- Roll (10/5): Exceptional - My stay at the property have exceeded my expectations, it truly felt like I was at my own home and not a rented place for few days. The location was perfect, everything was nearby the property. Also the host Giuseppe was cooperative and always there for any help needed and answered my messages very quickly. The place is also very clean and provided all the essentials for cleaning! I will definitely book again at this property for my next trip to London! Highly recommend! The property was perfect but it lacks mirrors, maybe add a full body mirror by the hallway would be great!
- Lakshay (1/5): Promising until the property manager tortured us just to keep the deposit money. - Only the location. They took security deposit in cash from me. 1000 GBP and on check out they said they’ll return in 24-48 hours. And I trusted them and checked out. But when I asked for the amount later they refused to pay me anything and started harassing me that if you ask for money we’ll put false damage charges and take more money. Also, I had left a jacket and a packet of bags, that also they refused. Would strongly advise people to not give any deposit to them.
