• Jurgita (10/5): - The place is very nice pleasant and clean. You can feel that the stuff is taking care to make your stay comfortable and nice. It is also very easy to go to the city center. The metro is at the corner and also it is close to the bus station.

• Christoph (8/5): Unterkunft ist gut, Kontakt zum Vermieter ist auch Top, sehr freundlich - Kontakt zur Unterkunft und Vermietung ist top! Parksituation rund um Haus gestaltet sich schwierig, aber kein Problem wenn man mit ÖPNV unterwegs ist.

• Sheer (8/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist voll gut. Habe mich wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wlan Verbindung war nicht die Beste. Würde mich bei Urlaub nicht stören, aber ich müsste während des Aufenthalts arbeiten.

• Пламена (10/5): Exceptionally good property with easy access to the subway - The process of getting the instructions and getting to the place was very very smooth. The property was very clean. It did look as the photos and even better. Everything that one can need as facilities was provided. The have provided coffee for the coffee machine. We even had complimentary drinks. The property is facing the street, so if someone has troubles with that should bring earplugs. I cannot think of anything else.
• Alexander (9/5): Great location, nice design, good for longer stays, good deal overall - I would come back. - Excellent location: a nice outdoor beer garden, late night food is possible nearby. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Plates and utensils made dining at home possible. Portable fan for hot days. Good lighting and nice décor. The room smelled like someone smoked there before, took a day with open windows and fan working to get rid of it. The scent sticks have long dried out and did not help. My messages to the host via whatsapp (number from the host's website) went unanswered. Would be really nice if host attended to messages. Another thing is (as very common for Germany) is the outdated shower facility: it leaked to the floor and had some mold inside. Nothing critical (unless taking long showers), but could be better.

The house is along the street, very much noisy from the trams, that runs many hours a day till midnight and starts very early in the morning.,it could be better if upgrading the windows

Nice to have a welcome gift of chocolates and sparkling wine. Nice coffee and tea available as well No easy way to wash dishes. I would have liked if a little salt and pepper had been available for simple meals.

• Julia (10/5): Exceptional - *apartment in general is very cozy *modern bathroom with a great shower *a good hairdryer (Babyliss) *nice soups, shampoo and conditioner *no keys, using codes for both doors *good quality coffee with sugar, milk, tea and sweets *microwave and mini fridge in the room *varies light options from bright to cozy *electric bathroom radiator to dry towels *the tram nearby is pretty loud *get in instructions are missing a step, I was lucky to get help from a neighbour (key button not mentioned to be pressed after code typed in) *at the check out you will be asked to take bins out, clean cups and turn off heating - I was already dressed up to leave, when I discovered this

It being adjacent to a busy street with tramlines the street noise can be apparent at times but we didn’t find it too intrusive.

• Leonid (7/5): Not too bad, but miles away from pleasant. Would not stay again - Good location, very close to U-Bahn station and tram stops. Complementary welcome drinks and biscuits on the table Code locks they have are just a disaster. Huge time wasting not only to open, but to close your doors as well Windows are very poor - constant noise from passing trams and even people talking on the street (room is on the ground floor) Double bed, but two single blankets - how is it even possible? And actually why? Just why would you do this 🥺 And very minor thing - no shelves or some under sink cabinets in the bathroom, so very limited space to place your toiletries. Had to store ours on the dining table in the room

• Enrico (7/5): Clean, nice host, but very noisy. - Clean, pragmatically working out, central location. Very kind and available host (online - we had a keyless checkin). Extremely noisy - ground floor on a noisy street with tram. We eventually got used to it and could sleep with earwax. Also, (this is not related to the place, but rather to Munich), next to impossible to find parking around. There are some parkhauses though. A minifridge in the middle of the room was quite noisy, but you could turn it off.

• Zanath (10/5): quite pleasurable - very modern, super clean and not far to Tram, U-Bahn, bus. there’s a water heater for making tea and coffee machine. extra plus for the homestay! the walls are quite then so if you don’t close the window you’ll hear the tram and it could get loud. instructions on getting to the main door was a bit confusing at first. but we got to figure it out with the video
