There is also a discount for the restaurant downstairs, which is quite nice and with good prices compared to some other spots in the area. Would definitely be looking to book again if visiting Prague another time!

• John (7/5): Comfortable stay - Very nice room with everything needed and more (washing machine!) Collection of keys - I misread the email for the pick up of keys at bar/restaurant downstairs which was closed by the time i arrived.

• Stuart (8/5): Location, kitchen facilities and heating great, bed extremely uncomfortable. - Location was central and quick tram ride to the Tesco and Charles bridge. Self contained apartment - able to cook and with fridge. Heating was excellent as it was -6 degrees the days there. The mattress was very uncomfortable and hard. They need to get a new one. Only good if you like super hard Mattress and made of Foam. No microwave No coffee machine They had forgotten to make the bed up when I arrived so I have to wait 20 minutes for it to be prepared but they were very apologetic and told me they would give me 20% refund. Shower pressure good and hot but for people over 175cms it’s a difficult experience.
• Alica (7/5): - lokalita veľmi príjemná, príjemne a pohodlné ubytovanie. veľké plus práčka a rúra, vybavenie kuchyne bolo fajn Divný zápach, hliníkový pribor, sprcha nebola celkom domyslela, zišiel by sa záves/sklenene dvere, múka a podobne veci by mohli byt v uzavretych dózach kvôli hygiene ( chrobáky sa ľahko dostanú) káva nerobila dobrý dojem keďže nebola jednorazová ale vo väčšom sáčku.
• Yuiko (4/5): 残念 - 中心地に近く、観光目的であればとても便利で良い場所です。キッチン、オーブン、洗濯機、物干し、などなど、必要なものは一通り揃っているので、その点困りません。電子レンジはありませんでした。 とても歴史のある建物だそうで、今はあまりない作りの天井だそうで興味深かったです。チェックインとアウトはスムーズで簡単でした。 暖房は良く効き、暖かく過ごすことができました。 細部が不潔です。窓の外の景色はゴミ箱と屋根です。 シャワーの排水口が詰まっており、水の流れが非常に悪く、シャワーを浴びると前の滞在者の髪の毛が排水口から上がってきます。溢れた水が床に広がります。洗面台に置いてあるコップは前の滞在者が使ったままで歯磨き粉がたくさんついていました。 備え付けのタオルはカビのような匂いがして、とても使う気にはなれません。洗っても無駄でした。 ドアの鍵もとてもアナログで古く、窓も格子がついており、室内に火災報知器や換気扇もないので、その点不安要素でした。ヨーロッパの古い建物に慣れない人にはおすすめではありません。 しかし価格と立地を考えると、仕方がないのかもしれません。なぜこの立地で安いのかがよくわかります。 プラハで素敵な良い時間を過ごしたい方は宿泊先のランクを上げることをお勧めいたします。

• María José (9/5): Excelente ubicación, cómodo y espacioso - La ubicación es excelente, a poquita distancia del puente de Carlos. El alojamiento es cómodo y espacioso y también cálido (viajamos en diciembre)

Lugar silencioso e mto aconchegante . - Lugar espaçoso, aquecedor funciona muito bem , perto de tudo , vários pontos de metro bus e trem , perto de muitos pontos turísticos e da para fazer quase tudo andando ! Super recomendo . O maior problema foi o cheiro da cama e cobertas , q estavam com um cheiro muito forte de produto de limpeza. (Sabão de roupa de lavar ).

• Pořízková (9/5): - Skvělá lokalita v blizkosti Malostranského náměstí, zastávka tramvaje do 5 minut, vše v docházkové vzdálenosti. Ubytování čisté, dobře vybavené, bary, kavárny, restaurace, občerstvení všude kolem. Přímo pod apartmánem bar s restaurací, žádný hluk nebyl.
• Thomas (7/5): Schönes Zimmer in Top-Lage mit einigen Abzügen - Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral in Malá Strana (Kleinseite), einem schicken Viertel mit kleinen Gassen und vielen Restaurants und Bars. Bis zur Karlsbrücke sind es zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten und generell erreicht man alles super zu Fuß oder Straßenbahn. Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich. Es war, sieht vielleicht jeder etwas anders, etwas Dreck in den Ecken der Räume. In der Toilette waren noch Spuren der Vorgänger. Unser Fenster lag etwas ungünstig zum Innenhof. Man hört nachts viele Geräusche aus der Küche und auch Gerücheaus dieser gelangen dadurch leicht ins Zimmer.

• Anna (9/5): A cozy merchant room above the tavern - It is very close to everything and it was super easy to get to/from airport. The bed was very comfortable. At least I like hard mattresses. The restaurant st Nicholas downstairs is just amazing. Very helpful staff and delicious food. It would be nice to have a proper coffee maker in the apartment. As well as a big mirror, because you can see nothing in those small mirrors when you are getting ready to go out. There are several places where a big mirror can be placed, including the inner door of the wardrobe. The apartment felt a bit damp, in the winter it can be chilly. I would not recommend the restaurant across the road they are promoting for breakfast, the staff is rude there.

• Xheni (9/5): Superb - Best value for money. Excellent location, you can reach everything by walk. Everything like the pictures, except for the bed that was new and better. Very equipped kitchen. Very good isolation. One night there was loud music outside but it was absolutely quite inside, no noise at all. Inside the room we didn't have cellular signal, we had to open the window, but for us wasn't a big problem

• Graham (8/5): Pleasant stay in Prague - It was a clean, spacious room with the added bonus of a washing machine. Good location, near the castle and bridge and only 200m from the tram stop. Very handy for bar/restaurant and lots of cafes in the area. The shower over the bath, but it was adequate. It would have been good if air con was available in the height of summer, but it was a coolish room.

• Lize (8/5): Very good - Lovely studio with fantastic kitchen facilities and really comfy bed. Lovely decoration and very clean. Was very close to old town and was convenient for trains etc. It was quite hot and you could only open the window a crack due to being located in the restaurant courtyard so a fan would be useful especially in the height of summer. Also just to note you can't really have a stand up shower but we managed fine sat in the bath.

• Ilya (9/5): Superb - - large rooms, everything what you need is already available/included: fridge, oven, kettle (+tea), hairdryer, etc. - hot temperature inside (you can make it lower by regulator, but I like in higher) - good placement (near historical center and Karlov Most) - good cafe on the territory (price=quality) - no view (but you can go and see it from next corner) - possible to be loud at night after 00:00
• Rafaela (9/5): Best option in the city! - Great location, near the tram station, a short distance from metro and 10 min from Charles Bridge. You can get the main center easily by walking. Everything in the room is great! You have all that you need, besides there is a restaurant in the same place with good and affordable meals. The place was very clean and warm. The only think I can point less positive is the shower. It might be interesting to think about including a curtain and raising the shower support to make showering more comfortable

• Fırat (7/5): central location, comfortable check-in and check-out, a clean and newly furnished apartment. - in a central location, right next to the historical bridge and various tourist attractions. It is a building located above a bar-restaurant. but there is no noise. The key is taken from the bar under the building and delivered there when checking out. The room is spacious and has adequate facilities. I did not use it, but the kitchen equipment is new, sufficient and clean. Due to the fact that it is an old building, I encountered an insect in the bathroom a few times. but very small and few I have seen. the bed and pillows did not make me feel comfortable. More filled pillows should also be offered. Also, part of the bed seems to have collapsed. The flat has two wooden doors in a row. There is one big iron apartment door. There is a large courtyard gate that locked at night. so when night comes, you can only reach the room by opening the four doors with the key :)
• Avonaj (10/5): Close to everything we wanted to see, we have met our expectations. - Very nice historical building in very good condition. Room as shown on pict. Only one issue and that was bed, made a lots of noise.
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - It was one of the best experiences I've ever had with accommodation in Prague. Right in the centre of Lesser Town, 7-minute walk to Charles Bridge. It was clean, cosy and comfortable. A fully-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed.
• Rashmin (8/5): great location and comfortable, with few changes experience can be even better - great location , walking distance to Charles Bridge and old town and main attractions the bed was making noise which made sleeping not too comfortable. bathroom tub needs a shower curtain to stop slashing g water on the floor. since it is above the bar it can be noisy but did not bother us too much

• Marie (3/5): central location, above the restaurant with lauded music, comfortable bed. - The accommodation was ok, comfortable bed, wry noisy until late, so I couldn’t sleep well, later it got better but not great. The bed was comfortable.
• Mick (7/5): Certainly would recommend the apartment but the mattress needs to be better quality. - Location was great. The mattress on the bed was wafer thin however, we did ask to have it changed and although it was changed it was only a slight improvement.
