• Alexandra (9/5): Great host, good overall experience - The host is very very kind and was available for all our requests. The accommodation has everything you need. The space is clean. The bedroom bed was very comfortable from our point of view. Great location, close to everything needed: shops, restaurants, bus station, train station, public parking etc there were some things inside the apartment that looked as not repaired / not finished: bathroom door, kitchen outside door and window. For us it was ok but for someone who wants everything in place this can be a little annoying.

• MauAsu90 (9/5): Soggiorno ok - Situato in un quartiere tranquillo, ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici e con tanti servizi nelle vicinanze (bar, market, pub). 3 adulti e un bambino, ci siamo adattati per i posti letto, personalmente non lo consiglio per più di 3 adulti. Pulizia ok. L'host è stato molto disponibile, e si percepisce che sta lavorando per migliorare la struttura.

• Esther (7/5): Bona situació. L’apartament necessita rehabilitació. - Bona ubicació, ben comunicada amb transport públic. La cuina està completament equipada. El lavabo bé. L'apartament estava força net. L'apartament estava situat en un soterrani amb llum natural, però amb poca ventilació. Les finestres no es podien obrir i hi havia mala olor persistent. L'espai necessita una rehabilitació, ja que tot era molt antic i desgastat. Els llits supletoris eren molt durs i incòmodes.
• Jon Geir (7/5): - Veldig hyggelig mann som tok oss i mot. Rent og pent Det var et rom med dobbeltseng. Vi to andre måtte ligge i seng/sofa i stue/kjøkken. Veldig kraftig hvitt lys. Skulle gjerne vært varmere gult lys.
• Rani (10/5): A gem of an apartment in a great location - I've visited London many times, and this was probably the best housing I've ever got. Great location near Paddington station, in a nice neighborhood with shops and pubs nearby, well connected to everywhere in London. Great hosts - the place was ready 2 hours before the regular check-in time, just because we'd asked about it (thanks Rashid and Abo, fantastic work). Great place for 2 couples - the master bedroom and the bathroom are well separated from the living room / kitchen. Great private outdoor seating area in a quiet garden, plus a spacious shared garden. And the best thing of all - though there's no an AC, the place was wonderfully cool even during the 30+degree heatwave; we even haven't used the fans. Would return any time. (And as a bonus, there were even sockets/adaptors for EU plugs!) Maybe one tiny thing: all the pillows were a bit thick for us, but this is nothing you can't manage.
• Kunal (1/5): No air conditioning. - Nothing It was advertised as air conditioned. It is still advertised as air conditioned. When I checked in the host met me and said it is not air conditioned. This is false advertising.

• Jane (6/5): great location. apartment just ok - Location was great - close to tube stations, bus stops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Shower pressure was good. Listing stated air conditioning which was not in unit. Also showed TV in bedroom which was not in unit. Beds were very firm. Shower didn't fit the space so towels were smashed in between shower and wall. They were wet and dirty. Host was late arriving to give us keys. It was difficult to contact him with change in local data plans. We were given no additional contact information prior despite our request for it. I sent a message to the host at the end of our stay requesting a partial refund but have not heard anything back.
• Claire (9/5): Fantastic rental with great links to local tube stations. - Excellent location! It had everything you would need for a short break to London. Very quiet and super clean! Rashid was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome when we checked in. We had a slight issue with the TV but Rashid came and fixed it straight away. Would highly recommend. Nothing.
• Kurt (10/5): Would definitely stay again! - The apartment is in a quiet location, a convenient 15-minute walk from Paddington Station. The communication with the host was very good, including photos accompanying the directions to the location and how to enter. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, and had plenty of space for our family of 3. Nothing. Everything was great.
• Jf (7/5): Well located, does the job for a short stay - Close to transports, quiet, confortable, convenient, owner very flexible/reachable/available. Room ok for 4. Finishing could be improved, a bit dark, no warm water but quickly fixed by the owner that leaves close to the place

• Achilleas (6/5): Decent appartment that need some renovation. - The location was good with bus connection to city center and elsewhere. The appartment was warm and quite. WC was rennovated. The kitchen equipment was adequate (fridge, oven, kettle, washing machine, etc.). The appartment was in the basement and the stairs to the appartment were narrow and an accident could happen. The mattress, pillows and closet need replacement, while the floor is worn.

• Nicolas (9/5): Superb - First of all we especially appreciated the warm welcome to the flat by Rashid. Although we arrived late at night, he met us in front of the building, showed us around and got us settled. This personal contact has become rare in these "airbnb" type accommodations, where guests are left to find the key, and figure everything out for themselves. Special thank you to him. The flat was comfortable and quiet. The inner courtyard is a pleasant respite from the noisy city, with trees, flowers and the occasional cat. Location is great and convenient. Shops, restaurants, cafés and a large supermarket a block away. Paddington station a 10 minute walk. It's ground floor, basement flat so a bit dark. However, there is plenty of artificial lighting. Also, it's an old building so entrance is a bit musty, and could use a new coat of paint and new carpets but the flat itself was clean. Prices in London are what they are: expensive! and this flat is no exception, but compared to a small one room hotel for the same price, this is overall a good deal, especially for a family. Having a full kitchen and washing machine is a plus. Bathroom was renovated very nicely but the floor was very slippery due to the tiles. Might I suggest a warning to guests or another bath carpet.

• Ian (6/5): An enjoyable stay in a great loaction - The location was excellent. Easy walk to Paddington station, close to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The apartment had everything that was needed including a nice functional kitchen and clean bathroom. Bedroom comfortable. Very clean. An obliging host The outside of the property needs a lot of work. Not inviting. The inside entrance to the property was very musty. The windows didn’t open to let fresh air into the apartment

Waitrose supermarket is two minutes away, perfect for food shopping Nothing
