• Giulia (9/5): B&B spazioso e accogliente nel cuore di Napoli. - Il B&B si trova nel rione Pendino ed è comodissimo per visitare Spaccanapoli e la zona dei Tribunali. La casa è veramente spaziosa, tranquilla e ben attrezzata. Di giorno c’era un po’ di rumore dei vicini.

• Nathalie (7/5): - L’hote est très réactif. Nous avons eu des problèmes de GPS à notre arrivée et il a été de precieux conseils . Le logement est proche du centre historique et des commerces. Tout peut se faire à pied.

Du café à disposition, thé, huile, sel, sucre etc. Excellent logement pour la visite de Naples et communication très facile avec la propriétaire

La atención excepcional, no teníamos que entrar hasta las 15h y nos dejaron entrar a las 11h y la salida era a las 10h y pudimos estar hasta las 18:30h Volveríamos sin dudar. Si tengo que decir algo en contra, solo que en el baño olían un poco los desagües. Supongo que como es un bajo, esa es la razón. Es lo único.

• HAIM_C (9/5): - התקנתי האפליקציה לפי ההנחיות ונכנסנו בקלות לדירה. הדירה נותנת הרגשה ביתית נעימה. תורם לזה גם ההפתעות במקרר בצורת בקבוקי השתיה, קפסולות הקפה ונוכחות של שמן, מלח, סוכר ותבלינים המיקום היה מבחינתנו חשוב ואכן היא נמצאת במיקום נוח לטיולים רגליים בעיר וגם לתנועה במטרו. המטבח המאובזר וחנות מצרכים קרובה הקלו את ההתארגנות עם המזון. הדירה ממוקמת ברחוב עם מדרגות, כך שאין רעש של מכוניות, אך יכול להוות בעייה בהגעה עם מזוודות כבדות יש ברחוב משפחה עם נטייה לשיח קולני, אבל לנו זה הרגיש כמו סטראוטיפים של הסרטים הישנים יש בעייה של ריח בחדר הרחצה, נראה שמתגברת כשמפעילים את האיוורור - אנחנו פתחנו את הדלת לחצר האחורית ופתרנו הנושא. חימום - החימום של הדירה נעשה בפיקוח מרחוק ויש לבקש. אמנם החימום הופעל די מהר , אך אני פחות התחברתי לתהליך.
• Margit (10/5): Nagyszerű szállás! Tágas, csendes helyen, jó felszereltséggel - amilyen a hirdetésben. - Nagyon jó helyen található, a főutcához közel, egy csendes kis utcában. Közel a metróállomás, gyalog is elérhető komp, vasútállomás. Tágas, kényelmes, minden háztartási géppel. Jól felszerelt konyha, alapanyagok, kávé előkészítve, érkezéskor hűs innivaló várt a hűtőben- köszönjük! Fürdőszobában tusfürdő, sampon, hajszárító, mosógép. A szállásadók segítőkészek voltak, minden információval elláttak. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

Apartament znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji – w samym sercu historycznego centrum, blisko restauracji, sklepów i najważniejszych atrakcji. Wszystko było w zasięgu spaceru, co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie miasta. minusem był nieprzyjemny zapach wydobywający się z łazienki, który momentami był odczuwalny w całym mieszkaniu.

• Rachel (9/5): Great location, great host with everything you need for your stay - Superb location in the historic centre of Naples. Easy to get to. Lots of cafés close by. Alessandro was very hospitable and welcoming. If arrivibg at the apartment after dark, beware the step down immediately as you enter.

• Joy (9/5): Great apartment in a really good location - Very well equipped apartment with everything you could need for a short stay. Great location to get to everything we needed to within 15 mins walk. Communication with the owners was prompt and very helpful. Through no fault of the owners there was a couple with obvious 'marital ptoblems' who argued quite a bit and someone had a very a yappy dog. Not generally a problem during the evening but if you popped back during the day it could get a bit much. We live in the country so we're more sensitive to noise but a city dweller may not notice it so much.
• Jennifer (10/5): Semana en Nápoles - La amabilidad de Alessandro es algo extraordinario. Está en todo detalle para hacerte sentir como en casa. El apartamento está en pleno centro histórico y aún así es una zona silenciosa tanto durante el día como a las noches. Es aún más amplio de lo que aparece en las fotos. Las camas muy cómodas, los utensilios de cocina adecuados para cocinar. Es cierto que echamos en falta un tostador y al comentárselo, ese mismo día nos trajo uno y además, nuevo. Tuvimos un percance en nuestra salida con la maleta. Ya habíamos entregado las llaves y aún así nos facilitó de una forma muy rápida el poder volver a entrar a la vivienda para cogerla ya que se nos había olvidado. No todas las personas que regentan una casa tiene esa disponibilidad tan rápida, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Por no hablar de la flexibilidad para hacer el check in. Lo recomendaremos a nuestros familiares y amigos. Nada estaba todo impecable

• Anita (8/5): Bella Napoli - Superlokatie, in het historische centrum. Erg ruim appartement, mooie slaapkamer. Vriendelijke host. De 2e slaapkamer heeft geen raam naar buiten waardoor het wat bedompt is.
• JDRockford (9/5): Muy contentas con nuestra estancia - La ubicación, también el hecho de que la cocina estaba bien equipada y muy bien surtida (con una botella de agua, algún refresco, un litro de cerveza en la nevera y cápsulas de café, aceite de oliva virgen extra y vinagre en la dispensa, por ejemplo), y la flexibilidad con la hora de entrada y salida (pudimos entrar una hora antes de la hora indicada en las condiciones y salir una hora más tarde). Durante nuestra estancia no tuvimos ningún problema con ruidos por el tráfico ni por parte de los vecinos. Alessandro estaba muy atento y contestó rápidamente cuando tuvimos alguna pregunta. El piso (como muchas que están en las plantas bajas, seguramente) no tiene una ventilación buena, por lo que el olor de humedad podría molestar a las personas sensibles a los olores. Como pasábamos pocos horas en el piso durante el día (y hacía una temperatura buena tanto dentro como fuera y pudimos abrir las ventanas y la puerta al balcón para ventilar cuando sí estábamos), no era un problema para nuestro grupo.

• Petra (10/5): Geräumige Wohnung in zentraler, ruhiger Lage. - Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute, zentrale Lage in einer kleinen, ruhigen Nebenstraße ohne Verkehr. Wohnraum/Küche und Bad sind geräumig, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, auch der kleine Balkon zum Innenhof hat uns sehr gefreut. Restaurants, Supermarkt und eine Metro Station direkt in der Nähe, auch Hafen und Bahnhof sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend, er war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat einen vorzeitigen Check In ermöglicht. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

• Gabriela (8/5): - Cazare spatioasa, cu tot ce am avut noi nevoie (nu am gatit). Locatie aproape de centru istoric. Aer conditionat bun. Masina de spalat haine functionala. Baie spatioasa, cu produse pentru pentru dus bune: sampon, gel de dus, balsam de par. Lenjerii si prosoape albe, curate. Exista terasa pentru uscat hainele. Am gasit apa rece in frigider si suc rece la sosire. Sistem de inchidere-deschidere a usii prin aplicatie. In baie este aer umed, cu predispunere la asezarea mucegaiului pe pereti si miros neplacut. Baia necesita igienizare si aerisire frecventa. Este ventilator si noi l-am folosit in permanenta, pentru a curata aerul. Alessandro, desi nu ne-am cunoscut, a fost receptiv la dorinta mea de a repeta o curatenie si igienizare a baii. Cred ca nu au mai fost clienti cateva zile inaintea noastra. In afara de acest aspect, nu am avut alte probleme.

They use auto check-in system using Application and it is super easy and convenient, It is spacious with 2 rooms and 1 living room, so it is easier to open all luggages and organize things. Most of all, it is cently located. We could go to the cafes, pizzeria in just a few minutes. I definately recoomend this place. Couldnt think of any.
• David (10/5): Very enjoyable - Property was easy to access and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. There was several eating options right on the door step Property did not have much natural light due to the nature of its build and layouts. That said there is a balcony that looks over an internal courtyard and the lighting in the apartment is good .

• Barb (10/5): Beautifully renovated, modern, clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment in excellent location - Perfect home base for exploring the main attractions, within walking distance to the main attractions, including the Archeological Museum, Royal Palace, Spaccanapoli, etc. with metro, grocery store and many restaurants close by. Excellent communication with the generous hosts, who allowed us to check in early and take obvious pride in hosting, with attention to details that made us feel at home. Easy remote check-in. Well-equipped kitchen including bottle of water, microwave and coffee machine with coffee pods. Washing machine and toiletries in large bathroom. Felt safe and secure. No traffic noise! Comfortable beds and sitting area with strong wifi and TV with great options for streaming.
• Linda (9/5): Nice apartment in a cool location in Naples. - This is what we liked: Street house is in a great location. It is on a ramp (steps), so no traffic anywhere around the apartment. Very quiet. Good size apartment with a balcony off the bedroom. Not much of a view, but very Napolese, and nice to have an outside spot to sit and to be able to open windows. There is a small kitchenette, but adequate if you are only eating breakfast/having coffee, or getting takeout. Grocery store nearby. Having a washing machine was a bonus for us. Very close to a metro stop, and walking distance to Spaccanapoli - such a fun street! Had a good stay. Bed very comfortable. This is what we did not like: The bathroom has a really funky smell. It is clean, but the smell is off. We ran the bathroom fan when were home as the bathroom doesn't have a window to open. The shower door was missing, so water goes all around the shower, no matter how careful we were. The apartment seems like it gets a lot of use/rentals, but not a lot of time spent to do repairs or a deep clean. You must download an app to open and lock the door, so you have to have data on your phone/Italian SIM. We felt this could be an issue for some who are not tech savvy. We traveled with carry on, but we saw lots of folks with huge suitcases on our trip - if this is you - taxis don't stop near the door and its a bit of a walk with steps up to the apartment which could be difficult with a lot of luggage. I would stay here again if I knew they had fixed the shower as the rest of the apartment and the location were great.

• Jonás (10/5): Quiet floor-level apartment in Napoli city center. - Very kind and available host. Recently renovated apartment, with evert possible amenity (kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker). Quiet street hidden in an otherwise noisy neighbourhood. Good coffee shops and supermarkets less than 2 minutes away.

• Meaghan (8/5): Great host, good location, too many steps, noisy neighbors - The contact with the owner was fantastic. He was very attentive and checked in daily, available to answer any questions. Left us sodas and water which was kind of him. Location was also fantastic. The steps leading to it are difficult if you have a lot of luggage. It was quite damp and dark, which cannot be helped. We could hear fighting from the neighbors above us which made it difficult to sleep.

• Linda (7/5): Good - It's a nice property, a good size for 2 people and it's clean and modern. The location is good if you're looking to stay in the old town and probably a central location to the port and main train station. The rooms are a good size. Check-in is not till 3 but the owners kindly said we could leave our bags if we arrived before 11.30am as the cleaner would be there. We arrived at 10.40am and the cleaner was not there, I had to chase the owner and we ended up waiting 30 mins for the cleaner to arrive. The area is not very quiet. When we arrived at 10.40 am in the morning someone was blasting loud music and also during the day someone blasted music. Something to be aware of unless you don't mind this. At night from the small bedroom I could hear people from upstairs and outside talking or moving things around which made it difficult to sleep. On the first day we were unable to put the gas cooker on and I messaged the owner to ask him how to use it. He never responded to me but the next day the cooker started working. We assume that someone may have come to sort out this issue but it would of been nice of the owners to let us know. We also found that the fridge had been switched off when we arrived back one of the days and our milk ended up going off. This could of been done accidentally but not great if you have cold stuff in the fridge. The bathroom does not have a lock and the door was stiff when opening and closing it. We found that the WiFi wasn't always working very well. Sometimes there was no signal or the connection would be very slow.

• Iulian (10/5): P E R F E C T - This was the best choice i’ve ever made. Been to Napoli 3 times, and by far this was the best location. Not only is close to absolutely everything, but you also have peace and quiet as its located on a pietonal street between 3 churches :) On a 2min radius you have a Conad supermarket, salumeria (great sandwiches), bar, coffee shop, club, and a cute romantic terrace. At the Street House, you will have everything that a home has, and you will not miss anything, from cutlery, pans, microwave, stove, TV (with internet), wifi, air conditioning, big fridge (very nice suprise to find water and soda at arrival), freezer, pillows, blankets, big, very big bathroom, hair dryer, iron, shampoo, shower gel. As I said, everything that you need and don’t need :) And as a bonus, a cozy outdoor balcony that faces the interior backyard, quiet and perfect for smockers :) The owners Alessandro and Claudia were so nice and reach out to us every day to ask if we needed something (usually i had owners that didn’t respond :)), not here! ) I will definitely come back each time I will visit Napoli, and will highly recommend it to all of my friends. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

• Victoria (10/5): Exceptional - Good location: near Spaccanapoli, close to restaurants. Rooms are on the back so we did not here any noise. Awesome shower, we were 3 and could shower without warm water running out. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked with basics (olive oil, salt) and there is a Nespresso machine with coffee. Checking in was easy, with an app so you can do it yourself.
• Georgi (10/5): We had a nice stay. - The apartemnt was well furnished, clean, with all the necessary equipment and utensils. Spacious rooms and bathroom. The accomodation is situated at a good position in proximity to the city center and to the most popular sites and attractions. No need to use transport, at wakling distgance to almost everything. The hosts were easy to reach and hospitable. We liked the apartment.

• Éva (10/5): Super host, great location, very comfy. - Great location in the center but quite place to sleep..Alessandro was extremely helpful, nice and wonderful host. We could leave our luggage in the morning on the day of arrival and could use the flat until the evening of departure ( there was no new arrival that day). Beds are super comfy, coffee, sugar, tea, oil, etc in the kitchen. The area is safe, shop (Conad), cafe can be found in a few metres from the flat. I absolutely recommend the place! Top accommodation in Napoli. We wish to come back very soon.

That area of Naples was buzzing with people the whole time we were there but the apartment was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable.

We met a lot of rain these days, we think It's not quite normal in August in Napoli. But the air in apartment is very wet. There is no window in bathroom and one part of the apartment is proberly in the moutain. ( It felt like a cellar)
