• Papia (8/5): A wonderful weekend away. In a beautiful location. - The property is very well located. Close to attractions that are within walking distance or easy to get to via tube. Covent Garden itself is beautiful with lots of wonders to see in and around the area. The sleeping arrangements were good and comfortable. Shops close enough to nip down to and grab stuff you would need. Located in a beautiful area. The apartment was up three flights of stairs. It was ok for us as we are all mobile and children are all walking. But would not recommend it for families with very young children reliant on pushchairs. It’s a lot of steps to haul up big luggage’s. The property was clean but there are natural wear and tear. There were some street noises. So if you’re a light sleeper you will struggle.

• Ermanno (9/5): App. 2 Covent Garden - Appartamento al terzo piano, è la seconda volta in questa casa. Bellissima posizione, in mezzo a teatri, negozi e i principali musei. Silenzioso, la chiesa suona le ore, ma la camera ha i doppi vetri. Il bagno ha un lavabo piccolissimo, toglierei il mobile e aggiungerei qualche appendiabiti. Tra l’altro non abbiamo potuto usare l’armadio, perché c’era dentro il letto pieghevole. Abbiamo rifatto la lavastoviglie, perché non sembrava tutto pulito.

• Elisabetta (8/5): - La posizione perfetta , il palazzo tipico londinese stupendo ,molto pulito, l'appartamento è bello ed è ben tenuto, la cucina è bella, il divano letto è comodo anche se per 2 adulti un po' piccolo. Il materasso della camera matrimoniale è pessimo, si sentono tutte le molle, è da buttare. Il lavandino del bagno è veramente molto piccolo.
• laura (8/5): Nous recommandons ! - Emplacement excellent, totalement au centre ! Au pied de Covent Garden ! Toutes les explications etaient plus que claires pour le Check in et Check out. Appartement spacieux parfait pour une famille de 4. Bruyant en fin de journée étant donné l’emplacement central et au dessus de restaurant. Une meilleure isolation des fenêtres serait bien. L’évier est un peu trop petit dans la salle de bain.

Más amplio de lo que se La zona es inmejorable, a 15/20 minutos a pie de cualquier punto de los principales lugares de Londres. El Underground a 150m. Amenities y la recepción fueron completos. Los 3 pisos de escaleras son duros al volver de un día de caminata.

• Eva (8/5): - El apartamento está situado a escasos metros del mercado de Covent Garden y cercano a los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad. Por ello, considero que es un sitio ideal para visitar Londres. El lugar estaba limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días de turismo. Las escaleras estando alojados en la última planta pueden resultar un poco incómodas porque son muy empinadas. No hay ascensor. La cama para la quinta persona es incómoda porque es una cama plegable.
• Marisa (7/5): Bien - La ubicación perfecta!!! 3 sin ascensor, la cocina bien equipada, el baño con un lavabo muy pequeño y roto y no hay perchas para colgar nada, ni las toallas, solo 2 perchas detrás de la puerta de entrada, los stores del dormitorio y uno del salón rotos que no se podían levantar, en general creo que tienen que invertir un poco más en el apartamento ya que el sitio donde está es inmejorable
• Bugiani (10/5): Ottimo - La posizione, Super centrale, accesso facile, comoda e con tutti i servizi. Staff gentilissimo e attento, veloce nelle risposte. Prima, durante e dopo. Niente. l'unica cosa è che Google Maps non aiuta molto e inizialmente ci siamo un po' persi, ma l'appartamento è proprio nella via davanti al mercato di Covent. Le scale come hanno già detto ci sono, ma si fanno quelle poche volte per tornare in appartamento, direi fattibile. Io le ho salite con due trolley e anche con la spesa due o tre volte. Ci si fa. Il divano letto è stato scelto e accaparrato da due bimbi con mamma e ci hanno dormito bene, durino alla vista, invece ottimo. Il letto aggiuntivo nella matrimoniale lo ha voluto per forza mia figlia dichiarandolo "il più comodo di tutti" anche se per me sarebbe stato bassino, visto che è una branda pieghevole, ma è rimasto il matrimoniale tutto per me! 🤣👍🏻
• Abhijeet Dhamne (10/5): Pleasant with Great location. - I liked everything. Location of apartment is fabulous. We were family of 5, 4 adults and kid. Sofa bed is comfortable too. There was additional bed provided for a kid. Complementary tea/coffee/biscuits were great and exceeded expectation. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. Dishwasher & washing machine available with detergent. There was work going on to replace carpet on stairs and fresh paint so any new visitor in August 2025 will have renovated entrance. Hosts were easily reachable just through message on booking.com and received quick responses. Thanks Sarah, Caroline and team.
• İlkem (10/5): I would definitely stay here again. - The location was perfect — very central and close to all the must-see places in London. The underground station was right next to the apartment, and the flat had everything we needed, including an iron, a hairdryer, and other essentials. The only minor issue was a bit of noise in the morning when the rubbish was being collected in the street. We also heard a little sound from the other apartments, but it was barely noticeable.

• Aditi (8/5): Very good - Check in was very easy there is no reception or on-site staff, and the emergency contact person is not helpful- so if you have issues during your stay in between 5 pm and 9 am, expect a delay.
• Emma (1/5): Appalling , no care for guests or children. - The apartment was very basic and felt cheap and unfinished. Location was great. A metal divider separating the kitchen from the sitting room was completely raised and maimed my son’s foot. I called the property number 3 times and emailed and heard nothing back. Really put a dampener on our trip.
• Sara (10/5): Exceptional - I would recommend this apartment everyone who are going to London, location was amazing (all the most important attractions were nearby, bus and metro stations) as well as the cleanliness of the apartment. If you need anything, communication with agency was really great, they really try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I really have no complaints, everything was perfect with this accomadation.
• Ekaterina (7/5): Good - Great location in a central london. Comfortable beds. Easy check-in. Hot water in shower. Good equipment on kitchen. Kitchen is clean in general. Floor in the apartment was really dirty. Dust underneath the beds. It seems like floor wasn't vacuumed properly. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink, but I didn't complain. I know that London is expensive city, but for that price I would at least expect floor to be clean.....

• Ajith (7/5): Excellent prime location. - Electric kettle cleanliness was pathetic, zinc not draining properly , no lights on stairs was an avoidable discomfort, you may find it difficult to filocate the apartment. The room heater not working properly . Steep stairs if you are staying top floor.

• Cindy (8/5): Great space for an unexpected stay. - The location was very good. Covent Garden can be quite noisy. Luckily, the bedroom was located away from the street and was relatively quiet. The flat is right around the corner from the main Covent Garden square. The kitchen and living area was the main reason for picking a flat. Due to the hurricanes in Florida, my flight had been cancelled and I needed an extended stay place with a kitchen and a little more living space. This little flat did the job. The bathroom was pretty basic, and like most English showers, it was adequate. I lived in England for years, so I knew not to expect great water pressure for the shower. Water temperatures in the kitchen ran exceedingly hot, while the bathroom the water temps were not so hot, good so you don't scald yourself, but frustrating if you wanted to get it warmer. Overall, though I would definitely stay here again for its proximity to everything the area offers. The Three flights of narrow stairs was daunting. But, I managed. The property was a last minute find, and I would consider them again. Just know, these flats are walk ups. I would have known that if I was thinking more clearly and trying to find last minute accommodation. If I hadn't been carrying so much luggage this trip, the three flights wouldn't have been so daunting. (Hence the 8 out of 10 overall rating.) Once in the flat it was everything you could want.
• Vadim (9/5): Superb - The check in was very easy. Location is simply great and little noisy due to the Covent Garden show at evenings (not a problem) and church bells from early mornings (was more problematic for me :) ) No elevator and the beds are not very comfortable. The rooms were clean, well maintained and you'll have everything you need in the kitchen. There is a good and near supermarket, museums, theaters and many other places to visit in a walking distance, including China town, Soho, Big Ben and London City. The staff is perfect (Sara and Caroline), responsive and willing to help. Giving a high rate as I think it's a good choice! No elevator if you have a big luggage
• Sldwaa (2/5): Very good location, extremely poor service / resolution of issues from the host. - Location was the only item which was favorable, very good location. There were issues with the internet, tv, fan, and running toilet upon arrival. The responses from the host was typically they would have housekeeping look at it the following day. Long story short, it took a few days to get the internet settled (they gave me the wrong wifi network to connect to in my check-in instructions), a couple of days for the toilet, a few days for the TV (of which the host said there was never anything wrong when it was obvious a plug was partially dislodged from the back of the TV), and the fan never did get replaced (it worked for one time after they were able to start if for me but would not restart after turning off). What was most upsetting is having the host tell me one day to not send her any more messages and wait until the next day as I guess I was bothering her (I was sending about 2 per day to check on the status of my items). Other than location, I do not recommend. Lastly, this is widely published, but the stairs to get to the third floor are extremely difficult to navigate with luggage, and the bathroom setup is not very good - nowhere to place the toiletries, and the shower had only 3 temperature setting, cold, cool, and hot (not warm).
• Kozel (7/5): Good - Fantastic location So many stairs, which is not mentioned in booking information. We had no way of knowing that this suite was on the 4th floor. Very small shower. No cleaner comes in unless you stay for more than 7 days. Could have at least had a broom.
• Giee (10/5): Exceptional - Kitchen is fully equipped and the location is fantastic. Placement of heater in the bathroom - it is right next to the sink so it can burn your skin if you touch it accidentally.

• Keith (4/5): Good location, very bad access for people unable to carry heavy suitcases. - Location was Good Access to Apartment 2. It was difficult to find - we did not get an actual street address. The street door showed nothing. The stairs 56 of them were steep and totally unsuitable for twp people over 70 with large suitcases. Going up was hard and going down was nearly impossible.

• Vassilena (10/5): Lovely place, great location and well equipped - Very easy to check in and out. Suited perfectly our family of four. Super location - close to good tube lines so you can easily reach any spot and also many nice places close by (markets, shops, food places, touristic places). Easy communication with the hosts. Well equiped, clean place, with good water flow. No air-conditioning, but a good fan was provided and was perfectly fine. We recommend it and will book again in future. For us all was fine because non of the following caused discomfort, but it is good for other people to know that it can be a bit noisy in the living room during weekend nights. There is no elevator. And the bathroom sink plus the shower cabin are quite small, in the otherwise spacious bathroom. For us it was ok, but if you are 2m of height, you might have difficulties.

• Johan (9/5): Great apartment in Covent garden - Great location in Covent garden. Good kitchen and walking distance to "everything". Perfect for the family. The sofa bed was too hard and uncomfortable. But it worked ok for the kids.
• Sarah (7/5): Bit of a disappointment - Great location in a pedestrianised street in Covent Garden. Not far from the underground station. Plenty of places to eat out and Tesco express nearby Narrow stair cases and no lift made carrying luggage a challenge. The list of facilities in the apartment definitely mentions a tumble dryer so we packed light with the intention of laundering our clothes. There was no tumble dryer. I did message the owners to voice my disappointment but they have not replied.
• Smith (9/5): Superb - Location was amazing! Loved that is on a street with no cars! We walked everywhere. Underground is close by. Nightly activity at Covent Garden It can be noisy at night due to all the activity at Covent Garden, so if you like it really quiet at night maybe somewhere that isnt in the middle of the sqaure.
