Guest Reviews
- Mouna (10/5): Perfecte plek voor een Harry Potter fan - Als je een HArry Potter fdan bent is this the place to be. De eetkamer is volledig in Thema ingericht. Ook slaapkamer heeft een Harry Potter touch. De badkamer heeft ook een leuke vibe met overal eendjes ter decoratie niets. Alles was naar wens.
- Jorge (10/5): A one of a kind experience - Amazing decor and feeling, if you are fan of Harry Potter it's a must. Strategically located at shepherd's green, easy to access everywhere in London
- Lapo (9/5): - Posizione e accoglienza Forse mancava qualcosa (es. bagnodoccia, spugna per i piatti, tovagliette per la colazione, fazzolettini di carta)
- Takuto (9/5): Special place for Harry Potter fans. - As a Harry Potter fan, the environment was absolutely irresistible and really heightened the feeling that I had arrived in London.
The nearby residents were also very friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes went smoothly.
Even though my check-in was significantly later than the scheduled time, they were still able to accommodate me.
I hadn’t brought any body soap, but when I asked, they quickly provided it. This may partly be due to my own sensitivity, but since there were many decorative items, there were some areas with a noticeable amount of dust, which caused an allergic reaction for me.
The lighting was controlled via Alexa, and it was not always easy to quickly adjust the specific lights I wanted.

- Kayla (9/5): Would stay again - Fun and quirky apartment with lovely voice controller lighting. The owner is very responsive and nice to speak to on my departure. Comfortable bed (the pillows were great) and sofa in the lounge room. It has everything you need to cook in the kitchen, very close to shopping centre, movies, public transport to get into london, safe area and well lit. Even a lift. The water pressure is not great on the toilet and some times you need to take the shower head down to start water flow but water temperature is great.
- Anton (10/5): Perfection - It’s just perfect. I’ve lived in dozens of hotels, apartments and rooms in the past few years, and this one is the most authentic, cozy and awesome of all of them. I now feel better educated on how to arrange my own place in the future. The host is also an incredibly friendly and kind person. I can’t recommend the overall experience enough. Have nothing to write here.

- Russell (10/5): Amazing place - The flat was amazing, like a museum for Harry Potter enthusiasts. It was well kept, clean. Adaptor was also available. Shower is good. The stay was very comfortable. Nothing really

- Desiree Maas (9/5): gezellige magische plek - De inrichting van het appartement was erg uniek en gezellig. Het bed was goed en niet te zacht. niks :)
- Matúš Lazár (8/5): Great location, themed apartment - Great location. Close to a bus stop, underground. A big mall is close by, and there is a big selection of small businesses on the streets around the park. Considering other London accommodations, this apartment is a pretty good size, with a nice, clean bathroom. It was quite noisy, and we were woken up by cars honking every morning. The room is pretty good, nice bathroom, but very cluttered. I love plants, but taking a shower with one poking in your back and one in your face when sitting on the toilet, that was a bit too much :D
The Harry Potter theme was great; however, it was still very cluttered.
- Jennie (7/5): Cosy magical flat in a good location - The flat is filled with lots of Harry Potter detail; sorting hat, many a Hedwig, triwizard cup and multiple wands. The bedding is a great touch along with the decorations in the small hallway. We loved the crazy amount of ducks in the bathroom too🤣 Having the ceiling fan in the living room was a welcome feature as temperatures had hit 30 the day we came to London! The bath towels should be bath sheets, nowhere near big enough. We had to use a flannel as a tea towel as none were supplied. We had a problem operating the lights in both the living room and bedroom owing to the fact, they were linked to Alexa who didn't seem to respond to the commands given, possibly due to the fact that the modem was changed a couple of days before.

- Naser (10/5): A Magical Escape! - A wonderful and magical experience that was absolutely beyond expectations! The apartment is wonderful and has everything you need for a short stay, perfectly central and easy to get to. But the decorations are seriously amazing, every corner is full of some magical artefact or antique. Whoever decorated this flat has surely been to Hogwarts! I cannot recommend enough, the pictures do not do this place justice.
- Gabrijela (10/5): Straight out of a fairytale - This place has definitely exceeded all our expectations! Special thanks to the host who has provided us with tons of useful information regarding local activities and festivities. The place was ethereally beautiful and feels like a little cove straight out of the fairytale!
- Farrar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amy (9/5): A Museum-Like Apartment Stay - The host was responsive and quick to help with any questions.
The location is very good - close to public transportation and a mall with plenty of restaurants and entertainment.
The theming is quirky and adds a bit of extra fun to a stay with plenty of interesting decorations that will make your stay far from boring.
Though small, the kitchen has plenty of tools for a competent chef to make a good meal and the washing machine is quiet, so it isn't annoying to have running in the background. The room is on the fifth floor and the water pressure is a bit unreliable.
The apartment is so full of decorations it can be tricky to find where to put your own belongings.
The bed is a trundle and can be a bit of an awkward sleep space, particularly with a giant unicorn hovering overhead.
Although there is a washing machine, there isn't a dryer - a rack is available to set up though, and a well-seasoned traveler can make do.
- Margaret (10/5): Lovely and convenient, this quiet apartment had everything you need, in a very convenient location for all your outside - It’s an eclectic wonderland, very joyful. Softer pillows would be nice, bathtub is very narrow and one plant is too low for lying in the tub unless you’re a small person. If you shower it wouldn’t matter.
- Andrea (4/5): Cramped Cluttered no space to eat, put anything down, put a shopping bag.n a good location. - Location is the best thing No space at all. Owners personal belongings in all rooms. Minimal space for clothes because of the owners personal belongings.
Cluttered cramped couldn't eat from the table because of the 'collection' of stuff on it. No desk, no space to put my laptop, not a proper adult bed. It's a single bed with an extension and a child like bed spread. No curtains in the living room. And actually, when you look properly it's really quite dusty. Just NOT a place to relax in at all.
- Anthony (10/5): 3-minute walk from Shepherd's Bush tube station, lots of shopping, markets, great restaurants, more! - The Harry Potter theme, decor, music, kitchen with all necessities, clothes washer, location close to the tube, markets, restaurants and amenities were all outstanding! We absolutely LOVED our stay! No clothes dryer. This was the only negative. Highest recommendation to travelers looking for a groovy atmosphere and everything you need in the flat for a comfy and relaxing stay!
- Mev (10/5): A must if you’re a Harry Potter fan 🤩 - This property is in an Excellent location. It's very close to the underground and very quirky.
- Julia (10/5): Perfect adventure - Everything like described. The location is great, city centre well reachable, big shopping mall close by, as well as restaurants. Communication is very good. Even after the third day I still found new things in the apartment. It's an adventure!
There's Alexa in two rooms, so you can switch the lights and play music or ask for the weather. Awesome! Finding the right level in the house was a little tricky, but it was late and I was tired😅
If you're tall, you might have problems in the shower. But don't get me wrong, that's nothing really to complain about. The apartment is worth it!
- Réka (10/5): Exceptional - The location is central (well, as far as Sheperd's Bush is central, but on my London map it is :)), the host is very responsive, the flat is very well-equipped, but, of course, the most important thing is that you most probably have never seen a place like this: it is AMAZING how many relics are brought to one small place and what fantastic mood it gives to the place, it can keep you busy for hours just to look around in the living room... I'm not particularly a wizardry (or Harry Potter) fan, I can only imagine what true fans would feel (getting a shock :)) The flat is not particularly spacey, but this is partly due to all the stuff that brings you this amazing ambiance, so it is absolutely worth it
- Yadnya (9/5): Superb - Set up is wonderful Too cramped due to lot of stuff
- Daniel (10/5): Very friendly host. Nice and clean accommodation. I highly recommend it! - The magical ambience and the great location made the stay a fantastic experience.
- Ben (8/5): Amazing Magical Experience! - Amazing location and experience with all the harry potter themed decorations and memorabilia. I promise you haven't stayed anywhere like this before! Bathroom was disappointing. Shower wasn't very good and toilet flush was broken.
Also possibly too many things cluttering the apartment. Hard to find anywhere to put things.
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - A very quirky and fun place to stay.
Excellent facilities in the kitchen though didn't use them.
Despite all the ornaments and features the flat was exceptionally clean.
The host was amazing and made the stay for my daughter extra special.
Close to the tube station and Westfield shopping centre.
Perfect for a few nights away. ☺️☺️
- Rebecca (3/5): Not worth the money - Not very much at all I fb I am honest Very little space and was filled with objects that were not practical making it impossible to move around in.
No curtains in the bedroom so was woken up each day but so much noise and light.
No television which would have been standard in any other hotel like setting.
Irrelevant objects that seemingly had little to do with Harry Potter. I don’t think the owner is a fan at all. Just making money from a gimmick.
The space wasn’t utilised well at all. They need to bare in mind that people are using this space to live in.
Hada very uncomfortable night sleep. Noise all night from the streets and woken up soon as the sun came up.
- André (7/5): Good -
- Simon (9/5): Magical getaway. - Magical little place. Great for a getaway from day to day life. The rooms are full of surprises and have been decorated with love and great care.
The flat is located in walking distance to Shepherds Bush station and facilities. There was not a lot of space to eat in, as the beautiful decorations take up most of the living room. It didn't bother us much though.
- Hugh (8/5): Very good -
- Cynthia (10/5): Harry Potter fans will squeal with joy! I did! - Amazing stay! It's devoted to Harry Potter and the Wizarding world! Alexa was playing Harry Potter music when I arrived. It was silly and fun. Every day made me giggle! Comfy bed and good kitchen. Close to everything in Shepherd's Bush. Treat yourself!! Absolutely nothing!
- Christina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - Great property with a magical theme which was perfect for our few days visiting the Harry Potter studios and seeing Penn and Teller!
All of the little details and quirky decorations to look at were great.
The hosts were fast at replying to messages and kept us up to date if anything changed.
The property is in a great location and was easy to walk to nearby places.
The flat is small but the space is used well to fit in everything that is needed, the kitchen area is an added bonus, although we didn't need to use the facilities during our stay. The only thing that we would have liked differently is some darker curtains as we like to sleep in complete darkness. There were some fabric eye masks that we noticed on the door handle the following morning though!
The room was a bit hot, but we did go in a heatwave and it was almost 30 degrees! We found some heaters for the winter but couldn't find a fan.
- Katharine (10/5): Magical Stay - Wow! I thought I had an impressive collection of items from the Wizarding world, but no, this far surpasses mine. The flat was clean and beautifully presented. We enjoyed staying somewhere unique for our weekend away rather than a bland hotel. Couldn’t recommend more for those of us who enjoy a little magic in our lives.
- Rae (8/5): Very good -
- Pawelnaw (10/5): I was a wizard - Super apartment, you could move into a world of magic. I felt like I was in my wizard's apartment. With a visit to Harry Potter Studio fit perfectly 😄 plus super contact with the host. Wszystko się podobało, mieszkanie na swój styl 🙂
- Dan (7/5): Good - Great location, extremely helpful and thoughtful host, and wonderful collection of decorations! The photos really do it justice! We should have expected all of the wonderful decorations, it was a bit claustrophobic.
- Lucy (10/5): unreal apartment, so quirky - everything. absolutely gorgeous and unique. nothing wish I was staying longer
- Saleh (1/5): A place that I really don't recommend anyone to stay.. - We did like nothing about the apartment.. Small and tiny space.. There is even no room to put our travel bags..
- Jack (8/5): Very good -
- Eratle (10/5): Exceptional - The location is surrounded with amazing restaurants and few minute walk to the underground station, very convenient location and the interior is full of surprise and fun!
- Katain (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly host, the flat looks magical just like on the photos.
- Richard (10/5): Amazing - Un univers incroyable Ras
- Aimee (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was very special. It was a brilliant spectical during the day and at night. We absolutely loved staying here and it was very clean, had everything we needed for a short weekend stay and felt very secure. It was a place we won't forget staying at! Mario was very responsive online and very kind in terms of check out and check in times. We really appreciated your attentiveness and would definitely recommend your stay especially for a Harry Potter fan! Loved it :) thank you
