The throw was a nice touch and kept us warm. There were no door stoppers, the bin lid was a bit broken and the pillows were a little too fem.

- Imarco94 (10/5): A perfect 30's Birthday with my friends - I spent a weekend in this apartment in London with two friends, and we had a great experience. From the very beginning, the host was extremely professional and welcoming. There is a small reception where we collected the keys, and the host personally showed us the apartment, explaining everything clearly. He also reassured us several times that the reception was available day and night if we needed anything. They were happy to provide extra towels or any other items if required, which made us feel very well looked after.
The apartment is located on the 8th floor and was spotlessly clean, cosy, and spacious enough for the three of us. It was a very comfortable place to stay and perfect for a weekend with friends. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to come back again with other friends in the future. Also, perfect location!

- Emily (5/5): Fairly comfortable although no proper hot water for shower or bath. - Very easy to get the keys and was with a person who took me in to show me around. Nice personal touch. And they are at reception 24/7. Nice comfy bed with plenty of spare bedding and towels. Nice big bathroom with shower and bath. Kitchen is perfect size for a few days. Hot water would come on then 30 seconds later would go to a like warm temp and stay there on the shower and bath. Because of this bath wasn’t usable and showers were rather cold. Told the staff right when I found out they tried to fix it but would bed a Plummer. Unfortunately they were not able to get a Plummer out for the whole of my 4 day stay.
The sofa had obviously previously been used as a sofa bed and been pulled off the tracks so was practically on the floor luckily I was able to fix this easily myself.

Este situat foarte aproape de ExCel London dar si conexiune rapida cu centrul orasului pentru vizitat. Apartamentul are toate facilitatile din descriere, este confortabil, modern. Pentru cateva nopti cu familia, a fost absolut excelent.

The 1-bedroom flat was spacious enough, with separate bedroom, enough storage space, fully equipped kitchen and other amenities to feel comfortable. There is a Tesco next door as well as places to eat out and to have a takeaway. Overall, a good place to stay while on a business trip. My main problem was pillows - very hard and the property did not have any alternative, which took some getting used to. Communication was not very seedy, took hours for them to answer WhatsApp which they provided for … speedy communication:)

I requested an early check-in because I arrived in London at 10 a.m., and there was no problem.
If they can fix the heating or the hot water I will go back for sure next winter. While I was taking a shower, the water suddenly turned cold, as if the hot water had run out. It only happened once but it ruined a bit my night.
The apartment has heating, but even when I set the temperature to 22°C, it never went above 19–20°C. It felt quite cold, and I never noticed the heating working. In fact, at times, I felt cold inside.

The blankets looked like they had never been washed, and there was mold growing in the refrigerator. The entire apartment smelled of cigarettes and food. Moreover, we couldn't sleep due to the noise from drunk people until 2 or 3 a.m. every night.

Really comfy sofa and beds. Very convenient for Excel arena. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Awful hot water supply - shower/taps ran hot for less than a minute and then the water was barely warm. Need to sort this out because it was a big disappointment to not be able to have a hot shower after trekking round London all day.

- George (5/5): It is OK if you need a room near ExCel just to go to sleep and prepare your breakfast - It's as shown in the photos, and has the convenience of the kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge etc). The building is quiet. It is OK if you only need a room near ExCel to go to sleep (as I did) and prepare some breakfast. The employee at the reception was very friendly and accommodating. Hot water in the shower was coming and going in waves (every 1 minute), and the heating of the room did not seem to work properly. WiFi was very slow. The windows are facing the rooms of a hotel (very close) and the drapes need to be completely closed to have some privacy. There are some stains on the couch (I would not sit on it) and the bed is a semi-double (will not be comfortable for 2 people) and I think it will be unsuitable for people over 180cm (5'11). I did not get any cleaning service or change of bed sheets during the 3 nights I stayed, but perhaps I needed to ask for this explicitly?

- Wang (9/5): Superb - The staff and service were very friendly and well mannered, Akil took care of my check in and check out and he was a warm and friendly person. Another member of staff helped with parking during my period and was equally professional and trustworthy, I forgot to ask his name, all in all, their service was definitely very reliable. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from the DLR and there are also Tesco and restaurants in the neighbourhood, highly recommended.

The staff was polite, helpful and responsive. They asked us to directly message them on WhatsApp if we need anything.
The bedroom was comfortable was blackout curtains and bedside fan. We enjoyed our breakfast in balcony. All mentioned amenities were available in the apartment.
Grocery shop like tesco and coffee shops were just next to the building. We would definitely recommend this place to stay to anyone who wants to explore London. The bathroom and kitchen sink were clogging they need proper cleaning. The kitchen needs deep cleaning.
Coffee machine was also not clean, we bought coffee pods to make our own coffee but couldn't make any as the machine was dirty.

It was super close to Excel centre, and also had a Tesco express right below it. Super handy! The balcony was an amazing perk too. I’d definitely recommend this stay to anyone, so much better than booking a hotel room. Also from the very first interaction, Akil from reception was very friendly and helpful and was always available for any support needed. Nothing, all was great :)
- Jasmine (1/5): Horrible, rude, unprofessional, disgusting - Nothing apart from the location! AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you cannot find anywhere else. I have filed a complaint on this company all-ready however they have not refunded me so I will now be leaving bad reviews as I feel people deserve to know how bad this place was.
Myself and my friend stayed here for one night last minute for a work meeting. We are both 21 years of age.
I will start by saying the check in process was nothing but stressful and hectic. I had to send in proof of address, ID and a reason for staying. I then had to meet a man at Tescos and fill in numerous forms and pay a £500 damage deposit plus the original £202 for the nights stay. On top of this late check out is charged at 10ph after
10 am.
The apartment itself did not contain anything worth anywhere near £500 so the deposit was excessive. We were asked numerous questions about what we do for work, why we booked so late and why we were travelling to Canary Wharf for work when we are from Norwich which we found very intimidating and uncomfortable being that we are so young.
The cleanliness of the apartment didn’t even exist, it was clear a cleaner hadn’t even been into the room before we checked in.
To Begin with there was stains of the bed that smelled strongly of urine, the mattress protecter they provided had numerous yellow and brown stains. It again smelled of urine. The had failed to provide a actual bed sheet so we had no choice but to directly sleep on the mattress protecter.
In the bedroom there was a red liquid stuck to the wall and the floor, I had to clean this myself as it was sticking to my feet.
We now move onto the Bathroom, the toilet was dirty upon arrival and only had one toilet roll. The bath had numerous dark hairs and had a rim of dirt around the upper part of the bath( hadn’t been cleaned after the last guests.
WE WERE ACCUSED OF HAVING 3 Extra GUESTS IN THE APARTMENT AND WERE MET WITH RUDE ACCUSATIONS.
We mentioned to the man that we had a Nando’s delivery ordered and that he was more than welcome to check the apartment for extra people.

- The soundproofing of the apartment is not very good and you can hear the neighbors' noise in the hallway. If you are not a good sleeper, you need to be careful

- Tatiane (1/5): disappointing - the location is wonderful unfortunately the apartment was very dirty, I had to request a new cleaning, some kitchen utensils were disgusting, they are very old and full of grease, the bathroom sink was clogged, the kitchen extractor fan did not work either ..

- David (9/5): Superb - Great value for London, and very close to stations on the DLR and Elizabeth lines so it is easy to get into town. Balcony is good to have too. A minor thing - bedside lights not working.

- Terri (10/5): Stylish and modern apartment - Great location, clean and stylish apartment. Good facilities close by, tesco downstairs and great pubs and restaurants nearby. Cable cars are opposite apartment and very close to the o2. Staff were amazing and very friendly, they arranged our station pick up. We would highly recommend and we are looking forward to staying here again We like everything.

- Wayne (6/5): Small improvements would make a massive difference. - Good location, lots of space, perfect for Excel event. Poor communication and instructions for checking in. Sat Nav also takes you to the wrong place. Lots of gaps in broken blinds in lounge so no privacy in the evening therefore not useable comfortably at night, including kitchen. No coffee, or instructions to use coffee machine even if you bring your own. Apartment was uncomfortably warm, air-con not functioning, so windows need to be open.
