• Jessica (10/5): Amazing!! - It’s was clean, cosy and within walking distance from pretty much everything. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was very clean and there is also a washing machine within the private hallway if you want to wash anything. Nothing to not like

• Marina (8/5): Ideal para visitar Praga - Tiene todo y esta super equipado. Hasta lavarropas y tender para la ropa. Muy útil si vienes viajando y quieres lavar ropa. Además la ubicación es inmejorable y hay un Target super cerca. El colchón y las almohadas no eran de lo mas cómodas pero para 4 días esta super bien.

• Thomas (8/5): - Perfect for 2 people. Location of apartment great. Kitchen is fairly well equipped and bed comfortable. We had a small maintenance issue on our last day which was very quickly fixed. Taxi service on time and friendly driver. Noise from other apartments on the floor can be quite loud despite there being a noise curfew.

• Mar (1/5): - Muy mala experiencia. El apartamento no estaba listo: lo estaban pintando y pegando trozos de muebles rotos cuando llegué, algo totalmente inaceptable. La comunicación fue deficiente, me hablaron con un tono muy poco profesional, sin disculparse y tampoco ofrecen contacto con un gerente o los propietarios, solo empleados que no están presentes, por mensaje o teléfono. Tampoco dieron una solución real, que tenía que entrar en el apartamento recién pintado sin soluciones o alternativas. Al final tuve que irme y perder un día de mis vacaciones. No lo recomendaría.

• TURAN (6/5): Konum güzel ama temizlik şart - Tesis konum olarak Prag old Town ya da wenceslas square a çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde. Tarihî yerlere yakın olması da yürüyerek şehri gezmenizi sağlıyor. Konum olarak başarılı. Odada su ısıtıcısı, bitki çayları, kahve, vb. mutfak eşyaları ve açık bir elbise dolabı var. Fiyat performans olarak idare eder. Ben kel olmama rağmen yatakta uzun saç kılları vardı. Yatak çarşafları pek temiz değildi. Yastıklar çok rahat değildi. Banyo için en azından kullan at bir terlik koyabilirlerdi. Booking üzerindeki fotoğrafları ile odanın pek alakası yok. Küçük bir oda ve banyodan ibaret.

• Natalya (1/5): Bad experience, wrong description of the room. - Nice location, the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and big enought for 2. First, the description says it is a Studio with a kitchen and it's 30m, so we booked it for a family of 2 + infant for New Year's night. BUT in reality it's not a studio, it's very small room, around 9m + bathroom 6m, so a bed takes almost all the space + a closet with a broken kettle and some kitchen stuff on it. There was a lot of mold on the wall also! It was impossible to spend a New Year's night with a baby in this room. Second, the kettle was broken, and we needed it a lot because we needed to make food for the infant every 2-3 hours! The owner didn't bring a new kettle in 24 hours. Third, they didn't provide for as a baby cot, but after claimed that it was in the room and we used it. And after 1 day and night, we just left for another location. So we paid 1250 euro for 5 nights, spent only 1 night there, because of all these, and the owner offered me 19 euro refund as a joke, probably.

Generell war das Appartement nicht so wie im Internet gezeigt wurde. Keine Küche. Suite Appartement ist was anderes. Sehr klein. Sehr dunkel. Für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen

• hüsnü serdal (10/5): - Ulaşım kolay, oda temiz,kısa süreli konaklama için uygun. Ufak mutfak nişi ,kettle, mikrodalga ,çay,şeker,fincan tabak mevcut. Güvenli yeni bina asansör var. Çok verimli küvet var. Soğukta hayat kurtardı. Pek bir şey yok.
• Capucine (9/5): Je recommande 100% - Emplacement centré, au top et transport en commun juste à côté. Logement spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé et propre. Juste quelques traces d’usure à certains endroits. Arrivée tardive possible si le personnel est prévenu, sécurisé. L’etablissement donne bien toutes les infos pour l’arrivée et le départ.

• Dagmara (5/5): Okey ale następnym razem nie wrócę bo nie było czysto - Przestronny pokój na pierwszy rzut oka był porządek ale czuć kurz i brudną podłogę. Nie miałam żadnych większych większych przyrządów żeby móc sama odkurzyć podłogę na której bardzo dużo zbierało się kurzu. Pościel mało Wygodna szczególnie ogromne poduszki na których nie dało się spać. Brakowało expresu do kawy. Regał nie był przymocowany do ściany i często martwiłam się czy nie spadnie na dzieci bo bardzo się ruszał jak się brało rzeczy z niego.
• Mikaela (7/5): - Apartment was spotless. Very clean and very new furniture. It was perfect size for two guests. It was warm (November visit) but did not have one-time-use slippers, which I saw was recommended from prev guests as well, floors could get cold and inconvenient for out of the shower. No coffee machine, just hot water jug. Bed was comfortable though, building new and with reception until 22h. Price was a bit too much for two nights, given the circumstances but the cleanness compensated it all. However, can be very noisy if you land on bad "neighbours". You can hear literally everything from the apartments next door.

• Jessica (5/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet. - Ausgezeichnete Lage, ruhige Lage der Wohnung zum Innenhof, der große Balkon, die Waschmaschine. Das Bett war sehr unbequem. Im Bad bildet sich bereits schwarzer Schimmel und die Duschkabine schließt nicht richtig ab. Die Küchenzeile war nur mit einem Wasserkocher ausgestattet, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine waren hingegen nicht vorhanden.

Пишеше, че в стаите не се пуши, което е нормално, затова резервирах студио с тераса. Оказа се, обаче, че е забранено пушенето и на терасата, изобщо, навсякъде. Нямаше къде да си изпиеш кафето с една цигара. Това за един пушач, любител на кафе не е ОК.

• Milana (1/5): Terrible Experience - Only location The apartment itself is part of a large flat that has been divided into three smaller units. Unfortunately, the guests in the apartment next to ours (three German men) were extremely noisy all night. They were fighting, breaking furniture and glass, shouting loudly and even yelling “kill you.” It was impossible to sleep, and we left the accommodation at 5 a.m. because we didn’t feel safe because they not stop also in this time... all day and after all night, when we go out they still make chaos. The apartment owner should make sure that guests respect the house rules and that such behavior doesn’t happen again. Also they smoke inside and all units be smell bad. They were also vomiting in the hallways and the elevator. What was supposed to be a romantic stay in Prague turned into a nightmare. I don’t recommend this place for womens or for families with children. Very unsafe.

• Christine (10/5): Enchantée par mon séjour - L'emplacement était idéal, calme et transports très accessibles, à pied très proches des principaux sites à visiter J'ai failli tomber en m'assoyant dans un fauteuil sur le balcon : un pied était cassé. La poignée de la salle de bain est restée dans mes mains. Je l'ai signalé immédiatement, c'est-à-dire le jour de mon arrivée, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse malgré une relance.

• D. Gibbs (8/5): Comfortable, quaint room located in a great location near the train line. - The room was delightfully decorated. There was a small balcony that although we didn't use because of the weather, it was lovely to have it. The bathroom was well appointed and there was a share laundry that we made use of. It was billed as an apartment but really is a hotel room. It was quite tight on space for two of us with 22kg bags which we like to be open right out and unpack a bit. There was insufficient toilet paper but after a lost in translation discussion with the reception another roll was provided.

• Barbara (7/5): Fantastic location - Location fantastic, 24 hour reception and staff very helpful, fan in room, cleanliness, balcony, tv, large bed. High standard of decoration. Advertised as self contained apartment but no kitchen sink or oven (only small microwave and kettle, tiny fridge). Not hygienic or practical to wash dishes in bathroom sink. Only 5 clothes hangers so not able to unpack clothes. Only two small towels and 1 hand towel provided. Balcony seating in need of repair.

• Alejandro (5/5): Passable - It was very well located. 15 min or less walking from the city centre and near to a little shopping mall It wasn't too clean and the single bed was a very small sofa and not too comfortable. The shower screen wasn't closing properly and you had to be very careful to not make a mess. The sink was blocked and we could barely brush our teeths or wash out hands without making a mess
• Stefania (9/5): Superb - The studio is cosy and silent, 15 min walk from main attractions. It was spacious for us a family with 2 kids. The shower was great, high pressure and temperature. Very easy checkin and checkout process. Nothing to complain about.

• Ramona (8/5): Nice apartment and awsome location - The apartment is located near the old city center, about 15 minutes. The building is very clean and newly renovated historic building with modern features. Missing informations about good parking options (there is no parking in the building).

• Pavlina (8/5): Enjoyable stay, very central. - Quite property, well equipped. I had a problem with registering all the visitors with an app, which wasn't working for me. There was no alternative way to register. Also the sofa bed is not really suitable for 2 people. I would say its is 2+1 rather than 2+2 unless you have a small children.

• Dobrin (8/5): Very good - The property is positioned perfectly for tourists One of the outlets was coming out of the place; the bathroom sink was clogging at every use and the shower door wasn’t closing well and some of the water ends in the bathroom floor. I recommend also to have some single use slippers (even though it was warm inside, the floor was cold)

I sent several messages with photos , they promised to change it but we left so that nobody has appeared up to the last day Flat wasnot quite clean, I needed to clean it myself. I ordered the taxi weeks ago and they forgot to give me a pick, no apologies for that They avoided any help, they directed me to the "reception" with all my questiosn but there was no reception, there was only security guard who sent me back to the owner. Then I realized that I needed to accept what it was, nothing would have happened
• Aidan (9/5): Great Apartment, Option of AC would be a added bonus. - Nice Apartment with Balcony, rooms were tidy, good in size with all the facilities needed. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is good 10mins less walk to Charles Bridge. Would recommend and stay again. Only issue is no AC or option to have a room with AC, I know AC's don't exactly look appealing on the exterior of a building but even a I ternary portable one would be a option. There was a fan in he room with cool/Ac air which was a benefit but not substantial in 37° heat. Also one other small thing some form of signage (even small sign) displayed by the reception buzzer to signifying (Prague Spirit) as it was hard to find and I only received directions via booking to determine location at 13:45 on the day. We were already looking for the entrance at this stage from approx 13:00.

• Annie (10/5): Exceptional! - I absolutely loved my stay here. The room was pretty and neatly decorated just like the pictures. The room was very clean and had all the essentials. There is a cute little balcony too. If you like to cook your own food, the utensils are already there. We ate out throughout our stay and the location was perfect for that as there were many great options of restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location is also great as many of the attractions are in walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again. Nothing

• Kerem (5/5): Misleading description but overall okay - The property was modern, the location was good and the outside areas were very pleasant with a modern lift. We stayed in the property as a family for 3 nights. The description of our reservation was 'one bedroom apartment'. We arrived and found out we got a studio. The main reason we chose this accommodation was because we preferred an apartment with a separate bedroom. We were sure we were accommodated in the wrong unit snd so we contacted the host. The reply was that it's the right unit without addressing the incorrect information. Cleanliness wise it was dissapointing. We found multiple hairs on the bathroom floor and on the bed linnen. The bed itself was very noise and very soft which resulted in quite bad sleep. Finally the bathroom door couldn't be shut properly. There was no way to fasten the door to the frame since the door latch was not working and so was the lock. This was quite inconvenient with a crawling toddler.

• Vicki (7/5): Good location. Minimal service. - Convenient locations with metro and tram stops 2 mins walk away. Lovely to have a balcony too. The shower is over the bath but isn’t a proper shower, it’s just a shower head on a hose at tap level you have to hold to wash yourself with. Also, there wasn’t enough toilet paper for the length of our stay. When I asked at reception I just got a ‘we don’t supply it’… which for the price I paid I would’ve expected enough toilet roll for the stay.
