• Meghan (8/5): Great location with London charm! - The flat was very clean, had plenty of room and was so pretty! We did have a hard time getting the room to cool down with London being unseasonably warm but overall, it was manageable

Appena entrati in casa c era odore di chiuso dato delle condizioni del palazzo Un po' caro per la qualità . Anche i materassi andrebbero cambiati
• oscar (7/5): 5 días en Londres - Tiene mucho espacio para ropa con muchas perchas y muchos enchufes. Tenia cosas básicas como café sal azúcar detergente para la vajillas gel etc y no hay que comprarlo Está a un paso de la estación de Paddinton Ojo es un tema de de booking que no indica la dirección exacta del apartamento y nos costó encontrarlo. Tuvimos que llamar al propietario Es una primera planta sin ascensor. Las ventanas cierran mal y entra frío , hay que poner la calefacción a tope. Nos encontramos algunos artículos del menaje sucios y el horno hecho un asco . La campana extractora es como si no funcionara ya que no tiene tubo de salida y se monta mucho humo.La tele del salón es como si no estuviera es de antena. Está lleno de revistas antiguas que no pintan nada . Lo peor hubo una gotera en el baño , antes de llegar y el propietario no nos avisó hasta que estábamos allí🤬 .no se pudo arreglar y solo pudimos usar una de las dos duchas . Se ofreció a buscarnos otro piso pero solo hasta el domingo o devolver todo el dinero y que buscáramos otro por booking😡. Finalmente nos ofreció una compensación económica y fue amable Podría habernos dejado meter las maletas en el piso hasta que nos fuéramos al Aeropuerto Con que mejore estos detalles la reserva se habría valorado mejor

• Huitzu (8/5): Everything is great, if heater can function warmer the house little bit will be perfect. - Facility, location, host was very nice. we were struggle with air heater system limited warm during cold weather.
• Omer (8/5): Good comfortable stay. - Location was good. 8 minutes walk to Paddington station. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets options also at walking distance . Adequate space for 4 adults. Good supply of kitchen utensils and appliances. Appreciate the owner for having the apartment ready even though we were few hours early. Also gave us a late check out. Mattresses need to be replaced. The bed linens had stains and need to be changed.

• Yik Chian Jackie (5/5): Very close to Paddington station and bus stop literally outside the apt. Uncomfortable beds. - Very helpful and attentive host. We locked ourselves out one evening. The host sprang into action to organise someone/locksmith solve the stressful situation, within the hour. The housekeeper who let us in very very friendly. We were on level 2 of the building. Very close to Paddington station. Beds in both bedrooms were very low and in need of a new mattress. The aircon was blowing out a lot of dust. The floors were quite dusty. Both bathroom exhaust fans were not working. Would be nice to sit outside via the balcony but unfortunately it needed a clean.

• Jeremy (9/5): Great location and plenty of room for our family vacation - Great location that was a short walk from a main tube station(Paddington). The apartment had plenty of room and was clean and in a good area. The host reached out shortly after our plane had landed to make sure we were ok finding the place and ensure that someone would be there when we made it to the place which was a nice surprise. Not something the location could do but I wish the timing of when the payment for the place aligned with day/week the exchange rate was more in our favor :-).

• Yang (6/5): Not a good experience - The location is ok. The apartment is in a basic condition. The owner came to show his apartment to another guy during our stay (just 3 days), very strange, not comfortable at all.

• Yukiko (5/5): Passable - Location was great. The lady who passed the key to us was nice. Sitting room, kitchen, beds were nice. There were no bedside lamps, second bath room sync was tiny, Needed more hand towels. Quite some people rang the door bell day and night. The smell was not that pleasant and the room perfume was too strong. Not enough space to open the suite cases in the bed rooms.
• Albert (9/5): Love it. Will book again if I come to London. - I arrived late, the host waited for me at the apartment and showed me everything, even it was 10:30pm on a Friday night. The apartment has everything I need, amenities, hot water, kitchen, laundry machine, dishwasher, good internet. It was 5-min walk to the busiest part of Paddington Station. I honestly don't know what else to ask for. The door bell downstairs was a bit confusing. Did not know which one to press.
• Lai (8/5): Nice stay - Cosy apartment in great location. Few minutes walk to Paddington station. Waitrose is nearby. Well equipped kitchen. The road noise is loud even with windows closed. The range hood is ductless and the greasy odors lingered all over place which is quite annoying. One of the toilets is believably small.
• Edward (7/5): Conveniently located - Good location, a 12-minute walk from Paddington Station and within easy walking distance to many restaurants. Quiet rooms. Washing machine on the property. There was a musty smell in the apartment. The bed in the front bedroom was so large that it was difficult to get around it. The adjoining bathroom was among the smallest I have ever seen.

• Ibrahim (9/5): Nice apartment in an excellent location - Carolina was nice! The apartment was clean and spacious. And the area was perfect. Close to paddington train station and underground with good connections and is a lively area that is close to noting hill and Hyde park. The apartment was clean and well stocked. There is a lovely terrace with two chairs and a table. The apartment itself has new furniture and high ceilings. The entrance to the building is old and has a musty smell. The first day the electricity short circuited at night and we could not charge our phones. However, apartment manager called us in the morning and helped us with restarting it. One of the toilets has a really small sink area. I think the terrace is underutilized and could have more than two chairs. This would make for a better experience allowing all of us to sit on it.

• Helen (9/5): Except for difficult check and lumpy couch we had a great - we had a very difficult time getting hold of host to let us in. Instructions gave wrong number. we were unaware of the exact numbers to use. Finally had to ask s young couple who lived nearby who graciously called for us.
