• John (7/5): - Quiet, nice restaurants nearby. It had everything required for a few days stay sightseeing. Bed needs a support in the middle of the base, it's like a crater. Otherwise, clean, modern, well furnished and a great location. As mentioned, bed sagging, sofa is super slippy, (leather or pleather) personal taste I guess.

Summary of our stay in Apartment No. 1 (booked via Booking): We arrived on a Friday afternoon and were initially very pleased: the apartment was nicely furnished, modern in design, and very clean. However, around 4:30 pm we wanted to take a quick shower before heading to an event in London, only to find that there was no hot water. We contacted support via WhatsApp, and after about 40 minutes a technician arrived and was able to fix the issue. When we then sat down on the bed, we encountered a far more serious problem: the mattress had a huge hole on the right side, about 1 × 1 meters in size. From that moment, we could no longer reach anyone for help. The support informed us that it would not be possible to send anyone on Friday evening and that assistance would only be available the following day. Since we had to attend our event, we left. That night turned out to be the worst night we have ever experienced: sleeping was nearly impossible, and we woke up on Saturday morning with severe back pain. On Saturday, support insisted that we stay in the apartment between 11 am and 4 pm to wait for a technician. No alternative accommodation or coverage of another hotel was offered. Fortunately, around 1 pm, an employee arrived and discovered that five slats of the bed frame were completely missing under the mattress. He replaced them during the day. The mattress was still slightly dented, but the second night was at least somewhat bearable. Support assured us that from Monday onwards, someone from management would contact us to compensate for this terrible experience. Unfortunately, no such contact ever happened. When we followed up later, we were simply told that nothing could be done.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The check-in process is too complicated. The email can be easily overlooked and the face recognition validation is also too complicated. I have to do the face validation in a public place on the go. It was not easy.
• Guy (10/5): Great but read my comment to find the keys! - So everything great. BUT be aware the key are not where they say they are. INSTRUCTIONS say there is a key box next to the apartment door. They are ACTUALLY in a box in the hall way on the bottom floor. LOOK for 3 grey boxes art the bottom of the staris on the left. NOT obvious at all, untill you know they are there!!

• Steve (10/5): Great apartment, quiet location - Fabulous location in Fitzrovia in a quiet street. Lovely apartment, all the amenities, really pleased I booked this place. The joining instructions we a 'little' confusing, so many emails from the site, but once I'd read further it was all there and I got in no problem. Fab stay.
• Claire (10/5): Such a lovely apartment - The apartment was just lovely. Just like the photos and immaculately clean. Self check in was straightforward and plenty of bars and restaurants in the area plus close to two stations. Communication beforehand via WhatsApp was quick. Would definitely return.

• Borislav (9/5): Great flat with a great location - Great location, easy to find, excellent transport links. Easy walk to local grocery stores, British Museum, and Soho. The flat was nicely organised with a good internet connection. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking at it. It wasn't clear that I had to pay £500 security deposit, which gets released after you leave. However, it takes up to 5 business days to get the money back.
• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - Superb for London. I've been coming to London often in past 5 years always staying at Marylebone area, so min 200 £ per night. Most others ap were dirty and cold, no heating. But never been in such a clean, worm and equipped and furnished apartment. Dishwasher and washing machine and detergent given, coffee machine, everything you might need. Help desk answers in minutes (day and night) solving everything i needed. Good job guys
• Ruchyta (10/5): This is a review for HOPE HOUSE by Q apartment (2 bedroom) - This is a review for HOPE HOUSE by Q Apartment because the moved us to different location on arrival day. Of course we have better experience because we got 2 bedrooms apartment instead of 1 bedroom. The room was clean, all facilities worked well. I am glad they truly are a professional apartment host. the water system is not working in day 3 but the staff already fix it when we get back.
• Sue (10/5): Lovely stay, I was in time for work so literally only spend evenings there. Can’t fault it. and the cleaning once a week - Clean, nice amenities. All you need for your stay in on lovely apartment It is situated opposite a pub and right above a little wine bar (lovey by the way!) so it can get a bit noisy sometimes and also, the smells form the kitchen in the wine bar was a bit much for me but that might not be a problem for everyone. Also, it doesn’t last long, it’s normally quiet form 11:30is pm onwards.
