• Mark (3/5): This property should not be a rental - avoid booking or cancel if you already have - The hotel staff that is in charge of handing over the keys were very sweet and helped any way they could. They "inherited" this apartment as part of the hotel they recently took over. The issues have nothing to do with them. Owner of the apartment has clearly "given up" maintenance. This property has essentially been abandoned by the owner and should not be a rental. Yes, location can't be beat, and the pictures make it look like a stylish apartment. Everything else was a bit of a disaster. Handed the keys upon arrival by a hotel that is down the street. They, however, had never seen the apartment. Spent a half hour trying to locate the apartment in a multi-story building. No instructions, no apartment number to reference. Then, no WiFi. Not even a router in the apartment to reset. Glass door to one shower was completely off the track and unusable. Outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Mirror in smaller bathroom was cracked. Curtains in the main back bedroom didn't even cover half the width of the window - no privacy to neighbors behind you. Oven vent didn't work. Listing noted a washing machine which we needed on our extended travels. Couldn't find it anywhere. Hotel rep had to call the owner to ask where it was - behind a frosted heavy glass door next to the toilet in a place you'd never think to look. Top of washer was covered with old paint cans. We booked based on recent reviews, but if you look back past the last few, these issues were all mentioned by previous guests months ago, and nothing has been fixed or addressed.

• Liangwen (8/5): Very good - Right next to Charles Bridge (West side), connected wall by wall. Very central. Old charm. Spacious. Some bits of things needs to be fixed. Used towels in the basket were not removed. Wi-fi was out of order during our two night stay.

• Walker (10/5): What a stunning apartment in the most perfect location! - The apartment is stunning, and in a beyond perfect location being situated at one end of the Charles bridge. Communication with Klara was excellent, and check in etc was very easy. There is a little supermarket just up the road, and plenty of places to eat and drink on your doorstep. Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful and very unique apartment. Absolutely nothing!!
• Ken (10/5): Highly recommend, very central locationapartment as advertised and very comfortable beds. - Excellent location basically on Charles bridge, great atmosphere amongst all the lively tourists. Close and within walking distance to palace and old town, many restaurants/bars close by. Apartment very clean on arrival. Not a complaint however woud have been helpful to have had two sets of keys so we could access apartment at different times.

• Cliff (8/5): The perfect location to see Prague - Excellent location, stylish, warm, and comfortable. I have worked in the hospitality industry and think this apartment is amazing. However, the issues I have listed are not acceptable at these prices. It's looking a little tired in places, which could easily be resolved. A broken shower height adjuster, broken bathroom window handle, tv electrical cables hanging below TV in back bedroom. The dining room window does not shut properly, and quite a few bulbs blown around the apartment. Lots of cobwebs and dust in the back bedroom on the floor and under the bed, and the shower has red mould marks on the shower wall and a cracked mirror. The front bedroom door handle detaches itself from the door, which we found quite funny.These are only minor observations and did not spoil our overall experiences. However, I would have given exceptional feedback if they were not there. As I said, they are only minor issues, and I would return again. I feel bad leaving this feedback, but everything else was great.
• Janet (8/5): Good location, apartment could have been cleaner and gaining access to the apartment was difficult. - We had to enlist the help of someone in the local tourist office to gain access to the apartment. The instructions were not clear that you had to collect the keys from a property a walk away from the apartment. No one could help us and knew anything about keys, even people going in and out of the apartment.

• Carole (8/5): We had the perfect long weekend, plenty to do and see and the accommodation suited us. - The location of this apartment was fantastic, all attractions we wanted to do were within walking distance. Having the grocery shop just below was handy and a fab restaurant just across the road. The shower in the far side of the apartment, still needs to be looked at. Looking at the reviews this seems to be an issue for a while now. Also the cleaning needs to be checked, there were socks under our bed that didn't belong to us and items left in the fridge, but that said, we would definitely book again.

• Margot (9/5): The most incredible location and special place to stay - Beautiful old apartment in the most incredible position. Right at the entry to the Charles bridge. Lots and lots of people walking past but noise abated by about 9 pm. Comfortable beds and clean. Few maintenance issues but probably to be expected with such an old apartment. No washing machine powder supplied and no extra toilet paper supplied but these were minor issues and did not detract from overall impression

The lift wasn’t working till the day we left. It was difficult navigating stairs with big suitcases. The laundry was mentioned on the website but we couldn’t see the washing machine and when we rang to ask about it we were told there wasn’t one. We accidentally found it the day before we left. It was behind a concealed panel and the area was quite dirty. The bathroom in the large room with the lounge had a ‘secret passage through the shower. We also found that accidentally. Because the lounge is in the big bedroom it is hard for everyone to relax in there ( also no hanging space or drawers in that room). Both bathroom drains were dirty. The toilet brushes were absolutely dirty. Very disappointing because the location, the furniture and the kitchen was good. Location great.

• Melanie (3/5): Great location and quirky interiors but very poorly equipped and maintained - The location was great, but It took us 50 minutes to gain access to the apartment as the instructions for collecting the key were so poor ( collect from an unamed hotel next door to a perfume shop with a name that was incorrect!!). Tried calling, no answer. When they eventually called back an hour or so later they were completely disinterested in the problems we had had. Joining instructions, broken shower head, half a curtain on each window of the bedroom, second bed being in the living room with a door that didn’t close properly, total lack of amenities (empty soap and shampoo dispensers etc).
• Yuliya (10/5): Exceptional - The location couldn't be better if you are looking to stay in the very core of old town. The apartment is very stylish and cool with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Bathrooms need some updates to be done but it wasn't really bothering us much.

• Henriktö (7/5): A nice stay with perfect location - Location was great nearby charles bridge, lots of bars around, very big apartment, cozy couch and beds were very comfy! Big kitchen, two bathrooms, big tv (although it didnt quite work or we didnt know how to use it - no manual, all czech) Bathrooms were a bit dirty (old), you could hear noise from outside because of the old windows, the receptionist was very friendly but couldnt speak english or german very well, lots of fake stuff in the apartmenr (lights that didnt work, speakers that didnt work, there was no descreption on how to use the difficult TV, no Google Cast available.

I highly recommend Mostecka Apartment for anyone looking for a perfect stay in the city While my stay at Mostecka Apartment was generally pleasant, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was occasionally unstable, which made it difficult to stay connected and work efficiently. Additionally, the noise from the street could be quite disruptive at night, but not making really hard to get a restful sleep. The kitchen, although well-equipped, could benefit from a few more basic supplies such as dish soap and kitchen towels. Lastly, the check-in process was a bit confusing and could be streamlined for a smoother arrival experience. Addressing these minor issues would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests.

• Jd (10/5): Perfect location, beautiful home, highly recommend. - Probably the best rental I’ve ever stayed in, and not saying something since my wife and I have traveled the world for the past 20 years. We were in Prague with our two teenagers and had a phenomenal time. Location is perfect, check in and check out were easy, the place is beautiful and well kept. Really, nothing to dislike about this place, maybe they could use one or two more pots/pans for those of us who like to cook at home when we’re traveling. But that’s an incredibly small complaint about an amazing place.

Hard to find any dislikes, bearing in mind the location right next to Charles Bridge it could be quite noisy but you can't complain since you are in the heart of Prague.

It is literally adjoined to the Lesser Town Tower of the Charles Bridge. As it is on the Lesser Town side, much quieter at night (and earlier than the Old Town side). Beds are super comfortable. Bathtub in the second bedroom was a fine touch. Kitchen well equipped. Could not have asked for more… Took some time to figure out the keys and light switches, but no big deal at all.

• Donna-maria (8/5): We had a very good short stay in this beautiful apartment located basically on the Charles Bridge! - Location was awesome. Literally right on the Charles Bridge! There is elevator access so no problem to get luggage / grocery bags in. Apartment feels spacious and nicely decorated with lots of mirrors which open up the space even more. The host was responsive and tried their best to accommodate us and rectify any concerns. Some of the fittings need a bit of maintenance e.g. door knobs, towel heating rack. (n.b. We didn't have time to test the kitchen appliances / washer / dryer so can't comment on those). A guestbook / guide with info on how the heating/appliances in the apartment work and suggestions about nearby restaurants/sights/activities etc. would be a great addition (either printed or digital / link to same). A second set of keys would also have been great in case the group wanted to split up during our stay.

• Susana (9/5): Very nice condo and superb location - Location, location, location. We were 3 of us and we had two bedrooms with bathrooms. Very comfortable The second bathroom was too small. Also, they offered washing machine but it didn't have it. And the noise, as the location was the best, unfortunately as Prague is a very busy place, at night was kind of loud. You have to closed the windows otherwise you'll hear all the crowds.

• Harry (9/5): Wonderful - Excellent location, has an elevator and you must use the thin key fob. The apartment is exactly as pictured , plenty large enough. for 4 people. There is a grocery story directly on the street under the apartment. The apartment building actually is attached to the tower of the Charles Bridge. Clothes Dryer latch broken, therefore dryer would not work.

• Marek (8/5): Very good - In heart of Old Town, perfect for feeling and enjoying the atmosphere of Old Prague. Strongly recommended if this is the major aim of stay. Spacious rooms. High beautiful ceilings, 1. Noise from the street. On the opposite side of the street there is a youth hostel and street drinking of alkohol and related loud noises were for the WHOLE night till 4 AM in the morning and started again around 7:30 AM... there is also some bakery/cafeteria on the same side of the street that produces a lot of noise. Impossible to have open windows. 2, Furniture and arrangement of the rooms is very questionable, not practical at all, no place to put your clothes /stuff in the major two rooms, only the second small bedroom has some wardrobe. In the bathroom - similar situation, before shower you can put your clothes in the sink or in the toilet... Still the positive experience predominates over negatives.

We felt at home in the apartment and we didn't feel like tourists in the city. Very cozy, comfortable and bright apartments. The Pilsner beer at the restaurant at the end of the street made a big impression ;)

• Samuel (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is located right at the start of Charles Bridge, which was both very useful and pleasing. We expected something less..special but it turned out to be special holiday on special place. Apartment was disegned with beautiful balance between charm of restaurated furniture and modern style with basicly everything and more than we needed. We strongly recommend this accomodation :)
• Michael (10/5): We had a wonderful stay at Mostecka 3! Highly recommend :) - Location & views are superb. Apartment was very well decorated & we felt right at home after day 2. The Sonos system is something I valued & the "hidden" door was a fun touch! Dryer door latch was broken so we couldn't dry clothes. No spare garbage bags. Otherwise a great stay!
