• Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely perfect stay. I visited Naples for one day and was met by the most friendly host who showed me all the places worth visiting - both historical monuments and where to eat and drink locally. The apartment was placed local and lived up to all expectations. Very much recommend! Everything was perfect
• Leticia (1/5): We were very disappointed in the ugly location & the dangerous flight of steps in the stairs. - The host is so unfriendly, the moment he met us he started complaining about our late check in when in fact we were there earlier than required & we were all very frustrated to see the ugly location that later on a neighbor told us that we have to be careful as that location is quite dangerous especially for tourists. Day & night we never got a good sleep as there were people making noises most of the time. The inside of the apt is not so bad but No elevator & we had to take the extremely very dangerous many, many flights of stairs up to the top where the apt is located. It is definitely not senior friendly. The host promised to find us a better apt but he never contacted us anymore & though we don’t have the Apps I gave him our email addresses & asked for help to be transferred to another apt as he claimed he has 8 apts but he never bothered calling us. I gave the host a very bad review for all our frustrations & the sufferiings we encountered during our stay in his apt. It could have been better if the host is accomodating & transferred us to a much better location in an apt with an elevator.
• P (8/5): Very good - Location was fantastic and the host was great The beds were super uncomfortable and a/c doesn’t work to good but luckily we weren’t there during a heat wave
• Csebi (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very nice towards us ,took his Time to explain and shows us where we can get delicious food and Always check on us and respond prompt at our text. Finally every reqiurement were met.
• Fabio (10/5): Exceptional - The host Gigi was impecable! Extremely welcoming, helpful, a true host. The house is located on the most authentic alive heart of the city, was very spacious, organized and clean, and had a very romantic feeling to it, just like the whole city of Napoli. We couldnt have asked for a better stay and Gigi and his house were certainly a huge part of this. Thank you for everything.

• Alison (2/5): How anyone can rent out a property, take over £120ngt and not be bothered to clean it is beyond me! - Apartment was close to old Spanish quarter with good metro lnks. Owner said this apartment was over 500 years old-doesnt matter how old a property is you still need to CLEAN and MAINTAIN it....have absolutely no comeback if you lodge a complaint so don't expect booking.com or the host to help you-they won't. We stayed in 5 other places around Italy on our trip and they were all good and one exceptional-it is NOT being fussy to expect owners to clean it's basic! Bathroom shower was hideously dirty with a broken shower,had to hold it my hands-shower blocked up with hair/dirt-only shower I've ever taken that I felt I needed another to get clean!very unclean parts in the kitchen,broken microwave(wouldn't have used cos it was filthy)mezzanine staircase unsafe as not secured to wall-honestly if you have kids don't go there-its not safe.
