• Filip (1/5): - Jedyne co można uznać za dobre strony tego obiektu to jest to tylko i wyłacznie lokalizacja Wymieniać co się nie podobało nie ma sensu wszystkiego bo wyszła by rozprawka. Z najbardziej koszmarnych rzeczy tego obiektu to oczywiscie jest jego stan totalnie nie adekwatny do ceny, oczywiście na zdieciach tego nie widać ale w pokoju możemy cofnąć się do czasów PRL. Pokuj wygląda jakby był nie dokonczyny, w trakcie remontu. Nie ma grzejnika zamiast tego jest farelka a ściana gdzie był grzejnik jest oczywiście pozostawiona tak jak po jego zdięciu. Nie będę wymieniał kolejnych rzeczy nie poprawnych dokończeń pokoju. Oczywiscie najgorszym doświadczeniem tego obiektu jest dojście do niego co to oznacza? Hmm no żeby sobie to lepiej wyobrazić to prosze nasikać na poduszke przyłożyć do twarzy zasić światłk na jakiejś klatce schodowej i postarać wejść na 3 piętro. Nie było żadnego światła czy też nadzie na dobre warunki pokoju. I nie jestem pewien czy brak światła jest po to że bo porstu nikomu się nie chce go zamontować czy dbają o nasze bezpieczeństwo. Bo może jak nas nie widać wchodzac na 3 piętro to nikt nas nie zaatakuje. Można odnkeśc takie wrazenie wchodzac tam. Serdecznie nie polecam najgorszu obiekt w jakim byłem.

• Marleen (7/5): Ideale lokatie - Locatie was top! Dicht bij bezienswaardigheden en toch gelegen in een rustige straat Veel trappen,geen lift in het gebouw. Kwaliteit van bed en kussens was slecht. Slecht 1 klein en 1 groot wijnglas aanwezig, voor de rest geen glazen
• Darya (2/5): Overall okay, but wouldn’t stay again. - The central location was quite handy. The communication with the staff was quite troublesome. Some things in the apartment were broken. The shower head was out of whack so there was almost no pressure at all. The furniture is stained so it wasn’t super pleasant to use it or relax properly.

• Samantha (8/5): Enjoyable home from home in safe area, right by attractions . Would stay again. - Excellent location. Great facilities in the kitchen, loved having a fan and the ability to log into my own Netflix. Having a bath was great. Clearer instructions would have been welcome. It would have been better to have a small message to say ‘ floor 3, in the corner with holiday estates on the door’. I was looking for something called Crystal so had to walk up all the flights looking at peoples apartments trying to work it out. Bed was terrible. Woke up with a painful leg and have got a bad back as you can feel the wooden slats. On the last night I had to put the pillows under the duvet to act as a second mattress, which worked well. The table was very dusty and the hob didn’t work.

• Crystal (5/5): Key pick-up blocks from the actual apartment - Great Location. I didn't like the fact that I had to pick up the keys from an office a few blocks away. Very inconvenient when you arrive with luggage and have to traipse around to pick up keys. Also didn't like the requirement to do a very involved online check-in process which collected more data than a normal reception style check-in. Note also the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.

• Ruslan (1/5): Awful - Nothing, only location of the apartments The photographs of the property do not correspond to reality at all; in the photographs I saw new, beautiful apartments with a comfortable bed and excellent renovation. In fact, I was greeted by old apartments, in which there was a characteristic, unpleasant smell. There were stains of unknown origin on the walls in the bedroom, and there was mold in the bathroom. The dish sponge was covered in someone else's hair, probably from previous clients. Behind the door in the living room there was a mop and a wet cloth for washing the floor, probably left by the cleaning lady, this is unacceptable for me when I pay 200 € for an apartment for 2 nights. We received a towel with a hole in it, and all the dishes and equipment in the kitchen were covered in dust. The mattress was so uncomfortable that it was impossible to sleep at night. NEVER AGAIN!!!
• Pedro (6/5): It's fine if you're looking for a cheap place to stay. - Good location, the staff was good and it was close to the place where you need to pick the keys up The building were the apartment is it’s old. The apartment is renovated, but it looks like a very cheap renovation. In some parts of the apartment, it seems they tried to remodel it in the cheapest way possible or just placed a piece of furniture to cover it. The mattress is very bad (I preferred to sleep on the sofa). When I checked out, I was given instructions to leave the keys inside the apartment, but when I tried to leave, the stairwell door of the building was locked (I had to knock on several doors for someone to let me out because I needed the key).

Never again. - Good location In the €200 apartment, there was no air conditioning, and the renovation looked like it was done in the last century - plaster was falling off the walls, some places showed signs of replacement and lack of baseboards, a broken electrical socket, and with every step in the room, everything shook and buzzed. There were strange holes near the mirror in the bathroom, the tub was inconvenient and too small. And the cherry on top - the keys to the apartment were in a completely different place. This is not a hotel, but an apartment rental. I don't want to search for where to get the keys and then go to the apartment - I came to relax, not to look for where to get the key so I can lie down on the bed.

• Stacey (7/5): Overall very pleasant and a fantastic location. Staff are very friendly and helpful to go out of their way for you. - The location was fantastic. The property was quiet and more than enough space for our needs. Generally clean, nice new kitchenette. The bed slats were broken and the bed mattress is very thin so bowed. Resulted in coming home with a bad back! There were a couple of hairs on arrival within the bedsheets which wasn’t great. A thicker mattress is needed on the bed.

• Tong (3/5): Didn’t get good sleep as floorboard were creaking - Walking distance to metro and old town if you can topo your ways . Nothing much . Was not clean . Flooring was creaking all the time .
