• marco (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole e comodo - ITA: L’appartamento è molto ben attrezzato e confortevole. La pulizia è impeccabile. I proprietari si sono dimostrati estremamente disponibili e collaborativi. La posizione è davvero strategica: il Centro Congressi si raggiunge in appena 2 minuti a piedi, mentre la metropolitana e numerose fermate del tram sono nelle immediate vicinanze. Raggiungere il centro città è semplicissimo sia con i mezzi pubblici sia a piedi. Inoltre, gli spostamenti con Uber risultano particolarmente comodi. ENG: The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. The cleanliness is truly excellent. The owners are extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent: the Conference Center is just a 2-minute walk away, and the metro as well as several tram stops are very close by. Getting to the city center is very easy both by public transport and on foot. Traveling with Uber is also very convenient. FR: L’appartement est très bien équipé et confortable. La propreté est vraiment excellente. Les propriétaires se sont montrés extrêmement disponibles et serviables. L’emplacement est idéal : le Centre de congrès se trouve à seulement 2 minutes à pied, et le métro ainsi que plusieurs arrêts de tram sont très proches. Rejoindre le centre-ville est très facile, aussi bien en transports en commun qu’à pied. Les déplacements en Uber sont également très pratiques. ESP: El apartamento está muy bien equipado y es muy cómodo. La limpieza es realmente excelente. Los propietarios han sido extremadamente amables y serviciales. La ubicación es inmejorable: el Centro de Congresos está a solo 2 minutos a pie, y el metro así como varias paradas de tranvía están muy cerca. Llegar al centro de la ciudad es muy fácil tanto en transporte público como a pie. Moverse en Uber también resulta muy cómodo. Nothing

• Natálie (10/5): Skvěle - Naše rodina byla v Praze v srpnu roku 2025 a ubytovala se v apartmánech pana Petra a paní Stelly. Moc se nám u nich líbilo: je tu čisto a útulno, všechno je vybaveno s ohledem na potřeby moderního člověka (Wi-Fi, zásuvky pro nabíjení telefonů vedle postelí aj.) Také je zde vše potřebné pro pohodlný každodenní život: optimální sada nádobí v kuchyni, žehlička, fén, kávovar, pračka. Zvlášť je třeba říci, že interiér je udržován ve stejném stylu a je vyroben s chutí a nábytek je pohodlný. Pan Petr nás pohostinnê ubytoval, ačkoliv jsme přijeli pozdě večer. Jsme vděční majitelům za náš odpočinek v jejích útulném bytě.
• Sławomir (10/5): Great apartment to stay at - Spacious, clean rooms and bathroom. Apartment well equipped. Very well located close to Vysehrad. Easily accessible, friendly host. Close to underground and tram lines. Good WiFi. It could be equipped with a TV in the couches area. I sometimes like to watch Czech TV morning news but I had to use online radio.
• Werner (9/5): Cozy apartment in a nice area of Prague - Perfect location (we had a conference in the Congress Center), nice welcoming by Petr, with a lot of info on the flat and surroundings, even on the (extremely complicated) system for when to park where and what to pay why! Great bed, comfy mattress, and as it was quite cold at night, we were happy to have a heating system that worked within minutes. Walks in the nearby parks (Visehrad) are definitely an option. Lighting is a bit dim (why do have hotels and rented rooms always have 15-watt lightbulbs?), and the kitchen is rather sparsely equipped. But I guess if you want to use the kitchen a lot and know what you need in advance, Stela and Petr will be able to round it up before you come (the missing cutting board and bread knife will have been replaced by now)
• Diana (8/5): Very good - The flat was comfortable, with everything you need. Just the pan we couldn’t use, the tefal surface was damaged. You have to wait for the owner to give you keys. If there is traffic, you might wait as we did. We were in rush to be on time in work, and we lost lot of time, not practical. When you enter the house after the first door very bad smell will bang to your nose from trash bins. The flat had smell of old house, damaged walls somewhere and some furniture. We stayed there only to sleep so we didn’t have time to worry about it. For the price could be a bit better.

• Meris (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice, comfortable and cozy apartment at a very practical location. The host was really kind and pleasant.
• Ivan (7/5): Good - Clean and tidy apartment, comfy bed, large apartment, in nice conditions that make it a cozy place to spend some days. The host is very kind and available to provide any support, good position if you need to go to the Prague Congress Center. Good and fast connections to the city center via bus, tram. Quiet and safe area. A full-equipped kitchen is available. Hairdryer and also a useful washing machine available in the bathroom. TV in the room is missing, it should be provided in such situations. Probably a B&B formula providing also a small breakfast would be a plus. Some small things to be repaired in the bathroom, but nothing that impedes using it. Besides those points, in general the apartment is a good compromise if you don't have big claims.

• Elizaveta (9/5): Great location to stay while visiting Prague - Everything was great. The apartment has everything you need and is spacious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and accommodated us in every possible way, such as providing an additional bed for the child, and adjusting the check-in/out time for us (which was extremely helpful); they were always responsive on Whatsapp. The location is very close to the tram that takes you directly to downtown (ca. 10-15 mins), and within walking distance, there is a beautiful fortress called Vyšehrad with a great view of the city. It's 30-40 minutes by car from the airport. I think that most people would not care about it, but I would prefer if the kitchen was a little more equipped, such as another skillet and maybe a rug to wipe the table. Otherwise, all was excellent.
