property
• Mateja (9/5): Nice apartment just few steps from Via Toledo - Roberto is very kind host, his responses are very quickly and efficient. He gave us a lot of very useful information and helped us with taxi. The apartment is located just in the heart of the city, few steps from the very vivid Via Toledo, on very authentic side street. But in spite of saying in the centre of this town, which never sleeps, the apartment is very quite during the night. We slept very well. The apartment is good equipped, cosy, clean. We enjoyed our stay and I would deffinetively recommend Casa Esperanza to future tourists in Napoli. /
