• Poyer (8/5): Overall we were happy with our choice to stay here! - The best thing about this property is the location! Just steps from the tube station, many restaurants, taverns and shopping. The beds were also extremely comfortable! The flights of stairs (but we knew that was coming)! The property is pretty barren - could use some extra "touches" to give it a cozier/homey feel.

Pas de volets donc un peu difficile pour dormir en terme de luminosité et bruit. Ça manque un peu de vaisselle : strict minimum, voire pas assez (3 verres pour un appartement de 4 personnes)
• Julie (8/5): - Great central location, comfy bed. Suitable for a short stay. Small bathroom sink, hotel toiletries, narrow walkway either side of bed. Although not the hosts fault the workmen on the opposite side of the street were very noisy at 6.30 am!
• Ian (10/5): Fantastic apartment in Covent Garden & the theatre district. - Everything about the property, location, booking process, communication. We couldn't recommend the apartment highly enough. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to be in the middle of Covent Garden and the theatre district, but also be in a quiet street. The apartment facilites, were excellent, whether you just wanted a place to sleep or for having all your meals, staying in and relaxing after a show, shopping or sight seeing. The communication from Alex and the team was excellent. We have already mentioned the apartment to others should they want to stay in this part of London. There are stairs, but only one flight. Thank you again for making our stay an enjoyable one. Nothing!
• Helen (8/5): Clean, good communication, great location would consider again for a 1-2 night stay. - Very convenient location to multiple Theatres, restaurants and London attractions all within walking distance or public transport. Right in the centre of Covent Garden. Floral St is very pretty day and night. Steep carpeted stairs to the apartment so not suitable for non ambulatory people. The free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion) smelt lovely and had resealable tops/lids and were enough for 2 adults for 2-3 days. Tea/coffee available - Lor coffee pod machine and small selection of pods. No decaf though. M&S foodhall, Tesco and Sainsbury nearby so we didn't go without but a nuisance to have to carry round a glass jar of coffee. Netflix available but you have to sign in with your own account. Make sure you sign out before you leave! Two door keys were provided. One in the key safe, one inside the apartment. Large Bed was comfortable but very narrow. Was easier to climb into bed from the end of the bed than down the side. Loved the shower! Large walk in with rain and handheld shower heads. No view and felt we needed to keep the blinds closed for privacy. There were scaffolding and building works on the opposite building so it was a bit noisy from the time we woke up and during the day which would only be a problem if we we're staying in. We spent all day out and about. Some noise from people walking past but we had earplugs so not an issue for us.

• Kathleen (9/5): I would stay here again when visiting London. - The location was fantastic. It was easy to get to many sites. The area felt safe. The host was responsive when we asked questions. It had a washer and dryer and laundry detergent that we used. That was very helpful. The heated towel rack in the bathroom was handy for putting wet clothes on it to dry, like wool socks. The bedroom was very tiny and there was barely enough room on each side of the bed to get into it. The rest of the apartment was good sized. The washer dryer had a weird smell.
• Mark (8/5): A great location for anyone looking to visit the theatres. - Location is excellent, easily accessible from the underground and within walking distance of so many theatres, which is why we were there. The apartment was a decent size and had a good kitchen and shower room. The bedroom has a bed that is really too wide making access a little awkward. This was not ideal as my wife had recently had an operation which made her less able to deal with that. The apartment was a good size overall but the bedroom did feel cramped because of this, even though it is a good size. The only real dislike was the sofa which was the most uncomfortable piece of furniture imaginable, that really needs changing as it gives you instant backache, no matter where you sit on it. A temporary dislike was the renovation of the building directly opposite the narrow street, with scaffolding and workers making a terrible din all day while we were there. They could see right into the apartment from the scaffold and that felt intrusive. I took this up with the management of the apartment and they were apologetic but it was beyond their control. Hopefully that will be short lived as it did cause a bit of annoyance.

Big bedrooms, nice to have 2.5 bathrooms, everything was clean, lots of space to hang out and play cards and relax. Good kitchen amenities, loved the two king beds. Very responsive booking agents when we had questions. Lots of info about the property and surrounding area provided to us to help make our stay so easy. A little noisy in the bedroom that overlooked the street. Could hear the morning bustle early in the day. Wasn’t that big of a deal, though.

• Helen (7/5): We made the best of being there and spent our days exploring London and nearby towns. This area is definitely wonderful! - The location was simply amazing. The space was wonderful. Having 2.5 baths with a family was so helpful. The beds were huge king beds and very comfy. The stand up showers were great. The furniture was very uncomfortable. The sofa was truly backbreaking and you could not even see the TV well from it. The two huge tables were a real waste of space and everything seemed to not fit the space at all. Very poorly laid out and sparse. Expected better for the cost. The bedrooms NEED blackout curtains. It is daytime bright all night and the wood blinds do nothing. The building across the very narrow street was under major renovation. We were not told this when booking. Our view from the front was a white tarp over a construction site and the noise was so bad. Loud banging and demo from 8-4 or 5 every day. You could not stay in the house. I was disappointed I was not informed when booking and the company just said it was not their fault and not their responsibility.

• Alexis (9/5): Location is amazing and perfect for a splurge in London. - The location is incredible. You can not beat it. Walk everywhere or right on the CG tube station. We loved the little walk street the flat was on too. So cute. Walk 4 minutes to a fabulous MS Food so all the supplies you will need. It’s a little noisy in the front bedroom. It didn’t bother us as we sleep with earplugs but for those who don’t or who are sensitive to noise take that into account. There is a pub a few doors down and the glass recycling comes for the pub and shops trash very early in the morning. The carpets are a little grimy and it was far too hot in winter. We kept resetting the heater down to a comfortable temperature but after two hours it reset itself and brought the temp back up. And no way to open the windows in the bedroom. It could be better styled and furnished for the price. It’s styled like a standard Airbnb but should be a little more upmarket for the price. But then again you’re paying for the location! Which is 5 star.

• feodora (10/5): Magique ! - Le logement est exceptionnellement bien placé dans une rue piétonne adorable. Nous étions en famille est le logement était parfaitement propre et adapté à nos besoins. La cuisine équipée et spacieuse. Nous reviendrons certainement. Éventuellement le debit d’eau de la salle de bain ( trop faible) et le fait que le sèche-cheveux est plutôt usagé. Mais ce ne sont que des details qui n’ont en aucun cas gaché notre merveilleux sejour dans ce logement.

Lots of tight stairways were a challenge with luggage. Netflix policies now prevent the offer of free Netflix. Main living/ dining room furniture was mysteriously uncomfortable. Fortunately a dining table was in the same room to relax in.

Very comfortable, perfectly located and considering its location quite quiet (No problem sleeping in till 11 after a late night out!). Was impressed at being able to contact the HAUSD team at 5AM after a fire alarm and have it quickly sorted. Highly recommended. Nothing

The property managers were extremely helpful when booking and gaining access to - The location was amazing! 2 minute walk to Covent Garden tube station. The apartment was extremely spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were lovely and provided lots of towels. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it had everything you’d need for a longer stay. The rooms were very hot at night, but there isn’t much the owner can do about the weather. The fact they provided plenty of fans in the bedrooms was ideal.

Through no fault of Hausd, we spent our three-day tour of London during a European heat wave. 🥵 With no a/c, this made our stay more uncomfortable than we would have liked. There was one large oscillating fan which REALLY helped us sleep at night, but we could have used one (or even two!) more to keep the rest of the flat comfortable during our stay, as we moved about the property.

Kitchen is set up well for light cooking. Washing machine was great as we had already been traveling for a week upon our arrival. The apartment has large windows that give the space good light. Neighborhood is very safe. We were there for 7 days so two sets of towels would have been nice.

• David (7/5): Great location, very comfortable, just needing a few small improvements - Great location, very spacious, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, very clean. We appreciated having a second key, not every host thinks of that. Blinds in the bedroom let much too much light in, so woke up very early. Desperately needs curtains. Sofa in sitting room was very odd shape and not very comfortable. A second reading lamp in the sitting room would have been good. The kitchen overhead lights were not working well, very dim. Pre-visit communication could have been better/more personal.

Quite a bit of stairs, and the noise from very early morning from the bar downstairs, but that’s absolutely normal for London. Overall super comfortable place and location.

• Franciscus (7/5): Great location but not well maintained - Excellent location Bedroom was very narrow, so the (also narrow) bed was almost wall to wall, leaving practically no room for a person. Oven panel was loose, bottom oven didn’t work. Tap was loose. Kick board fell flat every time we opened the dishwasher. Rain shower had a leak on top. No storage at all in bathroom. Just a clothes rack in the bedroom. Every time we used Netflix, there was no sound, so we had to keep exiting and going back in until the sound finally worked. So all in all, in need of quite a bit of maintenance
