• S... (9/5): Great Location - We deliberately chose an apartment a little outside the city center, and I have to say that we were very satisfied with both the location and the apartment itself. There are parks nearby, and being surrounded by locals was something we really enjoyed. The bus stop is only a few minutes away, and taxis are also an affordable way to get around. The apartment has modern facilities and amenities. The balcony is nicely spacious and very private. Another big plus is that the underground parking garage is included. We can definitely recommend this apartment. Unfortunately, it was pollen season, so the balcony was constantly a bit dusty. However, we still really enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is located on a very busy street, which can make it noisy at times, but for a two-night stay and such a great location, the noise and pollen dust were acceptable for us.

• Lenka Ullrichová (10/5): - Ubytování je čisté a moderní v novostavbě, nechybělo vůbec nic. Akorát čas příjezdu musíte nahlásit přesný, protože majitel čeká, aby předal klíče. V našem případě nás zklamala navigace a po čtyřech naléhavých telefonátech od majitele si nás našel a doprovodil k ubytování. Parkování v podzemní garáži je v ceně. Rádi se vrátíme.

Atutem apartamentu był garaż podziemny z windą, którą można było wyjechać pod same drzwi apartamenty. Bardzo dobty kontak z gospodarzem obiektu. bez uwag

• Vesna (9/5): - Čistoča na nivoju. Postelje so bile zelo udobne. Kopalnica je bila prijetna, imela je tudi fen in šampone/gele za tuširanje, dovolj wc-papirja. Prijeten balkon za posedanje. Kuhinja bi lahko imela več skodelic (za npr. kosmiče) in krožnikov ter kak kuhinjski serviet iz blaga.

• Ela (9/5): Все хорошо, но есть нюансы со спальными местами . - Апартаменты в новом доме , недалеко магазины продуктов, ресторан чешской кухни и пиццерия , остановка автобуса. В апартаментах тепло, даже слишком, места предостаточно для 3 человек , в кухне все есть для готовки. Посудомоечная машина приятное дополнение. Спальные места : подушки это какой то кошмар , назвать это подушкой сложно , скорее какой то плоский и маленький декоративный элемент , ну и матрасы достаточно жёсткие, постельное белье подустало и в катышках, хоть и чистое .

• Viktor (8/5): Very nice - The apartment is nice and spacious, very modern also. The owner was kind and helpful. The bathroom has heated floors and a big bathtub. The garage parking space is located near the elevator. The beds were very uncomfortable, especiall the bunk beds. There were also no extra trash bags (though I must admit we didn't contact the owner about it, because we didn't think it was worth nagging about).

• Andrea (8/5): - Ubytování bylo v pořádku, dostatek místa v koupelně na odložení věcí, vana, pračka, fén, sušák - vše bylo k dispozici, v kuchyni kávovar na zrnkovou kávu nás mile překvapil, pokoj byl čistý, nekuřácký. Ke kouření sloužil balkon, kde ale chyběl popelník. V garáži je v ceně ubytování parkovací místo, což jsme ocenili. Na balkoně chyběl popelník, na snídani pouze jedna miska na cereálie, jinak vše v pořádku.

• Tom_Verhulst (10/5): Een aanrader - Een mooi modern apartement met alle nodige facilteiten. De gesloten garage was een pluspunt. De eigenaar en zijn zoon hadden ons goed ontvangen. Het apartement ligt op een klein kwartiertje rijden van het oude stadscentrum. We hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt maar er is ook een gemakkelijke verbinding met het openbaar vervoer. De buurt was rustig met verschillende grootwarenhuizen op wandelafstand. Een paar kleine puntjes dat we verveled vonden waren dat er geen douchegordijn of douchewand was aan het bad en ook geen uitleg over wat we met ons afval moesten doen. Een kleine handleiding in het apartement over het gebruik van de toestellen zou ook handig zijn geweest maar we hebben na enig zoeken bijna alles aan de praat gekregen (de dampkap kregen we niet aan de praat)

Everything is new, clean, has everything you need, smells nice, convenient parking and a very hospitable and responsible owner. Definitely recommended. There are 2 stores within walking distance, there is everything you need to cook and relax. Choose this place and you will definitely be satisfied 🤗

There were all kitchen armenities and oil, salt, peper etc, which is not always the case. I also found some beer in the fridge and I drink it, I hope it was part of welcome gift. If not, sorry, but leaving the beer unguarded in Prague....

• Alexandru (10/5): Great apartments, good public transport connections for travelling to the city center. - A very nice, big and modern apartment! I met with the owners, they gave me the keys, a tour and explained everything. Excellent and safe parking in the underground locked garage. Great public transport connections: we bought 72h tickets in the official app. The bus station is 100m away, and any of the 3 bus lines can take you to the tram station (900m away) and from there the tram takes you to the city center. Everything was great.
