• Sara (7/5): - The location of the apartment is very good, the connection to the city center is excellent, and nearby you have everything you need: restaurants, supermarkets, green areas for walking... In addition, the staff is very friendly. When we arrived, the living room table was very unstable and wobbly, and they fixed it for us right away. I found a few small details that I think could be improved: there was no bath mat/towel for the floor (for when we get out of the shower), there is nowhere to leave the dishes after washing them, there is also no cloth or sponge to clean or dry things, and the sofa is not very comfortable for sleeping.

• Jakub (9/5): - Ubytovanie bolo výborné. Prístup z bytu priamo na predzáhradku hodnotím veľmi pozitívne najmä kvôli domácim miláčikom (ktoré su bez príplatku). Blízko na električku, metro a k mnohým podnikom. V lokalite su vybudované úplne nové budovy, cyklotrasa. Je tu naozaj čo robiť. Výhodou je parkovacie miesto v garáži za 15 eur na noc. Odporúčam. O predzáhradku by sa hodilo postarať, tráva bola úplne vyschnutá a sedenie bolo len pre dvoch, aj keď sme ubytovaní boli traja. Neboli sme spokojní s pánom, ktorý nás ubytoval. Bolo mu náročné rozumieť, bolo vidieť, že ani on nerozumel nám (asi nebol z CZ). Aj predošlá komunikácia s ubytovaním bola náročná, písala som im viackrát, že potrebujeme parkovacie miesto. Pán bol nakoniec prekvapený, že chceme parkovacie miesto a navrhol zaparkovať na ulici, kde nebolo žiadne voľné parkovacie miesto. Upozornil nás, že za parkovacie miesto v garáži sa platí, s čím sme vopred rátali. Nakoniec nám parkovacie miesto vybavil, ale nechápem načo sa pýtajú vopred na parkovacie miesto, keď ho aj tak pripravené potom nemajú a snažia sa vás presvedčiť na parkovacie na ulici. Do ubytovania by som sa vrátila, ale bolo by potrebné zlepšiť komunikáciu.

Voor de rest waren we super tevreden Er was geen koffiezet apparaat aanwezig 2 handdoeken was wel erg weinig voor 2 personen. Jammer dat er geen sfeer in de kamer/keuken is. We misten een schilderijtje of plant Maar ik zou dit appartement zeker aanraden aan anderen

Интерьер убогий , отсутствие минимальных удобств для проживания . В номере наличие только двух полотенец. Персонал не реагирует на просьбы об улучшении условий проживания. Не было предложено другого варианта проживания .

The next road was quite a bit away, so no noise from traffic or tram whatsoever A few more towels and a couple tea towels would've been great, but given that there is a washing machine and a dishwasher, I understand why they think that's not needed. Also, I'm sure if we had contacted the manager about it (you're given his number and he's nearby), he would've brought us tea towels

Отличное месторасположение - уже не туристический центр, более спокойное место, но легко добраться на трамвае куда угодно. В квартале есть большой супермаркет. Приятный двор с прогулочной зоной. Рядом проходит вело/беговая дорожка.

• Gary (8/5): Cheap and cheerful - I felt it was good value for money and the location couldn’t be closer to the start of the half marathon. It was a little difficult to find, the WiFi didn’t work. I had told the host that I wouldn’t need it had data so not sure if they hadn’t turned it on. Also the tv didn’t have any channels. Would work fine if you log into your own streaming service

And the extra costs, like the deposit, aren't being refunded as they said they would. They said it would be refunded one hour after check-out, but it's been three days now, and even though I didn't cause any damage to the facilities, my money still isn't in my account! The exchange rate they use is ridiculously high—the normal rate is 1 euro = 21 Czech koruna, but they're charging 26 Czech koruna per euro! It’s not okay, and the extra costs aren’t listed in the ad, even when you filter the search criteria—like “free parking,” which isn’t actually free and you have to pay for in cash.

• Tatsiana (6/5): Отличная квартира, но есть нюансы - Апартаменты очень понравились: красивая чистая квартира со всем необходимым, был даже доступ к YouTube premium. Очень удобная кровать. Для ребенка подростка было заботливо подготовлено удобное спальное место в виде расправленного дивана, уже с постельными принадлежностями. К квартире и проживанию нет вообще никаких претензий. Однако не понравились нюансы заселения и коммуникации с персоналом. Во-первых, заселение было контактное, а мы привыкли к большей гибкости. Во-вторых, взяли в залог кауцию 100 евро ( на случай если мы что-нибудь украдём или испортим). Деньги были заблокированы на карте и обещали разблокировать как только персонал клининга зайдет в квартиру и сообщит, что всё в порядке. Выезд был в 10:00, однако в 15:30 кауция все ещё не была разблокирована. Пришлось писать в What's up, тишина. Писать sms, тишина. Звонить, тишина. Только когда я набрала сотрудников непосредственно из приложения booking, со мной поговорили и разблокировали средства. Зачем заставлять своих гостей нервничать? В-третьих, при заселении потребовали сделать фото документов. Это действительно нормально? А как же защита персональных данных?

• Marcela (5/5): Na kratky vikene v Prahe na prespatie postačujuce - Super poloha, blizko zastavky električka , metro, ticha lokalita, blizko su aj obchody, lekaren atd. Ubytovanie bolo na prvy pohad v poriqdku, ale je vidieť znamky opotrebenia, prasknuta wc doska, rozthana zaclona, sprchova hlavica silne zanesena od vodneho kameňa. Celkovo by si ubytovanie zaslužilo lepšiu údržbu a drobne opravy aby bol pobyt pre hostí prijemnejši
