• Robert (9/5): Rodzinny weekend w Pradze - Super lokalizacja, ciepły i obszerny apartament, bardzo dobrze wyposażony w środki codziennej potrzeby. Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku, brak miseczek/bulionówek rekompensował dużych kubków, brak uwag poza tym. Odgłosy z zewnątrz są skutkiem lokalizacji w niemal w centrum Starego Miasta Pragi

• SOLEDAD V. (9/5): - La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro, a pocos minutos caminando de una parada con trasbordos del metro, distancias medias entre puntos de interés turístico como a unos 20' minutos caminando y, si no, también está el tranvía a pie de calle. Nos atendió Inna que desde el primer contacto fue muy amable y servicial. La casa es cómoda, un tercero con ascensor, en la entrada al bloque hay que subir una pequeña escalinata. Tiene muchas comodidades, electrodomésticos, productos en el cuarto de baño, en la cocina, etc. Aunque su ubicación es excepcional, tiene su contra, el tranvía está en la misma calle que además, coincide con cambios de vías, esto es normal allí, y también parece normal que a pesar de tener dobles ventanales, no están insonorizadas, tampoco se frecuenta tener persianas o cortinas traslúcidas; por lo que si no estás acostumbrado a estas condiciones el descanso se vuelve más ligero, muy apto para aprovechar y visitar la ciudad desde bien temprano. Por otro lado, a la ducha tienen que darle un arreglo, se sale el agua con facilidad y se empapa todo. Aún con lo comentado, recomendamos el inmueble.

• Ilker (8/5): - The location was great. Walking distance to old town. The owner allowed me for late check-out as there were no guests at checkout date. The apartment is next to the tram railways. Every time tram passes the apartment is shaking a little.

• Ivona (10/5): Great accommodation - The flat is very big and very well equipped. It was bright, sunny, and clean. We had everything we needed for comfortable stay. Location is few min away from metro station, and some 10min from center. Hosts were very nice, check-in and out were completely simple. We had great stay :)

• Zuzana (10/5): - Perfektní domluva s panem hostitelem, apartmán skvěle vybavený a čistý, lokalita úžasná Jediné drobné minus je rušná křižovatka pod okny, kterou bylo v noci občas slyšet, s tím ale člověk vzhledem k lokalitě počítá.

• Katarina (2/5): - Odlicna lokacija ! Stan se nalazi u centru pjeske ima 5-10 min hoda . Stan je prostran i topao ali namjestaj i uredenje vapi za preuredenjem kao da smo u 80-tima. Nema boravka soba ima jednu tv na zidu druga nema !! Posteljina neznam gdje to vise ima i za kupiti ….ispod stana prolaze tramvaji pa zna biti buke ….. Stan ima dobar potencijal hitno renoviranje!!!! ( i da jos nesto sto nije navedeno unutarnji hodnik djelite s stanarima ) vlasnik ljubazan!!!

The location is outstanding — you can walk to most of the city’s main attractions, and it’s right across from major public transportation options. Plus, there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés all around the building.

Radek checked us in and he was helpful and friendly . Very comfortable beds It was very hot inside. There is a portable AC but it didn’t function well.
• Furuya (8/5): Base camp - Owner was kind and friendly. Location was very good to transfer to sightseeing spots. There were some traffic noise. When we close window to shut out it, we couldn't operate air conditioner. But this air conditioner system was good device.

• Sono_l'italiano (10/5): PERFECT Location, Great Host, Very Comfortable. STRONGLY RECOMMEND! - Inna was an awesome host and provided tons of recommendations! The location of the property is literally perfect! You can easily walk to the historical center and be surrounded by tourists or you can go in the opposite direction and have a super local feel. You have a beautiful "Chinatown" style neighborhood just nearby as well if you want Vietnamese food or something of Asian/Indian origins. The beds were very comfortable, Inna provided us an extra bed at no cost as we are a family of 4 and the shower is big with great pressure. Full size kitchen was very helpful as well! I would stay here again and again! I truly liked everything without any complaints... If you are a light sleeper, the only potential negative could be the tram noise at night, IF and only IF, you have the windows open. Obviously this is part of being in the heart of the city and not the property's fault and with the windows closed you don't hear any city noise at all!

Very spacious bedroom and kitchen/living room Due to the location of course a bit noisy but bearable, the water pump in the bathroom also makes some noises.
• Germana (9/5): Lovely flat in New Town Prague - Perfect location to visit the city! We walked pretty much everywhere, Prague is great to go on foot. The flat is clean and comfy, with all you need also for longer stays.
• Cory (9/5): Superb - The location was great, and the host was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even gave me helpful tips for local restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops in the area. Location is extremely close to bus, tram, and metro stations, so all of Prague is easily accessible.

Great location, close to the old town, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It can be a little noisy with the windows open, but there is double-glazing.

• Helen (8/5): A terrific experience of the past and current day Prague in very authentic apartment. - Authentic old property with wonderful space & large windows. The area it was in good area for food & access to the old town etc. Unfortunately for us the weather was unseasonably hot and the portable cooler just couldn’t cope. Also unfortunately for us the tramway did night repairs outside our window which we needed open in the heat. Just bad timing.

• Trayan (9/5): Good place - Exelent location. Perfect comunication with hosts. Kitchen amenities. It wasn't problem for us, but need to know. In other part of apartment are living local residents. They were quite, we even didn't saw them. But you need lock not only outside door, but also 2 doors to your rooms.

Large apartment with all the required appliances. Very helpful and friendly owners. Positive criticism, the only trouble we had was that the entrance/address was not clearly indicated physically. Might be a good idea to show on Booking.com what the entrance looks like. However, the friendly lady at the corner clothing shop was friendly and contacted the owners for us who arrived soon after.

• Roberto (10/5): Excellent apartment and very convenient location - We are a family of four and we took the two-bedroom apartment for 6 days. We came with the train and reached the apartment by foot in 15 minutes from the main train station. We were greeted very kindly by the apartment associates, they gave us very good suggestions for visiting Prague, they answered all our questions and really helped us a lot. The apartment is on the fifth floor and there is an elevator, useful especially upon arrival and departure for taking the heavy bags up and down. It is in an old but elegant building, like most of the historical buildings in the area. The apartment is clean and spacious, with everything one needs. The bedrooms, the toilet, the shower (in a separate room) and the kitchen are equipped with everything. We used public transportation to get around, and for this the apartment is in a fantastic location, well connected with the metro, trams and buses. A huge shopping mall, supermarkets, stores and the old city are within short walking distance. For more athletic guests, most of the main attractions can be reached by foot. All in all Prague was a wonderful experience for us and staying in this apartment contributed to much of it.

• Reza (9/5): Wonderful cozy apartment for staying few days. - The location is perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. The apartment has two huge bedrooms, perfect to fit two couples. Inna was an excellent host, she met us at entry, showed us the apartment, and gave us tips about where to visit and dine. Sometimes you hear the tramway voice passing early in the morning or late at night. The shower could be larger. I'm not a big person and I could barely fit in it.
• Em.g. (9/5): All in all, it was a great holiday - The apartment is close to the Old Town. It is spacious, clean, and well equipped. The host (Inna) is a very nice hospitable person. Even if the check-in hour was late, she answered the phone promptly and then we met. The windows of both bedrooms open to a rather busy street. The sounds of trams, workers, ambulances, police cars were annoying at night, especially since we could not leave the windows close because of the heat (the apartment is situated on the last floor of the building)

The apartment has kitchen, washer, iron, hear dryer, wi fi and even umbrellas. At night and in the morning the noise from the tram and road works interfered.
