Il quartiere era tranquillo e con molti localini tipici e frequentati da gente del posto. Host molto disponibile (ci ha anche offerto un late check-out favorito dal fatto che non aspettava nuovi ospiti per la nostra data di partenza) Divano letto scomodissimo. Eravamo in tre ma c’erano solo due sedie. La casa al nostro arrivo era sporca , abbiamo dovuto disinfettare sia la vasca da bagno sia il lavello e il top della cucina
• Anne (7/5): Good location, just needs more TLC! - The location. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Reasonable price. It had useful kitchen equipment, eg microwave, washing machine, airfryer. Plenty of pans for use on the gas hob. Free parking space. Close to Putney station and the main high street. A lot to praise...but The flat, overall, wasn't very clean. It didn't have a full set of cutlery, which may now have been rectified, by the owner. Limited choice of cooking equipment that could be used in a microwave ( though, it did have some plates that were microwave safe).
• Charlotte (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay here, there was a lot of space for 3 of us and we were very close to the station so easy to commute around London! Was very quiet area and very safe, would 100% recommend! No parking for the days I was there so had to park down the road but not the places fault

La propreté peut être meilleure en rapport a la qualité ddu prix, même si c'est le moins cher que nous avons trouver. c'est Ok pour 1 nuit. Suggestion: vérifier l'eau chaude et laisser un briquet pour la cuisinière

• Takao (10/5): A super comfortable and well-located flat — we’d love to come back next time we’re in London! - The room was more spacious than expected, and very comfortable for 3 adults and a child. The sofa bed was also great. Just a 3-minute walk to the station, with lovely restaurants, pubs and two supermarkets nearby. The location was perfect and very convenient. The host was incredibly kind and responsive — any questions we had were answered right away. Nothing! Everything was just right for our stay.

• Matthew (1/5): Terrible host who left us stranded on the pavement for 2.5hrs (after confirming initial check in time but without provid - Very basic flat which is nowhere near as bright and welcoming as the pictures suggest Unresponsive host who didn’t provide any check in details and ignored calls and messages for 2.5hrs leaving us stranded on the pavement. Apartment it’s self was old and dated and not nearly as appealing as the pictures would suggest! Complete waste of our only day in London and would rather have booked a hotel for cheaper. Extremely disappointed
• Cinzia (8/5): Good location - The host is extremely nice and helpful. The flat is quite spacious and in an excellent location. The sheets smelled of sigarette smoke. There are only 2 chairs even thought the flat can accommodate 4 guests.

The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was cozy, clean, fully equipped. Excellent communication with the owner. I can only recommend it.

Or The previous guests must have been extremely dirty? The flat smelt of fresh & stale cigarettes. There was no toilet roll and the kitchen was basically dirty

The location was excellent, with easy access to the underground, and the instructions were clear and detailed. We appreciated the parking space, the pet-friendly policy, and the well-equipped flat, which made it a perfect spot to relax and recharge before continuing our trip. The street noise was quite noticeable, but it seemed to be an issue with the building itself rather than something easily fixable.

• Gennj (10/5): A home away from home - Excellent apartment, equipped with everything for cooking. It is located in a great, quiet neighborhood with restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. Metro and buses nearby, in just 25 minutes you are in the city center. Dog friendly building with a small enclosed internal garden where you can leave your dog free. Very nice neighborhood, I made friends with a gentleman who has a dog and who showed me this small garden. The owner of the flat is very kind, excellent communication. We had such a good time that we felt like we were at home and we extended our stay for another two days. Super recommended, a stone's throw from London attractions.
• Mast (4/5): It served our purpose on a short trip - The sofa bed was not made up as requested and the sofa bed was sagging and linen was torn. Plugs in sinks broken or not available. No obvious information booklet and no obvious wifi offered. Great location and property has great potential with attention to a few details

Spacious and clean with the extra bonus of parking right outside. Dog friendly. Hugo liked the cool floors because it was really hot when we stayed. Right in the centre of lovely Putney. Friendly host who was really quick to get back to messages. We’d definitely stay again.

Plenty of places to eat and shop within a minute or two walking distance from the front door. Great shower too, water pressure was good. Nothing.

• Maurice (5/5): The flat was in an ideal location for a party I was attending it was very reasonably priced and comfortable but the flat - The best thing about the flat was it had on site parking, which I’m being told is rare in London. The car park was a bit off putting with a burnt out dismantled car in the corner. The window in the bathroom would not shut.

• Brittany (9/5): Close to transportation and comfortable for all 2-4 people need! - I liked how the living-room could be used as a second bedroom. Very convenient! Shower products and blow dryer available too. Additionally, there was an extra safety door lock to ensure two ladies traveling alone were more than safe. They neighborhood was a working class neighborhood and nice, but lots of noise at night! A way to improve this property is to have a few more cooking items available (a spatula, egg turner) & basics like salt and pepper in the pantry. Again, lot of noise at night! I don’t think anything can improve that other than white noise machines or insulated windows - I’m reaching for things now. Truly a great place.

• Vicky (8/5): Perfect location with car parking and the underground on the doorstep! - The two key priorities for me were location and car parking, these were bang on and amazing! The host was very friendly. For me, somewhere to lay my head at night and make a coffee in the morning were really important, the flat provided this. East Putney tube station was a 3 minute walk away and the District Line is a great line to get you directly into London. We walked from the flat to Battersea Power Station one day, quite a walk (12.5k steps) but amazing to walk through Putney, Wandsworth, Clapham Junction and Battersea on foot. You miss so much in a car and on the bus and we were lucky, it was a good walking day. From there we got the tube to Embankment, a wander around Covent Garden and then back to Embankment to get the District Line straight back to East Putney. Brilliant day out. Lots of pubs and eateries near the flat, with a Waitrose and Costa virtually next door and a Pizza Express and pub literally across the road. All communication was clear and succinct without issue. We also managed to avoid ULEZ by sticking to the South Circular, then with the flat on the opposite side to the charge. These were all very very good plus points. The flat has lots of plug sockets, comfy sofa, large fridge. We just needed a base and this provided exactly that. The flat is small, bijou perhaps, basic and perhaps a little dated, nevertheless suited my needs adequately. As I have seen from other reviews, there are lots of personal family pictures on the wall.

• Juliana (6/5): Good location but there is room for improvement - 1. Communication with the host was amazing. He answered straightaway and easy to contact to ask questions. 2. There was also parking available which was very helpful. 3. Location is great! 3 min from station. We had few issues since arriving, some of them is not the host fault but should be taken into consideration. 1 - We arrived and the house was not yet cleaned. I was told that the host got my check in time mixed up so she arrived after we were there. It wasn’t a problem as I was just leaving the bags. 2- We were a group of 4 and there were only 2 towels provided, so we had to use 1 towel per 2 people, which is not ideal. 3- The bathroom needs a deep clean. There is a lot of lime on the walls etc. 4 - The wifi was not working and remained that way during the whole stay.

• Alexxandroos (8/5): Nice and large flat - Large (for London standards) and well decorated flat. Close to the tube station, so easy to get to the city centre. Very reactive host on the phone. I wouldn't say cheap, but decent price for London. Some minor details, such as the curtains not filtering very much the light in the morning, or a door handle a bit loose etc, but overall nothing bad.

• Saltyquokka (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! The host, Diego, is super nice, it's spacey, roomy and comfy, the location is easily accessible via underground too! Downtown London isn't far away! The bathroom might be a tiny bit bright in the morning but other than that, perfect and highly recommended!
