Oceňujem najmä rýchlu a ochotnú komunikáciu zo strany ubytovateľky, ktorá vždy promptne reagovala na moje otázky. Celkovo som sa cítil/a veľmi komfortne a pobyt splnil všetky moje očakávania. Určite odporúčam.
• Manuel (10/5): - El apartamento está bien ubicado (enfrente de la estación y pasa el metro cada 5 minutos, tiene varias tiendas alrededor para compra básica...) Las habitaciones dobles son bastante amplias. La cocina tiene todos los utensilios necesarios. Tuvimos un problema con los electrodomésticos y enseguida nos solucionaron inclusive cambiando uno de ellos. Ha sido un placer alojarnos en este apartamento. Lo único que echamos un poco en falta es que la mesa queda un poco pequeña, sería ideal disponer de una mesa extensible. Por todo lo demás el apartamento es ideal.

• Padilla (9/5): comoda y util. - la practicidad del departamento para descansar y la cercanía con el metro y lugares para encontrar alimentos, todo muy bien gracias. unicamente mejoraría el sofa de la estancia quita espacio y no es muy amplio considero sería mejor un sofa mas largo y menos circular por el espacio y asi poder ampliar un poco el comedor es lo unico que mejoraria.

No major shortcomings, negative - Highly affordable and still well connected to London due to proximity to the station Large separated rooms, including a seperate kitchen and a seperate living room. Kitchen is quite well stocked, came with a wide range and of appliances, cutlery and dishes which is appreciated Seperate washer but also a dryer as well Also a good Chinese takeaway shop located next door Stairs (stairs up to the apartment are quite narrow, makes it difficult to take large luggage up, also be aware that Redbridge station has stairs only as well) Washer seemed to leak water when in use (there is a mop so you can clean it up but may be an issue there) Double beds are probably on the smaller for 2 adults to share Single physical key (again typical for apartment)

• Peter (6/5): Beschreibung: hui, Realität: ernüchternd ist noch freundlich - Es ist keine Wohnung für 10 Personen sondern maximal 5 Erwachsene. Die Räume sind vollgestopft mit Betten. Keine Nachttische, keine Nachttischlampen, kein Ablagemöglichkeiten. Sitzplätze am Tisch im Wohnzimmer: 5 (+2 auf dem schmutzigen Sofa) Selbst das Reinigungsteam hat keinen Platz zum reinigen. Entsprechend dürftig die Sauberkeit. Das Bad ist modern, aber nur für eine Person. Mit 5 Erwachsenen ist das machbar. Die Küche ist modern und von maximal 2 Personen betretbar. In der Türöffnung steht der Mülleimer, woanders ist kein Platz. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist eine Zumutung. Steil, kurze Stufen. Mit Koffer in der Hand ein gefährliches Abenteuer. Deko in der gesamten Wohnung: Eine Feuerlöschdecke in der Küche und ein sumpfiger Dyson im Wohnzimmer, direkt auf Augenhöhe. Das wars. Am Samstagabend war in der Nachbarwohnung eine laute Party. Luxury Flat geht anders.

There is a washing mashine, with a lot of tablets, a dryer, and a dishwasher ,with a lot of tablets. The 2 main bedrooms are very large and confortable, but the third bedroom is small and the double bed takes all the room, so there is no space to move. We suggest it might be good to replace the double bed by bunk beds,to make more room . Also there is only one toilet + shower , and we were 6

• Emilio (10/5): Excellent - The flat was very clean and it had all the amenities. It was really comfortable staying there. It is a bit far from Central London, but there is an underground station a minute away which was really handy. There is only one toilet, which can be tricky for a big group, but it was manageable plus, all the amenities made our stay.
• Alaix (7/5): Pleasant - Although the location is far from city center it was very convenient to have the "underground/tube" a block away. The bathroom and kitchen are modern and impeccable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. There are eating places down the block with good food and prices. Appreciated allowing the early check-in. The apartment had already been cleaned by the time we arrived. Although the beds were comfortable the bed linen was extremely wrinkled and gave a very unpleasant first impression. We washed all the pillow cases to make sure they were all freshly laundered. There was no top sheet on the beds separating the comforter with duvet from the use given the previous guests. Describing the apartment as luxurious is somewhat misleading.
• Lokesh (10/5): Excellent hosts! - Beautiful apartment for ten people. It was exceptionally clean and comfy, with everything you needed for a fantastic stay, including parking. It is fairly close to the tube station. Strongly recommended! If there are more than six people staying, we should have another bathroom.

There were only 7 of us if 10-14 would be very cramped and only one toilet - again ok as only 7 of us but I wouldn't think it would be great for anymore.

They had large TVs in all rooms, which may be a plus for some. Far too small to be practical for 7 adults and 2 kids, let alone 10 adults. It was a little noisy. Rooms didn't have sufficient window coverings. Room was like daylight at 4am. (June). The bathroom is off the living room (bad location) which has a table for 6 and a two seater couch. We couldn't eat together. The kitchen is only big enough for two people at a time. And then they can't move. One room is only big enough for a double bed. Nothing else. Not enough toilet paper supplied. No dishwasher product either. No Aircon. .

We got the news 24 hours prior our trip but the owner had an alternative solution. Things happen. Even if the apartment did not have 3 bedrooms we booked, we were able to squeeze in and at the end it was ok.
