• Gillian (8/5): - Lovely apartment, well equipped, comfortable. Easy self check-in. Convenient to trams & metro and easy walking distance to old town. Staff answered all communications quickly. There was street noise into the night from trams and cars driving over the cobbles so couldn't sleep with windows open which we prefer to do especially as it was hot. Holder for shower- head was absent and was not fixed during our stay.
• Silvia (10/5): - Close to tube (metro) station. New and clean apartment. Quick and easy access, great communication via email ( self check-in). Request for quiet apartment accommodated. Only 2 capsules for coffee machine - would expect at least one per person per day, we stayed 3 nights so few more would be good. Toilet roll holder wonky, needs to tighten up at the base. Bolt missing from shower head, so sucks your finger in when you touch it, not pleasant for some. Hook to hang hand towel also would be handy. Pillows needs replacing - seems filling shrunk in a wash, so irregular and no support at all. That said - all minor things ,only mentioned for attention of maintenance and housekeeping. Still fantastic stay.

Not much instruction on how to operate heating, microwave. Bathroom towel heater was not functional as it had not been wired in yet.

• Karina (10/5): Чудове помешкання та приємний персонал, обовʼязково повернемось сюди знову! - Дуже сподобалось розташування (гарний готичний костел поруч, метро та тролейбус в хвилині від готелю, неймовірний вигляд з вікна), чистота в кімнаті, наявність кухні та інших приємних зручностей (посуд, кавомашинка, холодильник, тостер, вафельниця, мікрохвильовка, чисті рушники та мило). Приємний персонал, дуже швидко відповідали та йшли за зустріч. Змогли заїхати в кімнату раніше і це приємно здивувало. Загалом дуже задоволені готелем та обовʼязково оберемо його знову! трошечки не вистачало пральної машинки та праски, але враховуючи наявність багатьох інших зручностей це не завдало великого дискомфорту

• Kinga (9/5): Nagyon szép kényelmes és tiszta, nagyon jó lokációban. - Igényesen berendezett, könnyen elérhető, jó helyen, tágas és kényelmes. A bejutás egyszerű nagyon, a környék békés, mégis közel a centrumhoz. Több minden volt kicsit elhasználódva, vagy elromolva. Tetőtéri apartmanban voltunk, nagyon sok a galamb, ablakot nyitni nehéz emiatt. Az utcán a ház körül óvatosan kell járni gyalog és autóval is, mert sok az elszórt, eltört galamb elleni “tüske”, valószínű a tetőről.

• Balázs (8/5): Excellent location, well equipped, spacious apartment. - Excellent location. Although I am not a fan of key-boxes, the digital key-box and code via mail was working well. The apartment had plenty of room for three. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Heating was needed in the colder evenings, and the radiators worked well. The old windows provided little sound insulation. Similarly the ceiling and walls proved to be poor in this matter as well. I heard other guests footsteps across the ceiling above. The shower cabin is rather small, although I am not a tall person. The heating function of the AC devices did not work, but radiators did their job luckily.

• Anita (9/5): A comfortable home in the heart if Prague! - The location was fantastic (near St. Ludmilla Basilica). Modern apartment with a kitchen and a fantastically big TV screen. I was a bit apprehensive because of the code to get in, but all went well and fine. :-) On the second evening we had problems with the electricity in the kitchen. A fuse failed, but we didn't put it on in fear to cause damage. A kind lady from the office came the next morning to fix it and also to show us how to turn on the induction cooker. This was not straightforward. Please consider giving instructions. We had problems turning down the heating, but perhaps the apartment tends to get hot because of the roof windows.

• Daan (7/5): Was leuk! - Het appartement lag dicht naast het metro station. Je bent met 20 minuten in de old town van Praag. Daarnaast was het grote bed in de slaapkamer van goede kwaliteit. We lagen aan een gezellige straat en met de ramen open is het lekker weer binnen. Bedbank in de woonkamer lag wat ongemakkelijk, niet gemaakt voor lange personen en je glijdt steeds naar het midden. De douche bleek halflos te zitten waardoor douchen erg moeilijk was. Er waren niet zoveel glazen en kopjes en we misten een iets grotere pan. Ook dingen zoals een afwasborstel, schoonmaakdoekjes en andere keukenbenodigdheden zijn handig voor uw bezoek.

All and all the place was of a high quality and we will certainly stay there ag - Location, cleanliness, good size room and all the facilities. Management can be informed that the position of the microwave is not very secure when you open the door. It has a tendency to tilt forward. It can be dangerous. Also stepping in and out of the shower was bit awkward and tricky due to the size of the shower. It could use an additional grab bar to enter. The bottom can be slippery when wet.

Our flat was on the 4th floor, facing the courtyard and it was dead silent. Just take extra care, the hot water from the pipes is almost boiling.

• Razvan-Petru (9/5): A nice holiday week in Prague - The position of the apartment is perfect. It is located close to the metro and tram station, which was perfect for us. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The only thing that they should change would be the bathroom sink which is too small. If they will do that the apartment will be 10/10 from a cost-quality point of view.

• Hajira (10/5): Excellent value, great location and superb apartment - I think the first that struck me is how exactly like the photos the apartment looks (sometimes when it looks too nice you worry it’s AI or some kind of image manipulation); our apartment was true to the photos and feature lovely furniture, decor and fittings. The second thing that I found remarkable was how spotlessly clean the whole flat was. I’m very hard to please with cleanliness and I genuinely found nothing dirty which was impressive. The other thing that really impressed me was how good the managers are at making sure you have everything you might need, including information upfront about the property, how to get there, how to use the entry system and get your keys etc. I found it all just very well thought out. I didn’t see any staff on-site besides the cleaner, but when I had a question about something, I just sent a WhatsApp message and they responded quickly and courteously. The building itself is amazing, the walls are very thick and it has these unique double windows that I’ve only ever seen in Prague - essentially an early version of double glazing as it dampens noise from the outside and keeps the inside temperature pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing at all, I’d highly recommend it. The only thing I would say is that as the building itself is located next to a busy tram line and on top of the A metro line, you will hear plenty of noise from the city, especially if you have the windows open. But there is air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment so if you really want to, you can keep the windows closed and control the temperature and noise that way. Personally, I had the windows open night and day the whole week I was there and it didn’t bother me at all, the rumbling of the metro and trams actually lulled me to sleep :)
• Simona (10/5): Everything was exceptional—clean, fully equipped, and in a perfect location. - The apartment was equipped with absolutely everything you needed, and everything was also extremely clean. It is located in a very good, very safe area, very close to public transport—just a 5-minute walk to the metro and tram, with a direct line to the city center. Everything was perfect! There was also a gym in the building, check-in was very easy and simple, there was a secure luggage room where you could leave your bags, and a reception area where you could wait. -

• Joel (10/5): - Les chambres sont magnifiques et spacieuses. Le personnel n’est pas present sur place mais est très réactif par email. Notre première chambre donnait sur la rue et était assez bruyante (dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de double vitrage, ça résoudrait sûrement le problème). Notre hôte nous a permis de changer de chambre et notre séjour s’est très bien passé après !

And its close to Namest Miru. Perfect! Such a nice and charming Neighbourhood. Lots of fantastic Restaurants, Cafes etc. nearby. I would never visit Praha without staying at Coru House!

Il divano letto purtroppo non era in buone condizioni, molto molle e scomodo. Il letto matrimoniale invece perfetto. Aggiungerei alla dotazione dell'appartamento una scopa per raccogliere le briciole e degli strofinacci in cucina!
• Tamara (10/5): - Clean, elegant and cozy. We had a great view from our terrace. Location was great, away from a busy city centre. Trams pass frequently (we didn't really mind it) but the whole neighborhood is nice and quiet. Nice 30 min walk to the centre, but also has a great connection via Metro line A. If we come back to Prague, this will be our choice again, for sure. Everything was perfect.
• Ekaterina (4/5): Great location, suboptimal apartment for a family stay. - Location is great. Nice residential area, great access to trams and metro. Plenty of breakfast places and restaurants around. The interior design of the apartment is very nice. It's spotlessly clean. Check-in and check-out are very easy and well explained. We stayed in the apartment described as "Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment", however, the second "bedroom" is not a separate room. Second bed is on a gallery above the living room, not separated by a wall, so if you have someone sleeping in the living room, they are disturbed by light and noises from the other bed. I wish this was clearly indicated in the description. There are no black out curtains/shutters. There are some semi-transparent curtains for privacy, which do not block out the light, so we had to buy sleeping masks. The apartment was very warm. The temperature inside was above 25C upon arrival, we switched off any heating, but it was still very hard to bring the temparature down, which climbed during the day (the windows are in the roof and need to be closed when leaving the apartment during the day). Sleeping with open windows is not an option if you are sensitive to noise, because there is quite some noise from nearby streets.

Clean, affortable, comfortable, good location, good support - I loved the location, just a few steps and we were in a metro line A, which goes to almost all important sights. The rooms were very clean, all the facilities were easily accessible. The customer care team was the best, they answered quickly and tried to help with everything. It would be great if the coffee machine had the instructions how to use. I did end up using it but the capsules were dropping to the trash part right away before pressing it so maybe the instruction could be useful
• John (8/5): Clean place, all you needed for a short stay, how to use the air conditioning would be useful - Clean Abit noisy with the traffic & warm in the room
• Effie D (10/5): Amazing location - Nice flat, comfortable and fully equipped with anything you'd need either if staying for a short few days or for weeks. Very smooth communication, extremely convenient and safe location. Many excellent choices of restaurants, cafes and bars around, the subway and tram stations on your feet. Honestly nothing serious. The only suggestion would be to replace the bedroom pillows as they are a bit old and uncomfortable but apart from that everything was excellent.
• Lutsenko (9/5): Great and short vacation in Coru House - The Coru House is a wonderful location. Transportation is very easy to use. There was friendly staff and the self check in was very easy and convenient. The wifi was also very good. Location ,it's a lot restarant.

• Jeffers (9/5): Mark 7 - Location great with access to trams anx metro, recommend exploring the neighbourhood bed very comfortable, excellent shower. Never saw owner or anyone at reception. Having said that, access instructions are very clear.

• Julia (10/5): Sehr zufrieden!!!! - Das Einchecken vor Ort war sehr einfach und schnell, es ist alles gut beschrieben. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Alles war außerdem gut beschriftet und erklärt. Für Leute die einen leichten Schlaf haben, könnte es eventuell störend sein, dass man im Obergeschoss direkt hinter dem Bett die Wasserleitungen sehr laut hört. Allerdings ist das nicht durchgehend der Fall, also ist es nicht so schlimm.
• Alina (7/5): Convenient location, clean, well-equipped kitchen, dryer in the bathroom not working and no dark curtains on the windows - I liked the location, the entrance was always clean, everything was new My room was under the roof it had four windows, and nothing could make them dark, when I went to bed for a good sleep it had to be dark and this was protection from the sun, I think in the summer it will be unbearable there, also the dryer in the bathroom did not work they cut it off, not a single radiator worked and things took a long time to dry, one air conditioner worked poorly the second did not work at all, I lived there for a week then extended for another week and no one came to clean, they offered a change of clothes, but I had already washed it myself.
