• Aron (10/5): Utmärkt tack vare lägenheten - Mycket gemensamma utrymmen men gott om platser där man kunde spendera tid själv. Allt som behövs finns och verkligen nära till allt. Att man inte kan boka Bolt taxi till adressen, utan man måste boka några gator bort. Inget större problem men värt att tänka på när man ska förboka taxi till flygplatsen

• Mariano Jesus (8/5): Great location. Minor issues to improve. - Amazing location, in the historical center of the city; very close to the astronomical clock and Wenceslao square. The apartment was very spacious, immaculate and very bright. The communication with the host was fluent and quick. The keys to the apartment have to be picked up from a locker 7 blocks away. On the other hand, although the apartment is very spacious and comfortable, the shower in the bathroom on the upper floor was quite uncomfortable, since it was not high enough to bathe standing up. Anyway, there was another bathroom also on the main floor to take a shower

• Elsa (9/5): Supertrevlig lägenhet nära till allt - Mycket ljusinsläpp med takfönstrena. Läget var otroligt och väldigt centralt, nära till allt möjligt. Smart nyckelupphämtning. Vi fick inte igång diskmaskinen under hela vistelsen, och på 5 dagar blir det ändå en del att handdiska. Sedan hade vi uppskattat om vi hade kunnat sitta alla 5 runt matbordet samtidigt. Det var något lyhört mellan lägenheterna D och C, man hade kanske kunnat lösa en dämpad lösning för att inte störas allt för mycket!

• Lee (9/5): A lovely loft apartment in a fantastic location. We’ll hopefully be back soon. - The location was fantastic and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely look to stay again. We did have a noisy group in the apartment next door and you could hear everything late into the evening, but it didn’t bother us. We also had a couple of socks left under the bed upstairs, but the apartment was otherwise clean.

• Damsma (6/5): Prima appartement om in te verblijven voor paar dagen Praag, kan beter. - Het appartement was prima, echt goed te doen voor 4 personen. 2 aparte slaapkamers. Het lag alleen boven een restaurant en er kwamen bij een raam openzetten alleen maar vette luchten naar binnen. Het slaapkamer raam boven gaat heel vreemd open, naar boven, is loodzwaar en het is kiezen of delen; of frisse lucht van buiten met een restaurant ventilator en alle etensgeuren en frituur of heel warm. Ze zetten overal de kachels aan, het was 25 graden toen we het appartement binnenkwamen. Vreselijk onvriendelijke host. Ik had geen mail ontvangen over de instructies waar de sleutel op te halen, toen ik haar belde toen we eindelijk na een lange nachtrein reis aankwamen bij het appartement, kon ik haar niet bereiken. Uiteindelijk kon ze me wel smsen en was ze zich alleen maar aan het verdedigen dat ze wel een mail had gestuurd. Via een bewoner konden we naar binnen en via deze man had ik haar toch aan de telefoon, waarin ze wederom heel onvriendelijk en geirriteerd zei dat ze een mail had gestuurd. Niet heel prettig om zo bij een appartement aan te komen. We moesten de sleutel ergens anders ophalen. Het appartement was niet schoon bij binnenkomst en toch moesten wij nadrukkelijk bij uitcheck het appt om 10 uur sochtends al verlaten omdat de schoonmaak toch zeker heel snel aanwezig zou zijn! Al met al geen aanrader.

• JEESUN (8/5): - 위치. 욕실2개. 넓은 공간. 두루마리 화장지가 부족했고 경고사항에 대한 벌금을 숙소에 붙여놓은 것은 굉장히 불쾌했다. 보일러가 자주 이상이 있었는데 그것에 대해 호스트가 알고있음에도 불구하고 어떻게 대처해야 하는지 미리 고지하지 않은점에 대해서 매우 안타깝다. 비상시 호스트와 연락이 되지 않은것은 아주 치명적인 문제다.

• Sergei (7/5): Расположение идеальное, но с управлением беда. - Расположение просто шикарное. 30 секунд пешком до Староместской площади. Из мансардных окон видно и Тынский храм и Орлой на расстоянии вытянутой руки. Очень большая площадь аппартаментов и высокий потолок. Дышится очень легко. Дуплекс. Два санузла. На кухне куча посуды и приборов. Всё вообще отлично. Много вопросов к уборке. Ну, или я даже не знаю к кому (стафф/менеджмент, решайте сами). На второй день, в спальне на втором этаже, случайно обнаружили чьи-то трусы под подушкой. Что, в моём понимании, вообще пипец полный. Чистые они были или нет - мы не проверяли ))). Главное, что трусы были не наши. Как там аппартаменты готовили к новому заселению, ну, у меня даже нет идей. Только со второго раза смог объяснить управителям, что это чужие трусы. Ну, в результате, "ой, простите"... Разложили диван в гостиной, чтобы вместе, лёжа, телевизор посмотреть. Подушки, которые достаются изнутри дивана и идут под ноги, выглядят кошмарно. Такое ощущение, что на них кого-то вырвало. И не только... Вторая проблема - отопление. Газовый бойлер нормально работал только на нагрев воды в водопроводе. Та часть, которая отвечала за нагрев радиаторов отопления, практически не работала. Я и сам пытался всё поправить так, как мне советовала девочка из управления, и мастер приходил, но, всё равно, отопление, практически, не работало. А, ну и то что сначала нужно ключи получить в сейфе совершенно по другому адресу, а потом уже ехать в аппартамены, я вообще молчу. Хотя, за 3000 евро за неделю аренды, я бы как-то по другому это организовал. Речь идёт об аппартаменте "С". Кстати, на первом этаже находится шикарный ресторан. Однако, вентиляция кухни ресторана выходит ровно напротив спальни первого этажа апппартаментов и окно в спальне, вообще, открывать не рекомендуется, как и окно в туалете на первом этаже ))) Наверное, это уже лишнее замечание. Тут везде фимиамы кухни. Но если у вас аллергия на выхлопы ресторана - имейте ввиду. Ресторан, кстати, рекомендую.

• Briony (8/5): Would definitely stay again. Speak up if your neighbours are inconsiderate! - Loved how close to everything it was, pick the keys up from a different cafe/hotel. They’re expecting you so no awkwardness. Follow directions on the email to the apartment. Very straightforward and quick. Would definitely stay again. Group of 3 people aged between 37 and 62. All found it easy to navigate and nice and clean. Bonus that there is a lift to the 6th floor. The bed upstairs wasn’t that comfortable but the one downstairs was great. The only issue was from another group of guests who were right next door screaming and singing labubu constantly and drunken laughing/screeching. Had to tell them to be quiet as it was going on past 1am and I really don’t think that’s fair. They obviously didn’t care about the no noise past 10pm rule. Would have been better to not accept hen party’s or under 25s something like that.

• Anna (7/5): - Zentral gelegen, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Im oberen Schlafzimmer gibt es leider keine Möglichkeit, das Fenster öffnen. Es ist fest eingebaut. Dadurch war es nachts viel zu warm. Das war für uns der einzige Mangel.

Skrev til udlejeren, fik en beskrivelse af hvordan varmen skulle slås til, men den kunne vi ikke forstå. Det endte med, at de kom forbi og startede varmen dagen efter. Bruseren på 1. sal virkede ikke. Vi ville gerne have vidst, at nøgleudleveringsstedet var langt fra lejligheden. Heldigvis vidste den chauffør, jeg havde booket, at vi skulle til nøgleudleveringsstedet først, og hvor det var. Og så kørte han os videre til lejligheden.

• susan (5/5): Great location but difficult to unlock series off doors. Foyer and lobby dirty. - Access to the apartment involved four locks on 4 different doors. The last 2 doors required one to lock them from the interior. One was basically locking oneself in. This is a major fire hazard. The hallway and staircase leading to the loft were dirty and littered with trash. All the mailboxes in the foyer were vandalized. The loft is located on the upper floor of the building and all the ceilings were sloped. There is limited headroom. On a positive note, everything in the unit was clean and the location can't be beat. see above

• Ute (7/5): Appartement mit vielen Dachschrägen in Top-Lage - Die Lage ist das absolute Plus - zentraler geht es kaum. Das Appartement ist geräumig mit vielen Ablageflächen und sehr sauber. Alle Nachrichten wurden umgehend und sehr freundlich von den Vermieterinnen beantwortet. Den Schlüssel holt man an einer anderen Adresse ca. 10 min Fußweg entfernt ab. Durch die Dachschrägen sind die Räume sehr niedrig. Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich abgewohnt, ein Sofa und ein Sessel für 4 Personen. Die Küchenutensilien könnten ergänzt werden. Die Dusche ist sehr eng. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage hört man die Musik aus dem benachbarten Club auch bei geschlossenem Fenster.

Erg onhandig en tijdrovend Heel warm op de kamers. De mobiele airco's maken veel herrie en doen weinig aan verkoeling. De doucheruimte is echt heel klein

Nous avons tout trouvé facilement (clés, parking et l'appartement) L'emplacement était parfait, à 2minutes à pied de la place centrale Au pied de l'immeuble, un excellent restaurant C'était propre et bien équipé La literie était confortable. Il faisait extrêmement chaud dans l'appartement à notre arrivée La chambre à l'étage étant sous les toits, il a été difficile de rafraîchir Je m'attendais à plus d'espace et une plus jolie vue d'après les photos sur Booking. Mais en réalité il y a 4 appartements (a, b, c et d). Nous avions le D. La machine à laver sentait très mauvais (moisissure). Dommage car nous aurions souhaité l'utiliser

• mione (7/5): Great location would recommend - Fab location, very hot in apartment but lots of fans and 2 AC units, easy to collect keys even late at night The bathroom did have a smell but unsure if this was due to the heat. There were a couple of bugs in the bathroom but we were able to ignore

They had given 2 aircons also in the apartment which helpped when the weather was hot. Higly recommended place to stay The opening of the locks were very painful, they should automate this process as it becomes easy

• Daniel (10/5): Central location for your family stay in wondeful Prague - The location is so wonderful, a 1 minute walk from the astronomical clock, right in the heart of the tourist part of town. Plenty of space for our family of four, we even had an unexpected extra bed on the floor of a secluded part, so both of our kids had their own space. Key pickup process should be improved. Having to go to a second location in this crowded part of town to pick up the keys was a hassle. And the central location comes with its own downside: a parking open to the public was hard to find. I recommend you enter the Rudolfinum in your Google Maps.

A flight of stairs to get to elevator and another flight of stairs to get to the apartment might be challenging for older folks with luggage. One of the fans needs repair or replace. Overall it's a great place to stay.

The location is absolutely incredible—and I don’t say that lightly. Everything we needed was within a 15 to 20-minute walk: shops, restaurants, cafes, and sights. It made getting around so easy and stress-free. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. It had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable stay. I’d absolutely come back!
