• Atit (9/5): Good value for money. Spacious, clean apartment. - The location of the property is amazing. Walking distance from most tourist attractions The fact that we need to collect & drop the key on check in and check out at another location which is 10-15 mins walk away is a con. Could make this process simpler for guests.

• Eyal Joseph (9/5): The Veleslavinova - Old Town Apartment offers an excellent experience and a great stay. - Pros: Great Apartment, very big and comfortable, Central Location, proximity to Transportation (Metro and Tram) and a walking distance from Carl's Bridge and Old City Cons: 1. Reception is far from Apartment and isn't opened 24/7 (Closes at Midnight) - this causes anxiety/problems to those arriving in Prague in Late Night Flights. It also requires Late arriving guests to stop over in the M'asna 10 reception, before going to the Apartment. 2. No Late Check-Out and lack of a convenient Luggage Storing arrangement after Check-Out. 3. An Extra Towel Stocking would be wonderful.

• Beverly (8/5): Very happy to have found Veleslavinova - Old Town Apartment. Thank you for making us feel welcomed. - We were a family of six, and the apartment was a perfect size. There are great places to eat nearby, and all the attractions are within walking distance or easily accessible by subway or tram. I was happy to find information on the website about transportation to and from the airport. Our driver was excellent. He met us inside the airport for pickup and made getting to and from the airport, including a stop at reception for the key, a breeze. A few things that would have been helpful: having two sets of keys instead of only one. Additionally, paper towels, napkins, or a dishcloth would have been beneficial for kitchen cleanup. I appreciate that paper products are not environmentally friendly. Instructions on operating the dishwasher. A map or directions on where to purchase groceries. A sample size of laundry detergent or laundry sheets would have been helpful. I would have loved a luggage rack for my suitcase.
• Žaneta (10/5): - Poloha v centre, všade blízko,super veľkosť pre skupinu - spokojnosť so všetkým. Možnosť ubytovania až od 15:00 hod. , odloženie batožiny za 5 eur.
• Lucie (8/5): - Prostor je úžasný. Vše bylo čisté, upravené, ideální pro více osob. Kvůli check-in (vyzvednutí klíčů) musíte jít asi 10 min od ubytování, stejně tak u check-out. Na ubytování jsou kávovary - na klasickou kávu a Nespresso, což je super, ale nejsou tam ani káva, ani kasple. Není tam ani žádné mýdlo (kromě na ruce) a šampón. Tak je potřeba s tím počítat.

• Ferguson (9/5): Would recommend and stay again. - Nice location and convenient. Roomy enough for 6 of us to stay comfortably. Took Uber to check in office BUT had to walk several blocks with luggage to actual apartment. We would have held our UBER had we known and driven us to the actual apartment IF they had told us ahead of time. Only complaint.
• nasser (10/5): من اجمل الشقق في براغ👌 - الشقة واسعة اكبر من ماتوقعت ، نظافة ، وقريبة من كل الاماكن. من السنتر من النهر من الساعة الفلكية. البقالات حولك وحواليك. كل شي كان مميز. وماراح اسكن في غيرها في براغ ان المفتاح في مكان ثاني. ويوم طلبت تمديد ساعتين بدال 10 اطلع 12. طلبوا مني 50 يورو
• Ahmet Taha (10/5): Keyifli bir tatildi. - Ev kullanışlı ve temizdi, tesisin olanaklarında yazmıyor ama çamaşır makinesi de vardı. Yataklar rahattı, konumu çok iyiydi, kalma süremizden dolayı ilave temizlik hizmeti verdiler, bu çok memnun ediciydi. Bizim ihtiyacımız olmadı ama klima için günlük 20 Euro talep ediliyor, yıllardır bu şekilde tatil yapıyoruz ilk defa ücretli klima ile karşılaşıyoruz. Anahtarı aldığımız yer daireden 850 m kadar uzakta, bu da dezavantaj.

• WALDEMAR (4/5): Dostaliśmy inny apartament ☹️ - Nic, ponieważ dostaliśmy inny apartament. Kłamstwo recepcji, brak przeprosin i na dodatek po złożeniu reklamacji odpisali że byliśmy w apartamencie. Bardzo nie ładnie się zachowali.

• Joeri (10/5): top - key pickup was 650 meter from the appartement, we already did the checkinn bij mail so it took not more than 5 minutes to get the key's . clean and quiet appartement and very close to the center, also close is a public underground garage. rooms are big , very beautiful badrooms, we didn't make use of the kitchen photo's are really as shown on booking. bars restaurants, breakfastbars all on walking distance we where with 8 people, and when each have a short shower, the last one has still warm water, long showers ,they last ones has colder water

• Martin (8/5): Very nice and comfortable apartment in the heart of Prague. - + Location + Property space (3 big bedrooms with comfy beds), 1 very big kitchen/living room area and 2 huge shower/toilet rooms) + Property standard (newly renovated) + Facilities (except no working air conditioners) - No working air conditioners (NOT the best combination for old people and/or want a good night sleep when it’s +28 degrees in the evening 🥵😡) - The cleanliness of the floors was poor, probably due to the renovation, there was a lot of construction dust(?) on the floors

The host asks me to buy them myself. -Room: there are 3 connected rooms, so the one live in the middle won't have privacy because no access to kitchen -Check in: 1 KM distance from reception to the property which is not friendly -Luggage Storage: IT IS PAID SERIVICE! not listed

• Sharon (10/5): Would definitely recommend the apartment to other groups. Loved Prague. - The apartment was very spacious for our group of four adults. Very clean and the location was perfect. You can walk everywhere. The check in was a different location from the apartment, not very close and staff gave conflicting information on timing of key pick up. It would be nice if the kitchen had a few common stocked items like salt and pepper and coffee and sugar.

The elevator was broken for the entirety of our 4 day stay there were 102 steps to climb to get into the apartment!! The key pickup is an 11 minute walk from the apartment (which we didn’t realize until we had hauled our suitcases all the way to the apartment and had to them backtrack)

• Safee (8/5): Great, with minor improvements. - Good location. Great size apartment and facilities within. Elevator didn't work one morning. Was a small hassle with a baby stroller. Found bedbugs within bed and was bitten all over. Beds seemed a bit too short for me (I'm 185 cm).
• Sallinder (1/5): don’t bother. - very spacious and clean had everything in there. extremely rude building owner. wasn’t necessary got screamed at and then threatened to be removed and leave immediately. the apartment is managed by a different host who were lovely but we weren’t told that the apartment buzzer wasn’t working and we were trying to be buzzed in and couldn’t open the door. so the owner came out and screamed at us for trying to break the door and kick it which was very untrue. lift didn’t work on the day of checkout 6 of us had to drag our suitcases down 4 flights. maintenance guy didn’t care and was rude. showers was clean but hot and cold. it’s 10 Mins walk from reception to apartment building. don’t bother staying here!
• Andrew (8/5): Very nice apartment in good location - location perfect, nice modern apartment, good size, nice bathrooms and shower bed linen very poor, pillows dirty and too worn out, spare pillows dirty with no covers, duvet too small and thin, bathroom fan very loud and timer meant it was on too long after using bathroom.

• Jodi (7/5): Big apt in great location but not luxurious, poorly equipped - The location of this apartment is top-notch, and it is huge. At this price point it would be reasonable to expect luxury. Unfortunately, the apartment is far from luxurious. The beds are of cheapest quality, and two of them had slats break during our stay. (We are not heavy people.) The bedrooms are enormous but are empty with few furnishings and no place to sit other than the cheap beds. One flimsy towel is provided per guest, not even a hand towel. The kitchen has coffee makers but no filters. Every detail is the same: only the bare minimum is provided. It would be simple to make this property stellar, but much more care by managers is needed. Cannot recommend, sadly.
