- Anushka (6/5): Good stay. - The location is good. Close to groceries and transport services. The place is very clean. Space is great. Kitchen is good but amenities are not in good shape. There was no cutting board. And all the pots and pans are cracked. Beds are not very comfortable.

- Amos (6/5): Quite enjoyable and fairly comfortable. - There was no provision for; breakfast., for daily toilet paper and Toiletries for the duration of stay apart from the ones for Day1. Accommodation was charged per day. Outdoor waste evacuation not done throughout our stay. Daily consumables to be properly arranged. Lights switches to be repaired and ensured functional. Facade and backyard should be neatly cleaned and void of plants. A small note for visitors' guide on the switches, washing machine, dish washer, oven and microwave to avoid being damaged by the visitor(s)
- Edmond (5/5): everythings are simply...dont expect too much - private parking is good. normal residential area where is silent in the night. nearby Greenwich. ceiling lights were out of order in a bedroom in my 8 nights stay (can't fix it) poor venetian blind in my bedroom, wake up by sunrise at 6am.....washroom(shower) is not good.......no late check out whatever just 1 hour. excuse of cleaning....(but no others booking on that day), ask for surcharge........not so friendly
- Chi (7/5): Nice and cozy stay at a big apartment. - The apartment is spacious and cozy. The garden and the front door of the house is messy. Stuff are a bit old. There are no utensils and kitchen appliances.

- Kelly (9/5): Excellent, comfortable flat - Location to tube station, groceries, and many restraunts. Near kids playground, fairly quiet neighborhood. Had a little trouble getting heat going the first couple of nights were quite cold, as the heater & all radiators were turned off. Could have had a few more utensils & supplies left.
- Alexander (8/5): Rude Clerk - I liked how it was close to what I wanted to see in London and everywhere else was easily accessible. And a short walk to the main road and you've got a few good restaurants and fast food shops to choose from. I didn't like that it took me forever to contact the office in order to get the check-in info, and one of the people where I had to collect and return the keys was quite rude. On the day of checkout, I took the keys back to where they needed to be, and as I was handing them over to the man behind the counter, I said to him, "Do you mind just holding the keys up so I can get a picture to show I've returned them ". He threw the keys back at me, saying, " Take a picture of the keys, not me." This I find quite unacceptable. If he had said, "Can you please not take my picture," I would have been happy to comply with his request. I did not appreciate that. Lastly, the checkout time was 10AM. It would have been nice if it were 12pm.

- Linda (6/5): disappointed with accommodation as have booked other places and never been dissatisfied. - size and the beds we’re comfortable. Once we got the heating to work it was warm cleanliness. tv didn’t work. No spare batteries if it was the remote that didn’t work. No instructions for anything. whole place felt grimy. it needs a deep clean and repainted. Also we discovered after two days that the patio doors had not be locked! very annoyed at that. only had one front door key. Arrived on a freezing evening and the house was freezing. A little heat would have been welcoming. The taps everywhere need a scrub. not really enough crockery or cutlery. One glass had a long crack which I left to one side. The smoke alarm fuse was off! I did not move it in case it was faulty but that is illegal.
