• Imane (8/5): En gros tt était bien, on avait ce qu’il fallait et le monsieur qui s’en occupe est très gentil. Je recommande - Emplacement super!! Tout est à côté ! Tout était parfait, petit bémol c’est les rideaux qui ne cachaient pas la lumière de la rue et on l’avait dans les yeux et le robinet de la salle de bain qui ne voulait plus s’arrêter (il marche avec un sensor) et donc j’ai dû couper l’eau au dessous, donc le lavabo était condamné !

• Antonia Rocio (1/5): Apartamento pésimo - Lo mejor es la ubicación en la calle Polska, aunque no estaba en el centro, era una buena zona a unos 20 minutos andando del Museo Nacional, habia bares, restaurantes y una boca de metro cerca. El apartamento estaba sucio sobre todo el baño que tenia moho por la falta de limpieza, ducha estaba atascada, lo comentamos al propietario y nos dijo que estaba fuera por lo que no la arreglo, para podernos duchar tenimos que retirar el agua con un cubo para que no se desbordara la ducha, las toallas no secaban y las camas incomodas.
• Alicia (7/5): Piso aceptable pero con muy buena ubicación - La ubicación es excelente. A pocos minutos de la estación de Florenc que permite viajar en bus a otras ciudades y tiene una buena conexión desde el aeropuerto. Además está en la calle paralela al río, que tiene un paseo muy agradable si hace buen tiempo, y con un parque infantil muy cerquita para los niños. También está a unos 10 min de Namesti Republiky, con su gran centro comercial Palladium y ya en pleno centro histórico de Praga. El alojamiento está en una calle muy tranquila y con una pequeña tienda de alimentación muy cercana para emergencias. La limpieza del alojamiento podría mejorar, había telarañas por debajo de las mesillas de noche. El lavavo era extremadamente pequeño haciendo que fuera mejor lavarse los dientes en el fregadero de la cocina y, sobre todo, resulta muy extraño tener la ducha y la cocina en el mismo habitáculo. Para una familia con niños pequeños no importa tanto, pero para alojar por ejemplo a 2 parejas resultaría incómodo de gestionar.
• judith (7/5): - Het lag mooi aan de rand van het centrum. 10 min lopen en je was bij het Museum en vanaf daar liep je zo het centrum in. Ook is de metro dichtbij en supermarkt aan de overkant die van s’morgens vroeg toe midden nacht open is. Station op steenworp afstand. Ondanks dat het 35+ buiten was, bleef het heerlijk koel in het appartement. De eigenaar is een zeer vriendelijke man, waar je goed contact mee hebt. Appartement is makkelijk te vinden vanaf de grote weg en je bent ook zo Praag uit om andere dingen te ontdekken. Genoeg eettentjes in de buurt en op elke hoek wel een barretje of iets. En een marktje om de hoek met verse dingen. De waterkoker en koffie apparaat waren niet heel schoon. Badkamer erg muf en douchen was een hele uitdaging omdat er telkens geen warm water was. Ook miste wij een balkon, en je auto parkeren is een hele uitdaging. Tip voordat je gaat kijk of er een overdekte parkeerplaats in de buurt is scheelt veel geld. Kijk op MR. Parkit.

• Κωνσταντίνος (10/5): Exceptional - The place is greatly placed in the town center! You can visit a large number of monuments but also be at the main train station in no time. There is a Tesco nearby for your needs that stays open until midnight. Back o the place, the host is a nice guy that makes sure you have everything you need. Totally recommend it!

• L.l (2/5): Not so nice.. - Location was good if you choose something in the city, but VERY noisy street. Host was polite as well. We don't mind staying into outdated places, but this place was extremely dirty.. photos available. Also, the curtains do not block the sunlight and the street lamp shines right into your face. Broken glass on furniture becoming dangerous if you are not careful, layer after layer of dust, and the list continues 🫣

• Viacheslav (8/5): We recommend these apartments - Extremely convenient location: - a large number of famous historical sites, as well as shopping centers are located within a short walking distance. - the access to the Vltava River (flows through Prague) and several famous bridges, including the Charles Bridge, is within walking distance. The windows of the apartments overlook the inner courtyard of the building, which ensures the absence of noise from the traffic flow passing next to the building. The apartment contains the necessary set of kitchen and household equipment. But much of it is quite old. There are many people who like vintage things, but we are fans of more modern things.

• Lucijano (7/5): Great location, mediocre apartment - Amazing location, near the Karlov most and the city centre. Jan met us at the time we agreed upon and pointed us towards a great restaurant near. There are multiple stores and restaurants in the vicinity of the object that are open long into the night. Fridge was broken, no cold water in the bathroom sink, boiler is very low capacity. The apartment wasn't very clean, there were dust specs all over the place, toilet was leaking a bit.

• Nika (3/5): Poor - the location, the bedroom i noticed a lot of reviewers saying you get what you paid for, however, i find cleanliness is the bare minimum, and unfortunately it was not the best in this apartment (location: opletalova). an unwashed pot (noodles stuck to the bottom), a glass with lipstick stains on it. we only got 4 towels, considering that there was two of us, simply not enough, especially when you consider that the water leaves a horrible smell (moisture/humidity i’m assuming) on them which makes the bathroom smell as well. a lot of the appliances in the flat are old and shaky and i couldn’t help feeling like the deposit was a way to pin one of those things possibly breaking on their own on the guest. and the fact that we only found out about the deposit when i messaged regarding sth else is crazy, 100€ is a lot of money and certainly has to be mentioned prior.

You cannot change the temperature of the water, neither its power of flowing, which is AWFUL. In the toilet there is no trash can, which is not good. The kitchen tap is a old model with a special lever - very hard to use. At the terrace there is only one chair.

• Imani (4/5): The hosts need to be more forthcoming about their terms and conditions. - 1. The property location is very convenient. 2. The Wi-Fi was good speed and reliable connection. 3. The attending host was very respectful. 1. I was asked to pay 100 euro caution money, which was not previously stated during booking. 2. The property address is different from the one stated at booking. 3. There was no cleaning or bedding changing for the whole period of stay. 4. Bathroom had no soap and no toothpaste. 5. The elevator was not working for three days. 6. The TV had one channel only.

It was a very sweet small apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t cook there, but the apartment had all the facilities we could need. It’s also great that it has a washing machine. It wasn’t on the website during booking, but we had to pay the deposit on arrival. But it’s okay, we received the money back during the checkout.

• Davide (5/5): Good location and landlord. Old apartment - Perfect location. Purkynova Street can't be better. Very easy going landlord, good communication overall. Old furniture. Bed is literally crashing down. Kettle was broken. Cooker was so weak that water couldn't even boil. Check out at 10am is very early but I knew it in advance. Fair enough
• Sunter (1/5): I would’ve rather have been on the streets. - There was nothing to like. Mould, towels smelt awful, completely run down, felt dirtier after a shower it was that bad. Cig burns in beds and one of the beds had hairs in so obviously not been washed. When the shower was on the kitchen/entrance area would steam up which was coming from the boiler. After 3 nights and spending as little as time as possible in the apartment, everyone has left with a bad throat and stuffed nose from the smell of damp and mould. Smoke alarm also had a bag taped over it.
• Laura (1/5): Horrendous & Filthy. Avoid at all costs! - Big rooms, had a fridge & the shower worked well. The apartment wasn't in the location stated on booking.com & we were only notified of the 6 days before we arrived. New location was worse because it was further away from where we wanted to be & also because the metro stn close to the apartments was closed for refurbishment. The owner Jan was rude from day one. Sending what's app messages to me instead of going through booking.com & only apologised for the change of location after i got booking invloved. When we arrived the 3rd bed (a sofa bed) which we had paid for - wasn't made up & when i called him to ask where the bed linen was he replied why? It's €10 per night for the extra bed!! He then wanted to argue about the beds & refused to bring any bed linen! The state of the sofa bed was horrendous - it was so so filthy!! I selected a 2 bed apartment with 3 beds on booking.com so we had definitely paid for it. Appaling behaviour from a host. The hairdryer also didn't work so it was lucky we had bought one, The sofa was also filthy & rock hard & the beds were all uncomfy with lumpy pillows. I would definitely not return!!

• Michal (9/5): Superb - Great appliances - a safe, toaster, coffee machine and a bath. The location is also superb and very quiet for it's location. Having a working TV was also a plus as we had to stay in for a day. Some issues before arrival with communication - didn't know if we've agreed on the way the keys should be exchanged, which was a bit stressful as it has been resolved only a day before arrival. However, on arrival everything was perfect and in the end there were no issues.

• Christiansassi (9/5): Nice room in Venceslas Sq. - The room is very nice, bed is comfortable and there is also a sofa which was very good. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a bit outdated, but it's worth the price.
