• lap fung (2/5): - The location closed to Canary Wharf station. Washing machine is good to have for longer stay Air con/thermometer does not work at all, window handle broken and key doesn't work on others and no one came to fix any of the above although being said so. Communications with different teams and greeter totally broken down. Kitchenette utensils ok but aged. The bed is old and I can feel the springs.

• Andrea (5/5): Lovely apartment, frustrating experience ☹️ - Perfect location near restaurants, shops, and Canary Wharf station with easy access to Jubilee and Elizabeth lines. The flat was nice and clean with lovely interior, just like the photos. Shower + bathroom cosmetics were great as well. Unfortunately, several things took away from the overall experience. First you need to pay £500 deposit which felt unnecessarily complicated. Check-in at 16:00 is quite late - an earlier check-in costs £30. The morning we came I paid for early check-in (15:00-16:00), but after I found out our flight was delayed, I informed them we’d be arriving at 16:00 and wouldn’t need the early check-in. They refused to refund the fee - a disappointing experience that reflects how poor their customer service is. (I’m still open to a refund if they wish to improve how such situations are handled. 🙂) We also paid £45 fee for a baby cot, but it wasn’t folded properly and my husband had to set it up. There was also NO MATTRESS - only a blanket and towel on the travel cot frame! The host seemed surprised when we asked for the mattress, and later brought one that didn’t even fit properly. No apology or refund was offered, which is unacceptable for the price we paid. They kept excusing that linen isn’t provided due to NHS guidelines, but a mattress is essential for safe baby sleep!! I didn’t understand their logic - especially since what they provided was just as unsafe. On top of that, only 2 toilet rolls were provided for a 5-day stay, and everything felt strictly rationed - just 4 dishwasher tablets, etc. We also couldn’t control the heating or cooling, the AC was running even though we didn’t want it, and we weren’t able to adjust it ourselves. They should definitely focus more on customer experience, which in our case was not very pleasant. It’s often the small things that make the biggest difference.

• Arlin (8/5): Very good - Everything is good, especially the staff are very nice & helpful. This is my 3rd time stay in this apartments. We’ve been booked the 2 bedroom & The 1 bedroom also. The problems off all units are only at the bed. Please consider to change the bed to a new one due to the mattress are very thin already and we slept with the iron wire from the bed touching our back😅😅. And all have back pain. Rest other are very good except need to change the bed to a thicker & more appropriate mattress please.
• Alain (8/5): Excellent apartment, yet make sure you understand the airconditioning system. - The apartment itself is clean, spacious and has all the modern conveniences. Especially when you're travelling as a family it is both more agreeable and affordable than booking multiple hotel rooms. The location is very convenient on Canary Wharf and having a private terrace is really appreciated. Because of a very rushed checkin, we were given wrong Wifi credentials (which I was able to fix when I located the router) and we never learned how to switch off the airconditioning at night which meant none of us slept more than 2-3 hours for most of our stay. The service desk was quite responsive to help us solve this problem, yet - while detailed - the information provided didn't really help. By the last night I figured out a - sort of - fix, yet it was still unfortunate for the lost nights.

Unfortunately everything else was displeasing Day before arrival, they contacted me asking for an estimated arrival time, on the day they chased several times when I had already advised them of my ETA. No heating in the apartment, only the bathroom was an ideal temperature, days we stayed in we had to use the portable heater. Shower had very poor pressure & the taps were running very slow also Cooker was extremely smokey, had to ask for the window key so we could get some ventilation in the apartment Dishwasher leaked and went on E15, this resulted in the £500 deposit being held. Still waiting 1 month later for my deposit back. If your booking just for the interior would advise it’s ok, anything else, book elsewhere. Isn’t worth the hassle

• Leke (6/5): Luxury without customer care warmth - Very nice location, modern facilities Despite the premium pricing, customer care does not extend beyond the basic paid service. The receptionist was noticeably rude, hesitant to greet guests or offer essential information. There is no flexibility or courtesy even for small, reasonable requests — don’t count on being able to leave your luggage for even half an hour, whether at reception or in the apartment.

• Bahar (5/5): There were good things about this place but I wouldn't book them again - The location was amazing, great access to everything. However staff were very unhelpful. There was no place to keep our luggages until we leave for the airport later in the day. There was no cleaning in 6 days of staying. I was not happy with the way I received support from their team.
• Amjad (8/5): Our stay was overall pleasant, but some maintenance issues need resolving - Great location, and really nice apartment Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there were a few maintenance issues that impacted our experience. The showers had very low water pressure, with the water dripping out rather than flowing properly. The sink in the master bedroom was blocked, and although I called to request it be unblocked, no one came to fix it during our stay. Additionally, the heating system didn’t seem to work as expected — the thermostats were set to 23°C, but the rooms stayed around 20°C, so we had to rely on electric heaters to stay warm. These issues should be addressed to improve comfort for future guests.

The property was lovely and clean and had everything I needed. The views of Canary Wharf were outstanding The bathroom plug needed fixing so I couldn’t have a bath but they arranged to fix it. Unfortunately it couldn’t be scheduled before my departure

• Mohammed (10/5): Exceptional - Canary Wharf is quite different from what you typically see in London. It is a modern district filled with skyscrapers and surrounded by water, making it a great choice for those looking to stay away from central London. The area is primarily a business hub but also features shopping centers, parks, and green spaces. It is easily accessible, with the Underground taking you there in just 20 minutes. A security deposit was taken separately from the booking and was not mentioned in the reservation details. While it was refunded quickly, it made the overall experience feel unnecessarily complicated. Additionally, the check-in and check-out times were enforced very strictly, which is understandable, but charging by the half-hour can make guests feel uncomfortable. Lastly, the building does not provide luggage storage, leaving guests with no option but to use public storage facilities, which can be quite inconvenient

• Andromachi (7/5): Good - I have stayed twice in the same apartment. The first time was a bad experience: the host was late to give the keys, the property was not clean, they claimed I had not returned one of the keys (luckily I had a photo to prove return) and they returned my (hefty) security deposit much later than the promised 5 working days and only after my prompting them. Had I not already paid for the second stay I would not have returned. However during my second stay the host was amazing and very diligent making sure all is working and responding to my messages. Overall therefore it seems that the experience depends on who is managing the property on the ground on the day of arrival. see above

• John (8/5): communication prior to check in was excellent and easy to follow. Location was excellent for us. - No breakfast was provided however the free coffee was much appreciated. beds were uncomfortable, not awful but could be much better. Bathrooms could use more hooks to hang things instead using the toilet as to holding place.

• Anna (9/5): Good apartment for leisure and business - There was bit of a hick-up at check-in (apartment was not ready despite me only arriving at 6 pm), but it was handled in a friendly and professional manner. Location of the apartment is great (2 mins walk from Canary Wharf), rest of apartment is exactly like on the pictures.

• Matthew (8/5): Great location, beware of the deposit and correct images! - Perfect location literally next door to One Park Drive The pictures gave us the impression there was a balcony but upon arrival there wasn’t. They also ask for a £500 deposit payment, which isn’t a credit card block- it’s a payment which is then refunded, taking 7-10 days to return to your account.

• Jennifer (6/5): Great location. Apartment adequate but automated replies from the host are annoying but eventually you can get to talk t - It is a great location. Particularly for women travelling alone. The reception staff at this location were exceptional. Always welcoming and helpful despite not being part of underthedoormat The is a lot of construction in the area and despite requesting an apartment which did not look directly onto the building site - which was extremely busy - this was not accommodated.
• Vishnu (7/5): Good location, excellent facilities, but needs improvement with regard to service - Excellent location near tube, good view and facilities Carpet had stains, toiletries were not kept, very difficult to communicate to staff if we needed anything. Few things in bathroom weren’t working and no repairs could be done.
• Andrew (9/5): Pleasant comfortable apartment in good location with good transport links and restaurant choices. - lovely spacious apartment. Hairdryer provided but no mirror near socket to blow dry hair.
• Stephen (8/5): Good location for Docklands, Greenwich and the Tower of London with excellent tube connections. - Modern clean building, very secure, with helpful building reception staff. The apartment was a bit dirty and had insufficient soap and towels. No instruction for the heating controls. After booking and paying for the apartment I was told a GBP 500 deposit was required and an additional GBP 35 for check-in.

• Nisha (6/5): Pleasant - It was clean the well kept apartment and is at secure society The staff at the building reception is rude and unprofessional Also the AC is bedroom was not functioning properly and inspite of raising the concern..the same was not fixed.
• Kay (9/5): Once you get settled in, you’ll want to stay for a long trip. - Great location close to Tube (Jubilee and Elizabeth lines). Spacious flat. Comfortable bed. Safe neighborhood and secure building with staffed front desk. They were really helpful. A few small things were a bit annoying at first—door lock on flat is temperamental, no toiletries as advertised so come prepared, tv remote was under the bed next to baseboard, need to remember WIFI password is in pre check-in materials.
• Oluwatoyin (9/5): Superb - I liked the ambiance, location and equipment within the flat. It felt like home. It was very comfortable and modern. Excellent lighting and temperature control. The response time for enquiry is slow especially for late check out and early check-in. This makes it difficult to plan travel time The check in time is too late... 4pm. I would prefer room service to be available on request. The 1-bed studio did not have a separate microwave from the Grill/oven.

• Vivendra (10/5): Lovely appartment in an excellent location but poorly managed! - Superb location and wonderful views of the Thames and the surrounding. Very safe area and the public areas were always well maintained and monitored by the Canary Wharf Security. The bedrooms are great with ample space (for a short stay) and lovely bathrooms. Everything was exactly as seen in the pictures. Poor AC! We complained but nothing happened! Robot like reception staff who sticks to a standard vocabulary and least helpful. Do not expect much anything in terms of first needs such as washing up liquid/ dishwasher tabs ect. Also the main bathroom shower cubicle splashes water on the door frame and it's showing decay. The apartment was booked for 4 and we had cutlery and crockery exactly for 4 which was a huge inconvenience. No coffee machine!!! (You need to go to the common room on the 1st floor to get coffee!!) I expected better from such a star class apartment.

• Chumichael (7/5): Good - Location is good and there are many restaurants around the location. 1. Set check-in time is not flexible or change check-in time is almost not welcomed. 2. The welcome pack was only 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 tiny bottle of body wash/shampoo/conditioner, I do not think that it is enough for staying 5 days. After confirmation of the booking, I sent an email to the Apartment management team if the necessary sundries such as toilet papaer, body wash etc. are sufficient for 5 days. They told me that the necessary sundries are ample, but I cannot imagine the ample is sufficient for 2 days or 3 days maximum. Upon negotiation with the management team, they provided 4 more rolls of toilet paper. They told us that the customers have to buy the required necessary sundries such as toilet paper, body wash etc. if the welcome pack are ran out that is not my expectation on the Apartment.

• Natalia (10/5): Nice modern studio - I love the location, close to the 2 train stations and DLR, direct link to Heathrow airport. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The studio was super modern and well equipped. The highlight was the warm floor in the bathroom, I loved it! I didn't like the huge deposit that was charged from by credit card. It was almost 30% of my whole payment. And it wasn't pending, as big hotels like Shangri-La do, it was fully charged. However it was paid back in full a day after my departure, but because of the difference in currency conversion, I've got back less in AUD than I paid. Disappointment.

• Shivani (7/5): Surprise vacay - Location was excellent. Kitchen equipment decent. Apartment size was very good. WIFI was dreadful. Despite communicating twice that it was not great. We had to keep turning it on and off (reset it everyday, at least twice a day!) Cleaning needs to be better. Attention to detail. They did have it cleaned properly mid way of our stay. However, it shouldn't take for us to point this out. Plus washing the sofa covers every couple of months at least would help. These are Basics! Inconsistent messaging. No follow-up. These few things were disappointing, as the accommodation itself is excellent...if they fix these issues, would be 10/10!

• Omo (9/5): It was everything i needed. Peace, quiet, comfort and proximity to everything i needed. - The location was great. Close to restaurants, shopping centre and train station. I did not like the idea of a 500 pound deposit though.
• Jennifer (8/5): Great stay - comfortable, very safe for women on their own, and very pleasant concierge staff - the location is good - if somewhat far out of london, but pleasant by the river, lots of restaurants , bars and cafe's around. the apartment was comfortable, although I had to request to get the mattress changed as the springs had all collapsed - but it was changed The kitchen crockery and cutlery was very minimal, and the bed was horrible until the mattress was changed, but otherwise if was good.
• Jennifer (6/5): Pleasant - but be aware of on going construction in the area. - location, friendly staff - apartment was comfortable the apartment looks onto a construction site - which will be ongoing for some time. the noise levels were not too bad, but I could not open the curtains easily - with construction on one side, and the road on the other.
