- Susan (10/5): - Beautiful apartment very clean and everything you need. No lift

- Pichayapa P. (5/5): - There was an oven and a washing machine for us to use. Very close to Aldgate East station (District line) and walkable to Liverpool Street station (Central line). The neighbourhood was a bit dodgy, but I've lived there before so I knew exactly what to expect. No lift, and the shower suddenly turns cold, and then stops every 3-5 mins.
- Mark (10/5): -
- Merche (5/5): -
- Wouter (4/5): Eerst ergens anders proberen - Dat we een bed hadden Locatie, omgeving, 2 slechte matrassen.
- Ron (8/5): Great to enjoy London with the family. - Good location in the heart of London.
Super responsive and supportive staff. We only had a single key to the apartment, so splitting our group was somewhat of a hassle.
- Michael (7/5): Good Value for 4 bed 2 bath in Central London - Good location just around the corner from Brick Lane and Spitalfields and walkable to London bridge. Good value for central London. Several other reviews have been concerned about the safety of the building and immediate area. We felt comfortable. The neighbourhood has some older buildings and is populated by immigrants and students. If those groups make you uncomfortable then... maybe stay elsewhere. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. We had one issue with the cooktop and they resolved it immediately. It's bright, but not exactly spacious. Rooms are as pictured but the rest of the flat is narrow hallways. Kitchen fits 2 people max at a time. If you're using this as an exploration base of operations like we were, it's not a big problem. If you are hoping to hang out there, you will probably find it a bit tight. Living room is small.
- Maureen (3/5): WORST LOCATION - The apartment is spacious and clean The building is old, dirty, trash eveywhere and disgusting. (They don't provide the exact location until the last moment and now I understand why)
The neighborhood is not nice at all, it's rubbishy
There is a shelter nearby, so there are a lot of homeless people in the area. It is not a safe area to walk at night or to be with family or children, especially children. People drive in the area like they want to run you over all the time, it's very dangerous.
We had the worst experience.
- Goldstrk (4/5): Disappointing - The location is probably the only thing here. - The mattress need to be changed
- The shower is tiny and often doest work properly.
- The door feels unsafe
- Angel (8/5): Apartment fitted accordingly to booking pictures , yet location and building were horrible - Inside of the apartment fitted according to the pictures in booking location the surrounding area was not the best nor safest.
Building: Main entrance door of apartment building is not locked. As well as stairs, floors, and hallways were extremely dirty (Trash everywhere).
- Lucner (9/5): Superb - proche du centre en métro et en bus. Via la City et tower bridge
- Troy (10/5): Exceptional - Shower pressure not great
- Suryaninuraeni (10/5): good standard for price - The apartment was clean and warm, and it was very well located close to tube station, zone 1. The host was very responsive.Good value for money. Apartment was super clean with all main things catered for in kitchen and bedroom. that my stay was too short
- Logan (6/5): Comfortable beds and central to trains but not ideal for other travelling families - Location was easy to find from the Whitechapel Train station, beds were very comfortable, 2x toilets were appreciated as we are a family of 5, apartment was clean, apartment was big enough for our family to have their own space after long days in London. Furniture throughout the apartment was also comfortable and practical. The apartment building overall was pretty dirty, weird smells in the stairs, noisy Neighbours and it felt a bit unsafe at night. There's no lift and the apartment was on the 3rd floor so difficult to carry suitcases up and down the stairs. The 2nd toilet and main bathroom are both very small and tricky to use. Washing machine was difficult to use. The neighborhood around the apartment is also pretty rough, a lot of displaced people and the restaurants on Brick Lane are very overstated. Not somewhere I'd recommend for other travelling families.
- Natalie (8/5): Pleasant stay - Great inside and wonderful host Outside is a bit unpleasant and letting guest know that there is no elevator or lift would be valuable
- Small (10/5): Short but sweet - It accommodated all of our needs perfectly The area was pretty dodgy but we knew what we were getting into when booking
- Nicolaou (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - spacious, clean, clear check in instructions and the host was extremely responsive. Highly recommended.
- Helena (10/5): Great place - During our recent stay at the 4-bedroom apartment near Brick Lane, my family and I were thoroughly impressed. Situated within a short walking distance to vibrant restaurants and convenient public transport options, the location couldn't have been better.
With a fully equipped kitchen, we were able to prepare meals with ease, adding an extra touch of homeliness to our stay. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and we felt instantly at ease upon our arrival.
Overall, our experience was nothing short of delightful. We highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located accommodation option in the area. We can't wait to return for another memorable stay!"
- Lili (10/5): Exceptional Apartment and Team - The apartment is located just minutes from the City of London and the famous Brick Lane. We were a group of eight and really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment is spacious and comes with 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. The team was exceptional, quick answering if we had any questions and very helpful. Highly recommended.
- Helena (10/5): amazing stay - comfy beds - everything was great.
- Ange (1/5): We lost $5000.00 by walking away from this place , I think that speaks volumes ! - The property WAS NOT Stunning and Spacious , it was pokey , hot and we were unable to open the windows without a putrid smell wafting in from outside . The exterior of the building was unkept with rubbish everywhere and fire hazards definitely in view of the bedroom windows . Pictures available which were forwarded to the land lords who disregarded them . We arrived from Australia and didn’t stay more than half an hour before leaving and finding a far better be apartment, which was cheaper in Aldgate . We also received an email asking us to lie to neighbours telling them we were family visiting not using a hiring plat form . So to answer the question there was nothing about this property we liked . There was rubbish on every level of a very run down complex . The smell in the stair wells was disgusting, the apartment was NOT Spacious or Stunning but Pokey and Putrid. To get to it you had to walk past squalor ! It was seriously over priced for what it was .
- Tetyana (6/5): Pleasant - Location, layout of the house, half of the windows overlooked a common balcony / corridor. The corridor and stairs were dirty. Moreover, we had problems with the water regulator (the water in the shower was very hot and not adjustable). Plus the shower holder was broken.
- Emmanuel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tricia (7/5): Overall, it's a good stay. - The rooms are clean and comfy. I like that there is a shared living room for everyone to interact and chill in.
Location is nearer to Aldgate East, around 5-7 minutes walk. The shower is small and the running water went extremely hot and then cold.
Climbing of stairs with luggage can be very tiring.
- Kate (8/5): Well located apartment in popular area - The bedrooms and living room are all a good size, it was great to find a 4 bedroom property with 4 double bedrooms.
It's up 3 flights of stairs with no lift, so it's worth knowing this if you have limited mobility/small children/lots of luggage.
Being central London it's a noisy area, to be expected, although we were pleasantly surprised the apartment was very solid so very little sound blled between apartments at night it was much quieter than we thought it might have been so that was a great bonus.
It's a very short 8-minute walk to Aldgate East tube station, which has great connections across London.
In the area there are so many restaurants and cafes to sample, you could stay here for a month and probably not get to try them all out! A foodie paradise. The shower cubical is very small so even at my not particularly tall height (5ft 8) it was challenging to wash my hair in the shower without bashing my elbows! I think it i was 6ft or a larger build it would have been a real struggle.
- Unati (10/5): Excellent Location and Lovely Flat with Balcony! - Instructions were provided with pictures which was great otherwise it would've been a mission to find!
- Rosana (9/5): Superb -
- Toni (5/5): TSRTTTTMH - Easy check-in and check-out. Ok location. Two beds were broken. we slept on mattresses on the floor. the staff did not respond to the complaint. The cold water pipe of the shower is not connected or blocked.
- Fionnuala (7/5): Good - Very clean. Location is great - 8 min walk to Aldgate East tube station. Apartment is modern and nicely decorated. It has everything you'd need - hairdryer, towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV in every room. Internet was very slow. Apartment is much smaller than what the photos indicate. We had the maximum occupancy (12) and it felt very tight. Shower is very small and shower doors don't close properly meaning water drips out onto the tiled floor and becomes very slippy.
- Shima (9/5): Superb - Clean, very comfortable, very nice modern apartment. Easy to get halal meat. Overall, good experience. All are good.
- Sharon (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect.
Very clean. Tiny shower
- Simon (7/5): Good - It was good had never problems
- Aby (9/5): It’s was good and comfortable. - The accommodations are clean and comfortable, and it’s not far from the tube as well. Overall, we are happy with our stay. just the water heater can get too hot at some times.
- Ryan (7/5): it was perfect for what we needed just for somewhere to stay while we enjoyed a weekend in london - close to shops and public transport the area around the apartment didn’t feel the most safe at times
- Anastesia (7/5): Good -
- Michaela (8/5): Very good -
- Bonnie (2/5): Thought we found a gem when we arrived…realized it was trash by time we left. - It had enough space for my family and loved having the common space to hang out in. The check in and out process was very easy and smooth. Two of the beds had the slats that hold the mattress up keep breaking and coming undone while we slept and we had to keep fixing them. On our last night when my husband climbed into bed the frame itself broke and there was no way to fix it. We then had to sleep on the floor. We contacted the number and talked with someone about it late that night (1 -2 am) They said they would look into everything but then the next morning after checkout I got a message telling me the bed was broke and asking what we did to break it. The management has done nothing to try to make the situation right….. have treated it like it’s our fault.
The light in the smaller bathroom stopped working so everyone had to leave the door open to go to the bathroom if there was no light coming in from the window.
The smoke/carbon monoxide detector kept beeping and we finally just took out the battery because we couldn’t get it to stop.
The shower was very small and practically unusable. The size may be normal for London so we were going to make it work…..But when we tried to shower the temperature of the water was either too hot to touch or freezing cold. No way to regulate it. The water pressure from the shower heads were also so low that one person joked about just washing their hair in the kitchen sink. They didn’t, but we were all very ready for a good shower once we moved accommodations.
The house also ran out of toilet paper and dish soap our last night. They knew we were a large group and did not leave enough.
