- Awadia (6/5): It was good as I was with family. - It was relatively close to Lewisham station which made it easier to access central London. The level of responsiveness to my concerns with the property. The shower was not temperature controlled appropriately, the sink was not draining properly and when I asked for a plumber to come out I was told that everything was fine before I checked in. Then no time was set for the plumber to come out. Overall not happy with the customer service side of things.
- Vishal (6/5): There is free street parking about 5-7 mins walk near the apartment . google free parking in Lewisham and you will find - Bus stop , tram station , multiple grocery stores, a park and a classy bar and dining option all within walking distance The entrance tot he apartment could have been maintained better instead of a chain across a broken landing floor .
The staircase leading up to the rooms is quite Barry and very steep .
we were struggling to haul our suitcases which were between 20 and 25 kgs up from the door up to our rooms.
The rooms start from the 1st floor , a critical pice of info which booking.com website does not mention .
The owners of the property Felix and Jenny were nice enough to point out that they have asked booking.com to mention these two points as advance info especially for people flying in after a long flight.
