• Catherine (1/5): this property is not as described. - the property is not recently renovated as described. the facade of the building which is not imaged is particularly tired and shabby. the property is not 4 star as described. in fact the property was so poorly presented that we chose not to stay

• Anne (10/5): Ideal location for a family. Two nice updated bathrooms, a washer/dryer unit, you won’t do better for a crowd stayin - House was great for our family of nine. Perfect exact location near groceries and take out restaurants and quick cafes for breakfast. Some fans needed in August at night but if you open all windows you get a nice cross breeze on most rooms.
• Louis (6/5): Pleasant - Location, staff polite Too strict on the the check in and check out policy. Requesting one hour earlier check in has been refused. For the chek out, they sent someone to do the clean up sharp at 10am (the written check out time) and rang you even I have told the staff that we just needed 10 more minutes. They are not giving buffer to guests. They could have been more considerate when hosting a ten people family

• Diana (9/5): overall it was good, will return again to the location. it’s good value for the number of people it can host, not too ba - spacious bright and convenient location well equipped kitchen is good as well. good beds and warm covers. walls were a bit dirty looking, owner probably needs to polish it up by cleaning the walls. wardrobes were shakey in three bedrooms and I’m not sure why. ladder shelf downstairs should be secured to wall but it isn’t. washer and dryer is incredibly loud with squeaky noise but does the job.
• Johan (7/5): Nice flat in superb location, heating problem got fixed and we received some compensation - Superb location, very clean and decent standard for bathrooms and kitchen for what you usually find in Central London flats. Comfortable beds. Good WiFi. Quick and good communication with property manager Timson via Whatsapp. We found small ants in the bathrooms. The Whiteley development is across the street from the entrance, with significant construction noise during the day - but not early mornings or nights. When we arrived, there was no heating or hot water, the property was freezing cold. Timson staff were able to get a plumber to visit and restart the system within a couple of hours, but our entire first day and night (out of a five day stay in the flat) was spent freezing. After we left, Timson agreed to give us some compensation for the disappointment and hassle, which we appreciate.

There we’re some issues with the installations that the hosts dealt with to the best og their ability. There is no dishwaher, news to corrrect this In the listing

• Phil (9/5): Enjoyable stay with good comforts in a good location - Location is ideal for both Kensington and Hyde Park. Queensway and all the bars/restaurants lie literally 2 mins walk. Bayswater is the nearest tube to the place. The 3 bedrooms are located on floor 1 and 2, with a bathroom serving each floor. A patio area offers a lovely break out area. A large dining table in the dining / lounge area. Kitchen offers a microwave, cooker and fridge freezer and coffee machine. A outdoor key box allows people to come and go at their leisure. The floors 1 and 2 are via steep stairs, not really suitable for very young children. No TV signal but we took a Firestick, which worked via the very good WiFi

• Michael (7/5): Good - Great place for large group with 4 rooms which is extremely difficult to find in central London! The kitchen, dining and lounge room and the outdoor space are the standouts at this property with beautiful decor and lovely touches. Check in was super easy and it is located very close to 2 tube lines which was important for our group. 2 rooms are larger while the other 2 rooms are much smaller with not much room for luggages to be opened in the smaller rooms so some couples needed to stow luggages in the store rooms. The upstairs shower does not drain very quickly which made everything a little wet. The first floor bannister was coming off the wall. We suspect this might be caused by previous guests.
• Sarah (9/5): Wonderful location. Wonderful house. Wonderful hosts. - This place was the perfect location and setting for a week away with 6 people. The location was exceptional with a short walk to the tube and a high street around the corner with everything a traveller could need. The house itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Use of outdoor courtyard was great and made the place bright. Rooms large enough for us and having a bathroom on every bedroom floor was very handy. Hosts were exceptional in their communications. Very good wifi We were very happy with the place. There is some building nearby at the moment (sept 2022) but that didnt bother us as we were out exploring all day. Given we were there in September it was not overly hot either.

• Maricruz (7/5): better to stay in winter - beds were comfortable, location was great, close to many restaurants, underground and supermarket portable a/c needed proper installation, it was very hot and windows can’t be opened as there was lots of noise from construction in front and side of apartment - it was pricey, although spacious for that location
