- Marlon (10/5): Lovely flat in a perfect location. - The communication from Annette was the best! She worked really hard to ensure our stay met all our expectations. She was super helpful when we needed to store luggage before check-in, she made sure the flat was exceptionally clean. She responded to all my questions promptly and thoroughly. From a service perspective, Annette was amazing! The location of the flat was perfect: two blocks from Portabello Road, which we wanted. The flat was a bit dated, but c'est la vie. We've stayed in many flats and every single one has been quirky in some way - part of the adventure! What matters is that everything worked, everything was clean, and the host was super helpful and responsive. 100% I'd stay there again. I could list out things that I'd call "dated" or "quirky", however that would be unfair. If I wanted a 5 star experience in a perfect room, there are hotels for that. So in all honestly, if I were asked for constructive feedback for things they could do to improve my experience, there isn't anything significant. So, how about this: offer a hair drier down stairs too. That's how picky I have to be in order to find something to improve.
- Rodrigo (8/5): Lovely London stay - Very charming place in the middle of Notting Hill. Just a couple of blocks from Portobello road market. Neighbors on top apartment were noisy at night.

- Agustina (10/5): - Muy bien equipado y ubicación increíble !!!
- Caroline (9/5): We had an amazing time. We strongly recommend the place. - Lovely apartment in charming Notting Hill! Very comfortable beds. Living room is beautifully decorated in a very-English style. All equipment are working ok.
- Cath (8/5): Lovely host. Great location. Comfortable and convenient - Annette was lovely when checking us in. It’s in a lovely location very convenient for Notting Hill and Ladbroke Grove tube.
The house has everything you need for a short stay. Could do with a little upgrade but that doesn’t detract from the property if you’re just using it for a base.

- Annabelle (2/5): Horrible - ruined a lovey week in London - Great location. Unfortunately, there were building works going on outside the building, so the lovely view that is shown in the photos was covered by scaffolding. We were woken up daily by power tools and builders peering through our windows. The property manager knew about these building works but failed to inform me weeks prior to our arrival. If we had known, we would not have stayed at this property. Every time we left and arrived home, we had to walk around the builders, scaffolding, and ladders. Unfortunately, I think the power tools disturbed the local mice, and on nights 3 or 4, we counted 5 mice running around inside the apartment. Absolutely digraceful! I wanted a full refund but in the end I received less than 20%. The owner refused more and Booking.com said their hands were tied! The manager admitted that the place was old and tired, in need of a full internal renovation, new sheets, towels, and beds, all of which were needed. The manager was nice but also told me I couldn't have both—a refund and a bad review—and if I did write a bad review, she would delete the listing and start again. Be warned, do not stay here!!! Let's see how long this review lasts!!!
- Ingrid (8/5): Cozy spot in a great neighborhood - Great location, close to underground stops. Portobello Market was close by as were many pubs and restaurants. The flat had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. Minor cosmetic things to be expected.
- Bertrand (9/5): Great place to stay in London ! - Annette is a great host, very proactive and helpful. We had a great stay. The appartment is very well located in between two underground lines. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. I highly recommend it. Nothing
- Tessa (10/5): A highlight of our London holiday - Great location. Lovely furnishings with a very homey feel. It was so comfortable to come back to after busy days seeing the sights. We had a fantastic stay. The host was also super helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this rental. Loved it all
- Dan (10/5): Exceptional - one of the nicest streets in london, close to tube station and portobello market
- Kerrie (7/5): Wonderful position in Nottinghill. - Great position Needs a revamp. A little tired.
- Marian (8/5): Very enjoyable - Location, comfort, well equipped, good communication A little cold in downstairs bedrooms
Upstairs toilet flusher stuck
- Anonymous (9/5): Cozy and shabby chic apartment in Notting Hill— great for a family of 5! - Having my elderly parents and our teenager on holiday for a week means we needed a large enough space to have down time. Having the kitchen and the living space on separate floors allowed for us to have alone time after a long day of sightseeing.
The location was perfect! Just a quick walk to the tube or a quick walk to the market. The decor was historic London and lots of bookshelves with books for days. A welcome binder would be nice— listing the favorite restaurants and pubs in the area, instructions for the appliances, recycling/rubbish bins, closest hospital etc. We struggled with the oven initially but ultimately figured it out with google.
- Sunghoon (9/5): friendly staff, comfortable accommodation - Annette was very friendly and the accommodation was quiet and comfortable. It was a little old inside, but it wasn't uncomfortable.
- Donald (8/5): Our stay was fantastic, loved the area, shops, market and will definatley be back to stay again. - Annette was first-class and very accommodating. She had a lot of local knowledge to help us get around and pick up some groceries etc. She had a very nice manner and was a joy to deal with. All appliances worked and there were lots of fresh towels which was excellent. I don't think there was anything not to like about the property. We thought it was quirky and had ample space. I do feel a lick of paint would not go a miss on the property though as it is looking a little tired.
- Jessica (4/5): With a refurb this would be a great place to stay as the location is amazing. - The location was perfect and the size of the property was great. The lady managing the property was lovely, she was there to meet us and was able to accommodate our request for locks to be sorted on the windows. Only one window had a lock which made us feel unsafe, as the windows are right on the street & easily accessible by anyone walking past. It was fully carpeted in old, dusty & stained carpet, which made our stay very uncomfortable. Tiny showers/bathrooms with no natural light, with zero water pressure made for a difficult bathing experience. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, they really need new mattresses.
- Shir (9/5): Superb - A lovely apartment, cozy, comfortable for a family and with a unique atmosphere Needs a light refresh
- Mossman (8/5): Very good -
- Frances (3/5): Poor - Location Beds decor facilities no welcome pack
In need of renovation we felt it was very over priced, but could be a lovely flat .
- Martina (8/5): Very good -
- Icklebeckster (8/5): Cute bolthole - Lovely location, cute comfortable decor, sizeable rooms and well equipped It would be easier to have a key box than have to arrange pick up, and the apartment could do with a lick of paint in places.
- Diyana (9/5): Superb -
- Bruno (8/5): Very good -
- Katrina (10/5): overall loved this property and would definitely stay there again - So homely and a great location. Lots of tea, coffee, condiments etc available to use. Mattresses could use a topper on them to be a little more comfortable. Shower upstairs didn’t get very hot.
- Mira (10/5): A beautiful cosy place on a great location! - The appartement is clean, cosy, well equipped and on a great location! The host Annette was very knowledgeable and friendly, answering any questions very quickly! We enjoyed every second of our stay in this lovely place! You sleep like a baby in those beds, no noises or hard traffic in the area. Only a few minutes walk from Portobello Market and all the interesting parts od Nothing Hill. Not to mention the vicinity of the Tube (few minutes of walking). I highly recommend this place! Thank you Annette! Thank you London ❤️
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location and fantastic property. Annette was very understanding and helpful when we were caught up in rail disruption and didn't arrive until around 11pm. A little tired here and there but nothing major. Would stay again at the drop of a hat. Could do with more mirrors in the bedrooms.
- Sophie (8/5): Great accommodation in great location. - Host was excellent. Great communication and very accommodating. Location also fabulous. Accommodation was spotlessly clean but perhaps looking a bit tired. Could do with a little bit of a spruce up.
- George (9/5): Superb -
