• Samuel (10/5): Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis, im Herzen von Napoli, mit allem was es mit sich bringt. - Der Verwalter, Enrico, war sehr freundlich und Kontaktfreudig. Wir wurden mit Tips versorgt und er hat uns sogar aus dem sehr chaotischen Stadtteil begleitet. Danke Enrico! Es gab keine stahl Unterlage um die Mokka Kanne auf dem Herd zu erhitzen.
• Jean-Baptiste (10/5): En voiture au coeur de Naples. - Enrico nous a attendu malgré notre arrivée très tardive (1h du matin !). Le logement est très bien équipé et le parking pour la voiture est une nécéssité absolue à Naples. L'appartement est au calme dans un quartier vivant (marché, boulangeries, glacier ....). Tout est parfait pour s'immerger au coeur de Naples !
• Marcel (7/5): Eigentlich super bis auf die Sache mit dem Parkieren - Die Unterkunft und Ausstattung ist super. Parkiere gross als gratis anpreisen und dann im Kleingedruckten die Parkgebüren beschreiben. Muss nicht sein, ist unanständig und hat diese Unterkunft nicht nötig.
• CLAUDIO (10/5): Non tornavo a Napoli da 28 anni .... ci tornero' piu' spesso, grazie Enrico! - Posizione eccezionale per visitare la vera Napoli e per la vicinanza alla Metro! Niente
• Panagiotis (1/5): Δεν μας υποδέχτηκε κανείς να μας βοηθήσει να μπούμε , με βίντεο στο what’s up καταφέραμε να μπούμε , δεν μίλαγε κανείς Α - Η καθαρίστρια ήταν η μόνη ευχάριστη παρουσία και η μόνη που μας ρώτησε αν χρειαζόμαστε κάτι.και είχε όντως καθαρό το κατάλυμα Πρώτα από όλα έλεγε ότι έχει δωρεάν πάρκινγκ για μικρά αυτοκίνητα και στο τέλος μας ζήταγε σε μετρητά 50€ ενώ πήγαμε με ένα VW Golf, όταν του είπαμε ότι είναι απαράδεκτο , μας έστελνε μηνύματα για να μην γράψουμε κακή κριτική. Μας έστειλε να κάνουμε check out πριν τις 10 το πρωί και μετά μας είδε από κοντά και μας το είπε τρεις φορές λες και είμασταν χαζοί. Ούτε για την διαμονή μας ρώτησε ούτε τίποτα . Ο χώρος στάθμευσης που μας δώσανε ήταν ο ίδιος είτε ήταν ο δωρεάν είτε με αυτόν με χρέωση , κάτι απορρυπαντικά στον διάδρομο ήταν δύο μέρες εκεί καθώς και μια βαλίτσα στον διάδρομο επίσης δύο μέρες λες και έκαναν σε κάποιον έξωση . Η πόρτα της εισόδου είχε ένα εκατοστό κενό και έμπαινε κρύος αέρας , σίγουρα το σπίτι το είχε φτιάξει μόνος του ο ιδιοκτήτης για να μην πάρει επαγγελματία τεχνίτη . Με τα ίδια χρήματα βρίσκει κάποιος σπίτι στην Νάπολη σε πολύ καλή περιοχή όπως το Pollilipo . Πραγματικά δεν αξίζει σαν εμπειρία
• Johannes (10/5): Lage Top! Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Top! - Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war vor unserem Aufenthalt bereits super. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Wir konnten am Anreisetsg bereits früher ins Zimmer. Auch während des Aufenthalts war die Kommunikation sehr zuverlässig. Enrico möchte das man sich wohl fühlt! Das merkt man!
• Scuffi (10/5): Una bella scoperta! - L' appartamento è in una posizione che ti permette di arrivare nei luoghi più caratteristici di Napoli tranquillamente a piedi. Funicolare a due passi e Metro vicinissima. L' appartamento è pulito, silenzioso e completo di tutto ciò che serve e forse anche di più. Enrico, il proprietario, è una persona unica, gentile che riesce a metterti a tuo agio con mille attenzioni e consigli su come e cosa andare a visitare. Un plus è sicuramente la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina sotto casa e al sicuro con un sovrapprezzo più che adeguato. Torneremo sicuramente!!!! Niente, è sto tutto perfetto
• ROBIN (10/5): Cute apartment close to the funicular in the heart of Naples - This apartment was converted (I think) from a larger villa. The walls had to be at least 20 ft high! It is perfect for a single or couple visiting Naples. It was very clean. It is very secure. I loved sitting on the small balcony and hearing the sounds of the city. There is a washer for guest use in the bathroom which was great. The apartment had thoughtful conveniences like an iron and small ironing board, plenty of clean sheets and towels, a few bottles of wine, and bottled water. There are shops along the street, a vegetable seller, and a pharmacy across the street. It is a short walk to the funicular (team car). The host, Enrico, was great with communication and a lovely chap. There is an elevator and room for a small car to park inside the building’s courtyard. Bring walking shoes! The streets are cobblestones and slightly uneven in the area. Overall I would stay near again. A laundry drying rack would be very useful for guests. Some days it rained and the washed laundry would not dry outside.

• Domenico (8/5): Una casa al centro di tutto - Centralissima, ci si può muovere a piedi avendo tutto a portata di mano Posto auto (per piccoli veicoli) e’ di una comodità importante per chi volesse spostarsi con quel mezzo Host disponibilissimo e gentilissimo Appartamento con più del necessario per poter iniziare subito la propria vacanza Nello stabile sono in corso lavori di ristrutturazione e purtroppo va sopportato un po’ di rumore. Ma è una situazione temporanea e a breve questo problema sarà risolto
• Karmela_Ante (10/5): - Enrico je najbolji domaćin kojeg smo do sad imali. Apartman je čist i uredan, ima apsolutno sve što vam treba. Krevet i madraci su super za spavanje. Lift je genijalna ideja da ne morate nositi prtljagu stepenicama. Lokacija je odlična, sve smo pješice istraživali. Mi smo putovali motorom i vrlo važan nam je bio siguran parking, a u dvorištu imate parking za automobile i motore sa zatvorenim sigurnosnim vratima. Bili smo jako sretni. . Na dan odlaska smo bez problema mogli ostaviti prtljagu i motor u dogovoru sa Enricom jer smo htjeli još prošetati i razgledati kroz Napulj što nismo uspjeli dan ranije. Pozdrav Enricu i ako se nekad budemo vratili u Napulj tvoji smo gosti ponovno.

Quartiers espagnol et centre historique exceptionnels. - Emplacement, propreté du logement, accueil des propriétaires, leur disponibilité si besoin et gentillesse. Toujours disponibles pour quoi que ce soit. Logement à égale distance des quartiers principaux. Funiculaire et métro à 2mn... . Enfin, tout Franchement, tout était parfait nous concernant

• Barbara (10/5): Egy fantasztikus szállás, csodálatos házigazdával egy jó kis Nápolyi kikapcsolódáshoz - Enrico a szállásadó nagyon kedves és végtelenül segítőkész. A szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, központi helyen van. Az ágy kényelmes, a konyha felszerelt, hideg víz várt a hűtőben, van kávéfőző kávékapszulákkal, keksz, mini lekvárok és még fogkefét is kaptunk. :) A hálószoba tágas, a légkondícionáló kellemes hőmérsékletet biztosít. Központi nyüzsgő helyen van de a hangszigetelés kiváló, így a pihenés is tökéletes. A fürdőszobában sampon, balsam, tusfürdő, mosógép mosószerrel. Egyszerűen tökéletes! Nincs ilyen.

Czystosc moglaby byc lepsza. Stare mieszkanie, ale w miare ciche.

Forza Napoli - Private property right in the heart of the Spanish quarter, very close to Montesanto so easy to hop a direct train to Pompei. Property very well maintained and decorated Small problem but our phone signal can drop out occasionally.

• Peter (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at the house, which is set in a beautiful old courtyard. - A nice big bedroom with a comfy bed. The kitchen had that was required. The host were friendly and helpful. A good central location with small local shops nearby. No lounge or sitting room, apart from the kitchen.
