• Tobias (9/5): - Top lage, sehr lieber host und papa. Es war super sauber und es gab viele kleine aufmerksamkeiten! Balkon war kein wirklicher balkon (nur weil wir das im filter extra drin hatten)
• Amanda (10/5): Alessio’s apartment is the best place to stay in Naples - we highly recommended to everyone and would definitely stay ag - The location was absolutely perfect, so close to everything - public transport, restaurants, shopping, supermarket and tourist attractions. Alessio was an incredible host, he was very accommodating when we arrived well before the check-in time. He explained everything very clearly and was exceptionally helpful with local information. The very thoughtful supply of breakfast items, cakes, orange juice and milk was gratefully appreciated. The bed was super comfy and the entire apartment was pristinely clean.
• Gerard (10/5): Un séjour à Naples dans un lieu parfait avec des hôtes cjarmants - L'accueil et les nombreuse attentions, nous ont permis de démarrer notre séjour dans des conditions parfaites. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et, peut-être le plus inattendu, il est totalement au calme car il donne sur la cour intérieure. Un luxe avec un tel emplacement !!! L'ascenseur est un plus non négligeable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir... Merci encore RIEN !

The breakfast items left as a courtesy were a nice touch. Alessio was a great host, he was very helpful and event helped after send back things we forgot at the property. • Peru Milton (10/5): - El Anfitrión, Alessio, fue muy amable, nos dejó el desayuno para los días que reservamos, había monedas de 20cents para el ascensor a disponibilidad y el ultimo día nos permitió quedarnos un poco mas, hasta la salida de nuestro vuelo. Fue una experiencia muy positiva. Todo genial

• Jeanine (9/5): Heel fijn en voor herhaling vatbaar - De locatie was top. Midden in de oude Spaanse wijk. Je kan overal gemakkelijk te voet naar toe. Metro stations zijn dichtbij. De host is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Er lagen zelfs 20 cent muntjes klaar voor gebruik van de lift Er was ontbijt beschikbaar, melk, sinaasappelsap, toast, boter, nutella en jam en verschillende cereals en cakejes. Het bed maakt geluid wanneer je beweegd

• Monika (8/5): Ideal für einen Kurztrip - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, sauber und mit einer soliden Ausstattung versehen. Lediglich ein Schneidebrett und ein schärferes Messer hätten wir uns zusätzlich gewünscht. Ansonsten ist die Küche bestens geeignet, um zu kochen. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass der Gastgeber den Kühlschrank mit einigen Basics wie Butter, Milch und Wasser ausgestattet hatte. Auch Dinge wie Olivenöl, Salz und Pfeffer waren vorhanden, was wir sehr befürwortet haben. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, stets gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehrere in unmittelbarer Nähe. Praktisch ist auch der Aufzug, der gegen eine geringe Gebühr von 20 Cent genutzt werden kann. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

• Achab911 (10/5): Un balcone su Napoli - É stato tutto perfetto, Salvatore ci accolti con professionalità e simpatia dandoci peraltro degli ottimi consigli su dove mangiare. La casa é un vero gioiello pulita, ordinata ed essenziale. Bagno curato nei dettagli. Potrei consigliare uno scaldotto per il bagno un po' più potente. Massima disponibilitá anche nel farci lasciare i bagagli ben oltre l'orario di check-out. Le foto presenti su booking sono reali. L'appartamento é al secondo piano con ascensore, la camera da letto é posta piú in alto, essendo i soffitti alti, e si raggiunge con una comoda scala interna, che non é consigliabile per coloro che hanno problemi di deambulazione, per i quali, peró, sarà possibile utilizzare il comodissimo divano letto del soggiorno. I condizionatori d'aria scaldano a sufficienza la casa. La posizione è in centro ma non si avvertono rumori. Assolutamente da consigliare. Tutto perfetto

• Adriana Marisa (9/5): Estancia confortable y a mano de todo! - Súper cómoda y muy bien ubicada. La atención de Alessio fue muy buena, procurando que tengamos una buena estancia, incluyendo recomendaciones de donde podíamos ir a comer. Nos sorprendió gratamente la recepción de elementos para el desayuno!!! Nos hubiese gustado tener más presión de agua en la ducha. Sobre la ubicación, me sirvió haber leído en otro comentario que la zona no parecía buena pero que estaba todo bien. Con la estancia en Nápoles, centro histórico y con todo a mano, vimos que Nápoles es así!!! 😃

It is close to Napoli's major attractions, harbourside, eateries and public transport. The apartment is very quiet, although close to Naples' major shopping district and supermarkets. The apartment is clean and well-equipped and the fridge was full of fruits and sweets. The host is super cool and helpful and gave us recommendations for everything.
• cristina (9/5): Apartamento muy cómodo y limpio . El barrio y portal pueden impresionar en un principio. - El apartamento es precioso.Muy bien ubicado, en el centro. Alessio muy amable nos ayudó en todo. Aunque en principio el barrio y el edificio puedan darte mala impresión ( mal estado, oscuro, destartalado..) ten en cuenta que forma parte de la esencia de Nápoles, el barrio Spagnolo es auténtico y en pocas horas te acostumbras y lo vives como un napolitano más. No lleves el coche hasta allí, no hay aparcamiento y sufrirás con las calles estrechas. Pide a Alessio que te indique un parking.

• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - For our fourth visit to Naples, we wanted to stay in the vibrant Spanish quarter. This apartment was the perfect oasis of calm amidst all the bustle. Very central location, newly renovated, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need.. The owners even stocked the fridge with breakfast goods! Amazingly, the apartment was very quiet. We couldn't hear any noise from outside or inside. The owners, who live next door, are very kind and helpful, We hope to come back some day!

The apartment was fully equipped and comfortable. There were some incredients to prepare breakfast the mornings and a espresso coffee machine. The location was great, close to everything on foot. The apartment was extremely quiet! Everything was great, nothing negative to mention

Property is on 2nd floor, but there is a lift if you don’t wish to take the stairs.

• Saugat (10/5): Great hosts, location and very clean - The cleanliness was top notch. The location was great- very close to via toledo, yet quiet. Breakfast was good too. On the final day, Alessio’s mom even baked a home made chocolate cake. Communication was spot on- Alessio answered any questions I had very quickly. The lever of the coffee machine was a bit stuck and we were a bit worroed that applying too much pressure, would break it- so I messaged them post 9 pm, and they just volunteered to come right away and help. Really appreciated. If you are in Naples, you must stay here. I chose this place by reading reviews from other travellers and I am glad I did. The lever of the coffee machine sometimes gets a little stuck, but once you know , you won’t break it- you should be fine :)
• Desislava (10/5): We'll come back to Napoli and Silvi's house again - The location was excellent, on a walking distance to Via Toledo and all the main things to see in the city. Salvatore was an amazing host, more than helpful. When he knew that both my wife and me have Birthday on the same day, he arranged greeting flags in the doorway, champagne, home made cake, candles and a lighter :) Breakfast was great, warm croissants or 'graffa', the apartment was comfy, clean and cozy. We'll defenitely come back! Everything was perfect, we have no compaints

• Martín (10/5): Great apartment in the heart of the Spanish Quarter - Alessio and Salvatore were amazing hosts! They welcomed us on the street and were very friendly from the beginning. There was a big variety of fruits and cereals in the kitchen and the fridge filled with different types of jam, also butter, yogurts, juice and milk (normal and oats) but in addition to that they left us fresh pastries every morning and one of the days a homemade cake that Alessio's mam had baked. The apartment was very clean and ideally located! If I go back to Naples I would stay in Silvi's House again without doubt! 🙂 The kids in the apartment above can be noisy in the morning. But despite that everything was perfect!

Lift out of order on our stay but apartment only up a couple of flights of stairs. The owner carried our bags upstairs for us and was very helpful and friendly.

• Anonymous (10/5): A calm oasis in wonderfully chaotic city - Salvatore was an incredibly gracious host. He was very attentive without being intrusive. Every morning we awoke to fresh baked pastries. The apartment was also well provisioned with plenty of coffee, milk, and juice. The location was perfect minutes away from metro, shopping, excellent food, and museums. Lastly, the apartment was very quiet despite being in the midst of a very lively neighborhood.
• Carlos (10/5): Amazing!! - Salvatore the host, it’s an amazing guy, the daughter in law it’s also a great person, so accommodating , I mean you don’t feel like I guest, they make you feel more like family, the apartment it’s in great shape, even comes with a washing machine in the unit, the breakfast it’s like feeling at home, from the fruits to the home made bread this guy knows what he is doing, makes you sad to leave, The location is fantastic so close to everything, Main Street, restaurants, shops, etc..oh and doesn’t matter how hot Napoli could be because the unit has 2 blasting AC units and one of them is just enough to get the unit super cold and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I come back. nothing
