• Mateusz (10/5): Zdecydowanie polecam dla grupy! - Obiekt położony blisko stacji metra oraz autobusu. W pobliży sklep oraz restauracje oraz pub. Okolica w miarę cicha i spokojna. Mieszkanie przestronne, łózka szerokie i wygodne. Mnóstwo szaf i szuflad - nie było problemów z rozpakowaniem się. Apartament wyposażony we wszytko czego potrzeba - suszarki do włośów, żelazko, deska do prasowania, pralka, zmywarka, toster, ekspres do kawy, blender, mikrofala itp. W każdym pokoju telewizor, duża ilość gniazdek elektrycznych, bardzo dużo naczyń, sztućców i talerzy. Do tego pod dostatkiem było środków czystości, kosmetyków, kapsułek do kawy, tabletek do zmywarki itp. Kontakt z obsługą doskonały. Z miłą chęcią wrócę tutaj w przyszłości.

• Pim (6/5): Matig appartement op top locatie - De locatie was erg fijn. Bus voor de deur, metro op de hoek. Ontbijt gelegenheid (betaalbaar) op de hoek, ook supermarkt dichtbij. Perfect! De slaapbank was echt belachelijk slecht! Dit zou niet aangeboden mogen worden als slaap plaats. Qua onderhoud is alles toch wel wat verouderd.... toilet gaat niet op slot. Douche deur gaat niet dicht, douche kop lekt. Geen warm water bij de wastafel kraan. Bedden in de slaapkamers hebben allemaal iets, 1 te hard, 1 te zacht, 1 kraakt te veel. Televisies zijn niet aangesloten op stroom, kabels te kort om dit te doen. Verwarming staat altijd aan, huiskamer altijd tropisch warm.

• Eva (7/5): - Un apartamento bien ubicado y con buenas conexiones de transporte público Limpieza escasa, mucho polvo y suciedad acumulada. Camas algunas necesitan renovación de colchón. Pagamos 9 plazas y el colchón del sofá está hundido, por tanto el espacio real para dormir no era apropiado para 9.
• Rebecca (10/5): - Nice large rooms, all had wardrobes, instructions for getting access to the flat were really simple and well documented, the owners were very responsive to any messages. The early check out time was a bit of a struggle for one of my party and it’s always nice to have more time, but otherwise everything was great.

Bien positionné dans Londres. - Logement trés bien équipé, proche de plusieurs commodités tel que restaurants/superettes/bars/restaurant pour le brunch/Bouche de métro et arrêt de bus à moins de 100m Malgré des équipements neufs, il serait le bien venue de réaliser un rafraichissement au niveau des peintures et des boiseries qui étaient bien abimées. Mais cela n'a pas eu d'impact sur notre séjour. Un petit bémol sur le mobilier (les chaises et la table de la salle mangé) qui nous ont parus un peu fragiles.

• Silga (9/5): - Apartamenti atrodas lieliskā vietā – apkārtnē pieejami pārtikas veikali, kafejnīcas un sabiedriskais transports. 10–15 minūšu gājiena attālumā iespējams nokļūt Borough Market (ieteicamas brokastis), SkyGarden un Tate Modern muzejā. Vienlaikus māja atrodas iekšpagalma ēkā, kas nodrošina mierīgu un klusu atmosfēru. Telpas bija ļoti tīras un aprīkotas ar visu nepieciešamo, īpaši virtuve, kas bija ļoti labi sagatavota ēst gatavošanai. Mums bija pieejamas arī kafijas kapsulas. Ļoti ērta check-in un check-out kārtība. Apartamentu saimnieki bija atsaucīgi, laipni un izpalīdzīgi – tā kā apartamenti bija brīvi, ar viņu laipnu atļauju varējām ierasties krietni agrāk bez papildu maksas. Drošības nauda tika atgriezta nekavējoties, jo uzturējāmies akurāti. Apartamenti nav tik “svaigi”, kā tas redzams fotogrāfijās – tie ir nedaudz nolietoti (lai gan saglabāti tīri un kārtīgi). Piekrītu iepriekšējiem komentāriem par matraču nomaiņas nepieciešamību gultām un dīvāna uzlabošanu. Komunikācija ar saimniekiem bija nedaudz par intensīvu – daudz ziņu un jautājumu, kas viesu ērtībām varētu būt mazāk apjomīgi.

• Stankevičius (9/5): Lovely stay. - We were family of 5 people - 3 kids and two adults for 8 nights middle of August. The location is superb: nearby Tube, bus stop. Good view from the window - we even saw squirrels running around. The nearby pub made no noise, surprisingly. The nights were calm, only background city noises and lights. We are also happy about the apartment. We did not need to bring anything with us. We successfully prepared meals ourselves using the provided kitchenware. Washed clothes, used the dishwasher and oven. There were issues with shower door that the owner solved in the evening at the same day.
• Paco (9/5): Gran apartamento a 10 minutos caminando de London Bridge, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para el hospedaje de dos fa - Sobre todo la cocina, era perfecta en cuento a equipamiento y funcionalidad. Todo muy limpio y espacioso. Recomendable. Que había ciertos detalles a cuidar, como por ejemplo: taza de water rota, sofá viejo con manchas antiguas, secadora no funcionaba
• fiona (8/5): Would stay again due to location - Kitchen and laundry facilities were great as was location. Beds were clean and comfortable, 2 toilets were a bonus ! The sofa and carpet were filthy yet I can’t fault the cleanliness of bedrooms and bathroom. It was odd. Endless emails re further information required. I had booked through booking.com to avoid such confusion as I did not have access to internet at all times. Quite confusing.
• Asya (9/5): - Spacious enough for families, with a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking and daily life much easier during our stay. There are no stairs leading to the rooms, so carrying large luggage to the first floor can be difficult. Also, the sofa wasn’t clean.
• Kelly (6/5): Not fabulous quality but plenty expensive. - The location was idea for us. But the immediate neighborhood wasn't great. When fans didn't work the manager replaced them as quickly as he could. The toilet seat held together with duct tape, the kitchen window not opening, having to give MOUNTAINS of detailed ID information on short notice prior to arrival.

• Jason (1/5): Awful, ruined our vacation. - The photos on the listing. After arriving at the property, located in a poorly kept apartment building, and traveling up 2 flights of exterior dingy stairs with my 73 year old mother in law, we had found there was a good amount mold on the walls by the living room windows, with filthy stains on the carpet and all over the couch - I guess that’s why pictures of the living room aren’t posted. Additionally, the apartment had at that time listed air conditioning (which has since been removed from the listing) but only had two heavy large portable type a/c in two bedrooms on the lower level tucked in a closet that is for the guests to move and set up. The upstairs had no air conditioning - heat rises remember? Not to mention the need to keep every bedroom door open in order to even try to utilize those air conditioners in the lower level, so forget having any privacy during your stay. The electrical outlet at the bottom of the stairs was broken/smashed open, and overall the apartment is very poorly managed. I had called the management company Bloomson through whatsapp and didn’t get an answer, so I messaged them with my concerns. A representative called me 5 minutes later and said she would have to check with her manager regarding a refund request due to the concerns for mold spores and overall filthy condition, which could take up to 72hrs. She had said she would send someone over to look into these concerns, and I agreed, but then she had said it wasn’t necessary since I had canceled the reservation because of the state of the property, and time of day to find alternate accommodations. I was still at the property at as we were communicating but she had said it wasn’t necessary to send anyone since it was canceled - and so relieving them of their responsibility to address the issues and fraudulent listing without accurate photos and description of the property. Booking.com also had this same response. I’m out $3000 and booking.com offers me a 10% credit.

Despite its central location, the environment remains pleasantly serene. Furthermore, the beds provide a remarkably comfortable rest, thereby enhancing the overall guest experience. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

The accommodation was superb - spacious, clean, and conveniently located near Borough underground station. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They took care of everything, ensuring I had a comfortable stay. I'm truly grateful for their hospitality and would like to extend my thanks for providing such a wonderful stay.
• Ian (6/5): Overall we did enjoyed our stay and the apartment was sufficient for a short stay /weekend - The apartment was in a good location for the Borough tube station and London Bridge Station and Borough market with easy access to the embankment from there on. The beds in 2 of the rooms (upstairs bedroom and large downstairs bedrooms) were extremely comfy, however the other 2 beds were to soft . The property is showing signs of wear and tear and some of the original finishing works need attention to detail when decorating etc There was only the one bathroom/shower, which when 8 people are trying to get ready and get out to a show for a certain time does take some planning. In general we thought the premises were a little expensive for the type and condition of the premises.
• Dale (9/5): Great location and worked for our family of 9 - Location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and the train station. Loved the snacks provided in the kitchen. Looked like it was fully stocked kitchen although we did not do any cooking during our stay. Staff was available to answer our questions by either phone or text. Both bathrooms were downstairs and only one had a shower and there was no bath tub. Note that this is not a ground floor flat. Must go up 2 flights of stairs. Once inside, kitchen, living and 1 bedroom are on level when you walk in. Then you go downstairs for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Note that some beds are right up to the wall. Not spacious at all.
• Fiona (7/5): the flat was convenient and suited our requirements for a short 2-night stop in London Central. - Location was good, walking distance to train stations. Bathrooms are located downstairs.
• Natalie (6/5): Pleasant - Location was perfect. Washer dryer didnt work. Couldnt find any manuals online. Shower was hard to use couldn't get hot water out then it came through after way too long and was scalding hot. Too small for an average person. Sink plug blocked up and couldn't use the sink. 2 beds were lumpy. King bed up against a wall and hard to access for an older person. Door entry very confusing to work out at first. Oven no instructions. Not able to adjust heater. But location was excellent. Balcony door was dodgy to open and lock. Bathrrom door lock fell off first day. Only gave 5 coffee pods and one tea bag for 6 people. No salt or pepper or teatowel for dishes. Bit disappointing

• Christian (3/5): Close to the Station. Flat looks a bit run down. - The host was eager to help with the problems. Even if they could not help with everything. Wifi was working. Borough Station is very close. Handing over the keys was easy. The apartment does not look quite like the pictures. The entire apartment has carpet and not wooden floor as shown. It also feels like there are several layers of carpet laid out in the apartment. The carpet pictured is rolled up in the corner next to the closet. - The apartment looks a bit run down. Everywhere are quirks on the wall. - Paint is partially off. -The sofa has burn marks. The leather on two chairs is partially off. - On the balcony one person can sit or 2 people can stand at most. In addition, the floor on the balcony does not look very nice. I would not stand on the balcony without shoes. - Heating in the lower floor have partially not worked, so everywhere were small electric heaters. - Some light bulbs were broken and were not replaced either. For example, in the hallway downstairs. In the evening/at night it was a bit unsafe to go downstairs without lights. - Toilet brush was missing in the bathroom. Despite asking, we did not get one. The shower did not have proper pressure. It dripped more. - The upper cupboard next to the front door is full of unopened letters. - The apartment was unfortunately not quite clean when we arrived. We had to clean some things ourselves. We bought gloves, sponges, disinfectant and hand soap (was also missing). We did not get anything for the own cleaning and the purchase. The next residents can enjoy our purchased hand soap that we left behind. - On the towels had stains and visibly had hair from strangers. The bed sheets had stains. The curtains were not hung properly. - So compensation was offered to us after half the time an intermediate cleaning. So we did not get new sheets and towels until the third day. And even after the intermediate cleaning there were again hairs of strangers on the bed. -In the beginning we tried to wash the towels ourselves. But the dryer could not dry the towels properly. Even after the second run, they were still clammy. The towels in the cabinets, also looked partly not clean.

• Kirsty (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and comfortable and the bedroomsl were roomy. The locationcation was great for getting around to places of interest. The kitchen was well equipped The apartment was in a block and accessible by 2 flights of steps which were used by all the other flats. With luggage the steps was very difficult to get up and down. he entrance steps were dirty and smelly. The description does not state there are steps to navigate. The terrace was pokey, with seats for 2 but ideally only big enough for one. I feel the cost of the apartment was high but thee are 4 bedrooms, however in comparison other places for 2 rooms would have been better value.
