• Radek (8/5): Velice dobré i s nedostatky - Poloha, praktické zařizeni (byt 3). Vysavač, žehlicka, fén, deštníky, redukce ne EU elektřinu - to vše super. I přes výhrady to bylo super, ale NE de luxe.ve Pračka i myčka super, ale nenašli jsme prací prášek a mycí tablety. Kupovat na tyden se nám to nechtělo. Potrhané a vetché povlečení u deky. :-( Myslím, že nejdou 1x zásuvky. Televize měla špatný signál, tak jsme zrdcadlili TV z mobilu. Hodil by se smeták, ať se nemusí stále sestavovat vysavač.

• Robert (9/5): Good, well appointed flat with easy access to Central London - This small studio apartment was spotlessly clean and generally decorated and (very well) equipped to a high standard. Access was easy and communication with the host was perfect. The photos and description provided are accurate. The location could hardly be better: easy access to central London by Tube and bus within just a few minutes walk. Central London is not far away - in fact we walked back from Trafalgar Square a couple of times - about 1/2 hour along Picadilly, Regent Street and Oxford Street, so lots of interest on the way. Hyde Park is close by so there are pleasant walks, even across to the museum quarter in Kensington. There is a host of small shops, restaurants and friendly pubs on the doorstep. The small "corner" shops on Craven Road (a minute away) provide all you need for light meals and the patisserie across the road sells lovely pastries for breakfast. The neighbourhood is quiet, well-lit and felt safe - although we didn't wander about in the middle of the night. We stayed at the end of December and start of January, so bear that in mind when I say the apartment was a bit cold. The large single-pane windows and tiled floors are great, but ... we were glad to have warm slippers and woolly jumpers. The bed was OK, although a bit hard for our taste. But after spending all day walking for miles around London, we slept well anyway! It is very possible to hear people in the other rooms although they were not at all noisy and it didn't disturb us - still, I'd recommend having ear plugs handy, just in case. A disappointment was the fact that the TV wasn't working due to renovation work being carried out on the roof - so no aerial. We didn't even see the New Year fireworks display on TV and not having Netflix or YouTube accounts, we didn't use the TV at all. I assume this is just temporary until the works finish.
• Stephanie (8/5): - The check-in process was super easy, the flat is in a great central location, and the size is much bigger than what you'd get for a hotel room at the same price. The shower pressure is quite low and drains a bit slowly. Also feel like bigger fluffier towels would make the stay feel a tad more luxurious.

It was very accessible and perfectly located near shops and everyday essentials, and being close to Paddington Station made getting around London extremely easy. Communication with the key holder was straightforward and hassle-free, which made check-in and any queries simple to manage. The hospitality was amazing—this place is a rare find in London. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends who understand how to respect and care for other people’s home.

• Fabrizio (7/5): Ubicación ideal, estancia cómoda y anfitrión muy atento - Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación. La estación de Paddington está tan cerca que incluso llegamos caminando desde allí hasta el departamento, lo que hizo todo muy cómodo, especialmente después de un vuelo largo. El barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro, sobre todo por la noche, ideal para quienes priorizamos descansar y no buscamos necesariamente tener mucha vida nocturna. El proceso de check-in fue muy sencillo y valoré mucho la independencia y libertad que tuvimos dentro del edificio. El host fue muy amable, nos permitió hacer un early check-in y, cuando mencionamos que se filtraba olor a cigarro desde otros departamentos hacia el nuestro, nos ayudó rápidamente a solucionarlo. El departamento estaba bien equipado, tal como se indicaba en Booking.com, con calefacción y todos los elementos necesarios, y además tenía lavadora con secadora, lo que fue un gran plus. También destacaría que el departamento era amplio y cómodo, lo que hizo la estadía mucho más agradable. Lo que no me gustó fue que la cama resultó demasiado dura e inestable, lo cual afectó un poco el descanso. En algunos momentos también se filtraban olores desde otros departamentos, como olor a cigarro o comida, lo que fue incómodo. Con algunas mejoras en estos aspectos, la experiencia habría sido aún mejor.
• Aurora (6/5): Handy but no frills. - The apartment, although small, was well appointed within an excellent location. The bed was hard. There was no way of boiling a kettle or using the toaster without plugging it in away from the kitchen area. These however were minor quibbles. My main issue was the pervasive noise throughout the stay, both from the street and from contractors.
• Frederick (8/5): A great apartment in a great neighborhood, thank you! - Super great host communications, location was fabulous, so many great restaurants with wonderful people just on Craven Terrace itself, really quiet at night, designed really well with some great space opening for a fairly small space. Really only thing was could have used some more and larger towels, just two tiny towels and hand towels and asking for 50 Quid for more was a bit rough, a very small thing though

• Jin Soo (8/5): Exceptional stay in London - Very close to Paddington and Hyde park. Good tube access to Hammersmith. Friendly area little bit off from the tourists giving you good sleep. Kind host. Too bad we had other plans and little time for interactions with him. Shower water pressure could be improved. Initial difficulty with door lock but figured it out.

• SVanin (8/5): Good small apartment in Paddington - The location is great. The apartment is quite small, but still very comfortable. Also there was everything that is needed for our stay. The host is very nice and the instructions for check in are totally clear The sounds from both street and other rooms can be heard quite well. Lucky that there was no one noisy enough on the days of our stay
• Jason (7/5): Bien en ciertos aspectos pero en otros no. - Ubicación y en los alrededores hay oferta de cafeterías, restaurantes y bares. Zona muy segura.. Cama un poco incómoda, televisor con mala conexión y no me gustó que te den opción de una toalla extra por 50 libras! Te quedas 4 noches y te dan una toalla de ducha y una de manos. No me parece correcto. Es verdad que hay una lavadora pero no jabón para lavarla. No es práctico. Cuarto de baño super pequeño. La presion del agua de la ducha muy pobre. La pila del baño mini y atascada! Los detalles cuentan y aquí se echan en falta por el precio que pagamos.

• Kati (9/5): Zentral und sicher gelegenes kleines Ministudio mit allem Nötigen und sehr guter Kommunikation nähe Kensington Gardens - Geniale Lage Nähe Paddington Station & Kensington Gardens, je knapp 10 min, Die Kommunikation und ,Gebrauchsanweisung des Studios‘ sehr gut & genau & hilfreich Internet stets zuverlässig. Das Studio ist sehr klein & hat allerdings sehr viele praktische Dinge.. Klapptisch, Klappfenster, Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Schränke, praktische Dusche, Spiegel, Bügeleisen, Wasserkocher etc. TV & Stühle wie auch die Kochplatte & Bügeleisen hatten wir nicht genutzt, es war nur abends wegen der Besucher & am Morgen wegen der Anlieferung etwas lauter Viele kleine Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe, Pub ebenso & Restaurants .. eine Teekanne wäre sehr praktisch, es gab nur einen Frensh Press Glasbehälter, teils ist die Verankerung der Verdunklungsrollos lose, eine zweite Zudecke mit Bettbezug, wenn 2 Personen kommen, aber da es warm war, ging es, einen internationalen Adapter scheint jemand vorher mitgenommen zu haben

• Gerard (9/5): Everything you’d need for a comfortable stay in a great location. - Great location: restaurants and pubs literally out the front door, 2 minute walk to Hyde Park, 4 minutes to tube, 10 to Paddington. Well equipped, even a clothes drier. And quiet at night. The Queen bed is up against one wall, a little tight on space.

• Marissa (8/5): Very good - The flat is in an excellent location and the owner/ manager was accommodating when we requested an earlier check in. It is small, but well thought out so the space wasn't a problem. We were there during extremely hot weather and the flat itself was really warm, but on cooler days with the windows open and the fan going, it was pleasant. Check out information provided said we had to leave before 1100, which we took to mean no later than 1100. However, the cleaner came at 930, then again at 1030, and 1045, and waited outside the door until we left. This added some stress to the checkout process, but was possibly the result of a misunderstanding.
• Peyton (10/5): Easy, comfortable, and clean! - The location was PERFECT — we were seeing a show in Hyde Park one of the nights of our stay, and the location is what originally drew me to the property. The distance to Paddington Station cannot be beat and makes it so easy to get absolutely anywhere in the city. The property itself was also lovely! Easily accessible with a lift in the building! I definitely wouldn't stay here if you have more than two people unless the third person is a young child, but it was perfect for two adults!

In total the apartment needs love, and we were a bit surprised of the kitchen layout - found it very hard to cook anything at home (like we normally do on trips). Also, bring ear plugs - it’s like there is no windows.

• Laura (10/5): A great little place to stay near Hyde Park which was easy to find and access with everything you might need within a st - Great location and decent size apartment on a quiet street. Great that it has a lift within the building. Felt safe and secure. Towels were a bit 'crispy' and hard. Bathroom had a few hairs which definitely weren't mine. Old sheets were left under bed for someone else who came and collected during my stay (as a single female staying alone, a would be better to have not had this)
• Feras (8/5): Loved it. - I liked its tidiness, cleanliness, no disturbing odours within the flat. It has a water spray (bidet) in the toilet! You almost never see it and you would have to bring alternatives for it. I loved the studio, regardless of its size, but you have almost everything you need. It has a great location as well. Near to both the main (Paddington) station, when you need to head to the airport and the Lancaster underground station if you want to go out. It is way too cold when we arrived. I would appreciate it more if the heater was turned on. That is my only intake on the flat. It is not a 5 star flat, but it is the closest as it can be.

• Julie (7/5): I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again provided I had an internet connection - Fantastic location. Very close to Paddington Station and literally a 3 minute walk away from Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. I easily walked to Oxford Street within 10 minutes as well. The room was very cosy - I feel it’s only suitable for one person as two people would make it too crowded. Access to the internet was frustrating- it worked in the beginning but was intermittent throughout the first five days then after that no access at all.

• Tania (9/5): It was a very nice stay at Craven Terrace. - The property was very easy to access and extremely well located for walking and exploring the Hyde park neighborhoods of the city. The owner of the property is very nice considerate and professional. It’s location and convenience.

• Julia (7/5): Perfect location, good for 3 nights - This apartment is located in the center of Paddington. The neighborhood has everything what was important for us. Many good restaurants and stores around. Good connections with airport and London city. Next to Hyde Park so we could reach many parts of city just by going through. Apartment has everything like in the description. But is in much worse condition than in photos. The apartment was clean, but in the same time wasn’t if you would take a closer look. And for us the biggest struggle was the cold and air humidity. Even though we use the electric heater in the bathroom the towels didn’t dry. For us it was accteptable as we were there only for 3 nights.

Plenty of restaurants, pub close by for drinks & meals. About 5 min walk to Hyde & Kensington Parks. The bathroom was small, but OK.

• Javier (8/5): Location allowed us to fully enjoy London. - Location, very close to Paddington (train and several tube lines) and Lancaster (Central tube line), besides several buses. Hyde Park is very close too. Grocery shops are available. Apartment very clean and useful. Apartment is smaller than it seems at pictures. For the two of us enough at the end, I think complicated for 3 persons. Windows isolation is poor, any noise from outside comes into, although the street is quiet most of the times.

The room was functional and comfortable, in a fantastic location. A short walk to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate tube. Having use of the washing machine was handy.

Lovely pubs and restaurants and shops and cafes all around you, Hyde Park for walks and fresh air two minutes away, and you can walk into Oxford Street and Soho in thirty or so minutes at a stride, great centuries old pub on the corner of the street with lovely staff and food and ancient decor, and a great street view out the window of the apartment, couldn’t ask for better, thanks Walid and see you again soon a chara, Damien

• Adrielle (7/5): Good - Location, location, location. This is a great place only a 5 minute walk from Paddington. I loved being only one block away from Kensington Gardens! The price is quite high for such a tiny apartment. I wouldn't have stayed here had it not been heavily discounted for off-season. I was fine as one person, but it would be quite cramped for two guests. At night, there's a fair amount of street noise and light pollution, so ear plugs and eye mask may be preferred.

The location is perfect, near Hyde park wc i frequent for the much needed peace and tranquility in the midst of busyness of life. Oxford is just a walking distance if you have no mobility issue. Bus station at Lancaster Gate and just 10 mins away from Paddington station!! What more can i ask!!! Theres alao a nice Italian restaurant just beside the building and a new chinese place just a few walk away. But the one that stood out the most for me, is the exceptional helpfulness ,patience, understanding and kindness of the host Walid. All instructions are clear and concise and even comes with the visual. It helps alot especially for a non techie person like me. I could go on and on..but i just want to say i love everything about the apartment and would definetly come back to stay. Nothing.

A perfect place to just flop after a day in town! - There are several breakfast places, cafes, etc directly across the road or next door, or the possibility to make your own breakfast in the room. The location close to Lancaster Gate and Paddington is perfect. Instructions to find the keys were very clear, I was just too tired and it was raining when I arrived which made it a bit stressful. But then, I‘m old… Minor points, like I missed another roll of toilet paper and paper for the kitchen. In the summer, a fridge may be necessary! However, next time, given the excellent cafe and restaurant situation in the vincinity, I would be content with just making my own cup of tea or coffee and go out to eat. Not producing any bread crumbs!

• Lisa (8/5): Great location, clever small apartment - A fantastic location and a great little apartment with everything. The washing machine was a real bonus Being very small the freezer part of the fridge and oven were up very high. Not so easy when you are short like me!
• Matthew (8/5): A centrally-located and a clean, convenient apartment property. - Convenient location near Paddington Station (for those who are mobile it’s barely a 5 minute walk). This gives you easy access to a lot of Underground lines, buses, and National Rail. You don’t need a cab to the apartment, even with luggage. It’s also a 10-minute walk to Hyde Park. .The street is relatively quiet for being such a busy and central area (I was on what we Americans call the second floor). The apartment has what anyone would need for a stay. The owner is communicative and instructions are clear. It’s easy to lock yourself out (though I managed not to do that). That’s really the only very slight drawback.

Very responsive owner - solved all problems instantly. Small but equipped kitchen. Spacious wardrobe. Suitable for 2 persons, no more. Folding table and chairs, they do not take up much space. small uncomfortable sofa.
