- Philip (8/5): Fantastic option, though customer service was poor! - Fantastic location and great sized apartment for London. It would be a no-brainer to stay again expect for the issues highlighted below, some of which were sprung as a surprise. There were issues with damaged furniture in the apartment.
When using Booking.com there was no mention of a deposit being needed. However, the apartment insisted on a deposit being paid despite having fully prepaid for the stay. Refund after the stay also takes 7-10 business days. This is not a question of an amount being blocked on a card, but is an actual charge, which I believe should not have been the case or should have been made clearer on the site. I had a significant amount of money sitting with the host for nearly 1.5 months approximately.
Collecting the keys was also complicated as it had to be collected from a different location, which when you are arriving with luggage means that it is very difficult.
The company that manages the apartment also repeatedly contacts you to get on their app and only use their app. When travelling on business, it is incredibly frustrating to repeatedly receive calls about the same thing, especially when you are in different time zones.
- Ana-maria (7/5): Good - The apartment is quiet, spacious, and equipped with everything one needs. It's also close to a metro station. The apartment is managed by a property rental company so you need to pay a deposit upfront. The deposit is returned only after 12-15 business days and it's usually half of the booking price. The neighbourhood is not the greatest, would not recommend going out at night. The furniture is a bit old but decent.

Photos
