- Serb (8/5): A cozy room situated near Venceslas Square. Also, very noisy instalation - All the infrastructure of toilets must be repared. The nights are very uncomfortable because of continous rumbling and humming. The TV set is only a set piece, good for nothing.

- Nina (3/5): Prague is too good of a city to live in such bad apartment - Clean and has basic things like kettle and fridge It is located in the BASEMENT level it is not stated anywhere, light almost doesn’t get there, it is wet and cold. Every 30 minutes some very loud sound of boiler or toilet system turns on. View outside of the window is just a basement wall in 0.5m from the door. Doesn’t feel safe completely because you have absolutely transparent doors and the only thing you can do is cover it with blinds. We’ve tried contacting the owner, to get a partial refund of 30-50% of the price, at least, because we were ready to cancel the booking after 1 hour and leave the accommodation in perfect condition instead of staying full 2 days. The answer was: “We will not do refund, but thanks for suggestion.” Absolutely insane behaviour. We’ve left after 2 hours of arriving, booked another apartment and never returned

- Wiktoria (10/5): - Obiekt był taki jakim go opisano. Wszędzie czysto i przytulnie.
- Kairi (9/5): - Great apartement with everything you need in a city centre of Prague. Really comfy. It was in a basement level, so it was a little humid there.
- Kseniia (6/5): Ask person ab stairs. Change blankets and bed if possible - The studio was next to the city center, great location! Tiny blankets( I did not like that. I did not get shampoo and shower gel, conditioner also, so could not wash my hair.
I had to go through a lot is stairs with my suitcase. I was not expecting that
- Shona (1/5): Bad - Damp
- Patel (7/5): Good - Bed and kitchen Bath and cooler
- Hergert (5/5): Passable -
- Thomson (10/5): Great apartment - Fantastic location, within walking distance of all attractions. Good communication from host.
- Nazm (9/5): Superb -
- Katerina (7/5): Lovely stay but the studio needs to be fixed up with the damp problem they have - Location and decoration The property even though well designed , it suffers from dampness. The owner needs to do something about this.
- Danny (9/5): Good stay, nice and modern. - Really modern, clean and good location to just walk into Prague, Everything was 5-10 mins away. Instructions for getting into the building and room were clear and simple.
Room was very quiet , never heard any neighbouring properties so I slept well.
I’d stay here again if ever back in Prague. There was a damp smell when i entered the room , hence why there is a humidifier in the room I take it. Smell went away once I’d got used to it but really hit me when I got there.
Fire alarm was chucked in a drawer with battery taken out.
Shower was small and a little weak but manageable.
- Aleksandra (7/5): Good - very easy to reach and a quite good location in the center of Pargue for a decent price. There is a strange smell in this apartment. Maybe because it is partly a basement? But it is small and comfy place for a short city trip to Prague.
- Gemma (8/5): Decent room in a great location - Nice, spacious room and great location. Shower was really small, had no shelf and did not drain
- Andressa (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely incredible location! Very modern Nothing
- Martin (7/5): A great spot to get some sleep in between sightseeing. - Excellent location, we only used the tram one day to take us to the end of the line to see what Prague is like for the locals out of the main city.
The flat was reasonably clean, and well equipped for what you need for a short stay.
Communication with the owner prior to travelling was excellent, but I don’t think they live locally if you needed them whilst there.
Area the flat is based feels really safe, even late at night, and is very quite once inside the complex.
Excellent quality bars and food within a few hundred metres, with the nearest about 50m. The apartment is a basement apartment, and not quite as light as it looks in the information. With this in mind, it is strictly a place to come home to sleep, and back out the next day. Access is also down a fairly tight short spiral stairs, so not brilliant with large suitcases if not physically fit. There is no opportunity to sit out with a glass of wine after a day’s sightseeing.
Because of the basement situation, there is a dehumidifier running night and day to control the damp. Apart from a door to the small shower room, it is one area with little ventilation.
The bed is extremely hard, and we both woke each morning with stiff backs.
I was hoping to find a channel on the tv to watch the rugby World Cup, but there is no signal on the tv. The only things to watch are internet based things like Netflix. When I contacted the owner about it, he said he knew nothing about the tv. That makes me think he’s not local.
We had to be out my 10am, but our flight wasn’t till 9pm that evening. When I asked about somewhere to leave our luggage for the day, his response was to ask a local bar to look after it for the day. We actually walked it up to the Railway station about, about a 20 min walk away, and left in the lockers for £6 for the day. The bus to the airport leaves from just outside the station (£3 each ), so it’s a really convenient place to leave luggage. We spent the day in the museum which is only 400m away before returning for the bus.
We made the mistake of booking for 7 days in Prague. 3 days would have been plenty, bearing in mind the the apartment is a bolt hole, rather than a place to sit and watch the world go by on a balcony.
- Giacomo (7/5): Good - Location Humidity
- Victoria (9/5): Lovely cozy apartment in Prague, really nicely done out! - A lovely and indeed cozy apartment, really nicely decorated, was a really good size, good shower and well equipped. Very detailed instructions on how to get in which was very helpful!
- Ситник (9/5): Superb - An apartment was very good. However, everything is looks better on photos than in real life, but that's not a big problem. The apartment was clean and organized. it was a positive experience.
- Vickie (8/5): I would recommend staying at this apartment. - Great location, close to trams and train station. Easy walking distance to the old town. Apartment is very clean and comfortable for 2 people. We felt safe in this area. Bed was quire firm and the pillows were very small and low in loft.
- Gyöngyi (10/5): Exceptional - Safe area, everything in walk distance, comfy bed and clean apartman The drain in the shower was blockef
- Grzegorz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristiāna (7/5): Great location apartment for reasonable price - It was very modern and recently renovated and location was amazing. Good sized apartment for 2 travellers. Had all kitchen utensils that you would need. liked the heated bathroom floor. Loud boiler noises, the hair drier was there but in a very bad condition. The basement aroma that you get every time when entering the flat - after 5 minutes with open doors and windows it fades. very thin pillows and blanket. There is a pod coffee machine but no pods, you would need to go to store to buy specific ones for this type of machine.
- Ricarda (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jack (7/5): Clean, modern apartment situated in a great location in Prague - Property was clean and modern and in a good location within Prague itself. Some issues with the flat were raised. the admin shower would not work so was left using the smaller shower head and the flat itself is below ground level which was a shame.
- Martinkovičová (8/5): Very good -
- Magdalena (8/5): Very good - Very close to center. We walked almost everywhere. Liked how warm it was in the bathroom considering how cold it was outside. It was needed. Liked the ease of checking in. No coffee or tea for guest. Doesn't cost much to treat your guests with tea and coffee.
Not much of a view since it was sort of like a basement apartment and in the courtyard.
- Aleyna (10/5): Exceptional -
