• H (10/5): Comfortable - The communication was smooth, and the location was perfect. Everything was accessible by foot, and it was only a few minutes’ walk to the metro station. From the first day, I felt comfortable in this apartment. You should keep in mind that you have to walk up the stairs, as it is the top floor. For me, it was not an issue at all, but for someone with physical limitations, it could be a problem.

• Hisashi (10/5): 素晴らしい - The owner was very kind, and the location was excellent. The house was well equipped, so we were able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. We were also very grateful that they kindly care our luggage for a while after checkout and helped us in many other ways. よくない点では無いですが、階段の上り下りが多くエレベーターも無いため、その点は気をつけてください。後、カギが２つあれば助かるという場面がありました。

• Iria (10/5): Ubicación inmejorable. Trato excepcional. - El apartamento es muy amplio y está muy bien equipado. La atención que nos brindaron tanto Fabio como Gianluca es inmejorable. Muy atentos y respetuosos. Estancia muy satisfactoria. La ubicación es excelente ya que está a 10 minutos caminando de muchos lugares de interés y, para ver los que están más alejados, hay una parada de metro casi al lado que te facilita el traslado al resto de la ciudad. Es un cuarto sin ascensor

Recommended a fabulous restaurant and his recommendation included a discount - Plenty of space for our family and very close to shops bars and restaurants There are a lot of steps up to the apartment but it kept us fit after all the delicious Italian food.

• Hone (10/5): Comfortable and spacious - Hosts were very communicative and helpful. The apartment was at the top of several flights of stairs so was a sweaty climb up, but this wasn't an issue, just meant we burnt of all the delicious food we ate.

Et l’appartement est très grand et climatisé dans les chambres également donc parfait vu les chaleurs à Naples Les escaliers a monter avec des valises car sans ça passe mais vaut mieux le savoir si on a de jeunes enfants ou des personnes âgées
• Ana (2/5): Casa de acesso quase impossível - Para aceder ao apartamento tem de se subir 120 degraus, sem elevador! A casa, apesar de ter ar condicionado fica bastante quente. Porque é impossível deixar o ar condicionado ligado enquanto se sai de casa, pois soldaram a chave que aciona o ar condicionado ao resto das chaves. Então quando se sai de casa tem de se levar as chaves todas. O que faz com que a casa fique a aquecer o tempo todo que estamos fora. Pois fica no topo de um prédio. Chegámos ás 10 pm e no dia seguinte de manhã tive de reservar outro lugar. É impossível estar numa casa assim com tantos degraus para subir.

• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartment in the historical city, near the metro Duomo and not far from the central station, from where you can get to Pompeii and Herculaneum and other cities. Soft comfortable bed, the apartment has everything you need: hair dryer, iron, washing machine. The apartment itself is on the top 4th floor, a lot of steps, no elevator, those with heavy luggage or older people may have difficulties, but in the apartment you can't hear anything from the street and the stairs will be like daily exercise. Amazing owner Fabio will prepare everything for the child, if you arrive with a child. We arrived without a stroller, asked the owner if he would have a stroller available. He brought us a stroller, thanks a lot to him for this, he helped us a lot. We had an early flight, he took us to the airport at 5 am for a certain fee. We spent 9 days in Naples. I recommend.
• Maureen (10/5): A comfortable apartment - The apartment was spacious and in a wonderful location for exploring the old town. For example, the Duomo was less than 10 minutes walk away. Despite being situated in a really lively area, the apartment was very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved using the moka pot and the delicious Italian coffee left for our use. There is an easy to use washing machine and plenty of outdoor space for drying. It is very convenient for small food shops and there is even a bakery a few minutes walk away. Although it is on the 4th floor we, in spite of being 70+, did not find it too taxing. It was a great morning and evening exercise.! As far as our luggage was concerned, Fabio, Luca and friend carried it up and down for us. They also ensured a smooth departure for us, arranging a reasonably priced taxi to the station. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment as a base for a fabulous stay in Naples. We spent nine days in the apartment and would have liked more cleaning supplies.

• Dale (9/5): It is a wonderful apartment. Excellent manager, but beware of five flights upstairs. We got used to it even though we ar - Centrality, size, cleanliness, helpfulness of the manager. We had a problem with the washing machine and he quickly took care of it. Stairs, and somewhat gritty and busy neighborhood ( we were fine with it). On the whole, we enjoyed our stay there as we got to see a real down to earth neighborhood in a very ancient and soulful city.

• Marc (7/5): Good - Top location in the old quarter. Cean and functional flat. Tranfer from and to the airport by the owner at a reasonable fee. 1. I tried to book the 2 bedroom flat for 3 people at the price of 741€ a week but could not finalise because of technical problems at booking.com. I tried again the next day and the property came up immediately for 710€ which I booked firm. Only later I saw that it now was only for 2 instead of 3. I asked booking to solve the problem and got a phone call to say that the price would then be 741€, which I accepted. But then the owner suddenly wanted an extra 210€, which I had to accept since I could no longer cancel my first reservation. I complained to booking but no use. As a test I now tried to reserve another week for 3 people in March and the price was again 741€. I felt really cheated and not at all helped by booking.com. 2. It was nowhere told that one has to get up 8 flights of stairs, in total +/- 240 steps, to get to the flat. Since we are seniors, 64, 74 and 77 years old, this was not the ideal flat for us.

• Helena (7/5): It was nice stay during the weekend. - The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and air-conditioned. Located in the very center of the city, which is an excellent starting point for exploring the city and its surroundings. The owner and the guy at the reception are very friendly and helpful. we were able to arrange to leave our luggage in the suite until our departure in the late afternoon. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is reached by more than 100 stairs. The apartment would need some repairs, such as changing the board on the toilet bowl, the the shower holder... And also better cleaning.

It has 2 toilettes and one shower but we managed very well the six of us. It is close to all attractions and to great and famous restaurants and pizzerias... Please notice that the only flaw of the apartment is that it is located on the fourth floor and there are many stairs... Otherwise, it is really convenient and safe. Just perfect! Fabio even invited us on our last day to a wonderful breakfast with delicious traditional pastries. He also helped us a lot with the luggage.Grazie mille:) See above

• James (8/5): We enjoyed it very much, the flat was a fine place to base ourselves for Naples and day trips. - The flat is modernised within a traditional courtyard centered building, and quiet local neighbours. Its the historical central and easy walking distance to many places of interest, and also just a short walk to the central rail station with easy access to Sorrento, and Pompeii. It was a comfortable refuge in a busy city, and although October the modern air conditioning/heating was much appreciated. The owner was very helpful on arrival and in assisting us with our departure. Its Naples, and although a noisy busy city, the flat is sheltered from most of it, and everything suddenly gets very quiet at midnight (a local ordinance ?). The flat is high up with a balcony view along the old narrow streets, but that does involve a lot of steps.

Walls are thin so neighbours tv is loud. There are a lot of stairs so those with families or mobility issues be aware
