• Waqar (10/5): - We like that it was close to many atttactions by walk or by tram. The tram stattion was close. The coffee shop was close and so as the the resturants for breakfast. You can cook your meal oor order it online via bolt food app. The house was clean and spacipus good for 5 people and all essentials were present and the bottom of the palace. Walking uphill was the draw back but still worth it.

Prosty sposób check in/ check out, kod pin, bez konieczności spotkania F2F ( tak powinno być wszędzie ). Elastyczność właściciela👍 Mieszkanie w kamienicy ma swój niepowtarzalny urok, niemniej są pewne rzeczy takie jak podłoga która wymaga naprawy

• VicFdd (10/5): La miglior posizione con il miglior confort. - La posizione è la migliore per visitare Praga interamente a piedi. Situato praticamente sotto il castello e il duomo, si trova in un quartiere elegante ben fornito con tutto intorno: bar, cucina e un piccolo minimarket sempre aperto. È pulito, molto carino e facile da trovare. Riscaldato, completo di tutto. La Città Vecchia si trova a 24 minuti di cammino, passando per il Ponte Carlo. È il posto migliore dove possiate alloggiare. Check in e out con keylocker, proprietari gentili con indicazioni essenziali tramite messaggio. Niente di particolare.

• Andreas (6/5): Die Wohnung ist nur wg. Ihrer Lage und Größe empfehlenswert. Im Detail stark verbesserungsfähig. - Die Lage ist top. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Karlsbrücke. Nachts war es in der Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. - wir haben nur einen Schlüssel bekommen und waren zu dritt. Das ist sehr ungünstig, wenn man mal getrennt vor die Tür will. Ausserdem musste die Haustür abgeschlossen werden, d.h. ein Verlassen des Hauses war ohne Schlüssel nicht möglich. Im Übrigen gab es keinen Fluchtweg, ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass das zulässig ist (Brandschutz!) - zwei Leuchten waren defekt (an einem der Betten und im Bad); ein Bett war ganz ohne Nachttischleuchten - wir hatten nachts nahe 0°C und mussten wg. der dünnen Decken frieren; weitere Decken waren nicht vorhanden

• Raul (2/5): Demasiadas cosas malas - La ubicación es lo único bueno. No se oye nada de ruido a pesar de ser un bajo. Estuvimos en el apartamento de la planta baja y viendo de nuevo las fotos veo que no son del todo exactas. El apartamento es grande y espacioso pero está amueblado con cuatro muebles de mala calidad. La cama de matrimonio (IKEA) es bajísima, al acostarse se cayeron las lamas del somier. O está rota o está mal montada. Todas las lamas estaban sueltas. Las tuvimos que recolocar para poder dormir pero al moverse sonaba un montón y con miedo de que se volviera a desmontar. El sofá cama de la sala de estar estaba algo mejor, pero también hacía mucho ruido al moverse. Lo peor fue el no funcionamiento de la calefacción. Al llegar marcaba 19 grados y lo máximo que conseguimos fue 19.4 mientras estábamos allí. El dueño nos indicó como encenderla, según él era fácil pero nunca funcionó. Solo tuvimos calefacción en el baño. Encendimos los radiadores eléctricos. Uno de ellos estaba desenchufado incluso. Por suerte, supimos enchufarlo. El wifi tiene una señal muy débil. La cocina muy grande, con muchos armarios pero todos vacíos. En cuanto al edificio, es muy viejo y además está en obras. Los ruidos empezaron a las 8.30 de la mañana. Además de todo el polvo que se acumuló en el portal. Sólo dejan un juego de llaves, así que es incomodo si no queremos ir todos juntos. RESPUESTA AL COMENTARIO DEL PROPIETARIO: La calefacción no funcionaba cuando llegamos ni funcionó en ningún momento. Se lo hice saber por wasap al propietario y me dio instrucciones de como hacerlo (que es lo que estaba haciendo yo ya y no funcionaba). Aún así incluso busqué las instrucciones por internet. No es difícil, es dar a un botón, no soy tan estúpido. En cuanto a la cama de IKEA que sea baja no tiene nada que ver con que las laminas de madera estén todas descolocadas y se caigan.

Ev sahibi genelde sorunuzaa yanıt veriyor. İnternet kopuyor. Tv çalışmıyor. Havlular eski.

Muss gut sein👌 Die Wohnung ist ziemliche dreckig. Spülmaschine ist seit Sommer kaputt und kein Spülmittel. Also Fazit… Spüllmitell mitnehmen, Schnaps und Weingläser mitnemmen, Küchenrolle, Müllüten, Duschgel also alles. Dann ist die Wohnung in Ordnung. Der Hausbesitzer hatte unsere Schlüssel Problem in 5 min behoben. …Sehr gut.. Preis war gut für Silvester Wochenende,aber wir kommen nicht wieder.! Be und entladen sehr schwierig. Parkmöglich in 30 min Entfernung möglich.

Nusivylus kainos ir kokybės santykiu ir apie tai informavus šeimininką, jis buvo įžūlus ir kėlė balsą. Kambariuose trūksta tvarkos, atvykę radom neplautus stalo įrankius indaplovėje, nebuvo net dušo gelio ar panašių dalykų.
• SThumbran (8/5): Value for money. Do not expect a suite. - Location. Place is clean. Very big apartment. Room did not smell clean when we arrived, but the place was clean. It was probably closed for a long time. The floor makes a noise when walking. 1 key for the entrance door.

• Chiara (9/5): Ottimo appartamento, grande ed in una posizione eccellente - Appartamento a piano terra, molto spazioso e luminoso. Ben attrezzato, fornito di tutto l'occorrente anche per un soggiorno più lungo, noi siamo stati solo 3 notti. C'è forno, microonde, lavastoviglie ed anche la lavatrice, ed è presente anche il phon. L'ambiente è ben riscaldato. La posizione è eccezionale. In cinque minuti a piedi si arriva al castello, in poco più di dieci minuti al Ponte Carlo ed in 25 minuti si arriva alla Piazza della Città Vecchia. Noi ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi. Ci spiace non aver potuto conoscere il sig. Daniel, le comunicazioni, sempre puntuali, sono avvenute tramite messaggi. Accanto all'appartamento c'è un ottimo ristorante con ambientazione medievale molto carino ! Nella via Nerudova si trovano altri ristoranti, bar e negozi, proprio di fianco a casa c'è un negozietto di souvenirs. Sebbene centrale la zona è tranquilla. Unica cosa mancante i cucchiaini per il caffè ma ci siamo arrangiati con i cucchiai da tavola. Sarebbero da sistemare le doghe del letto nella camera matrimoniale perchè cadono.
• Liliana (10/5): - O locatie situata in centrul istoric, comoda si cocheta, perfecta pentru un sejur in frumosul oras Praga. Avand in vedere faptul ca acest apartament este mare si detine 2 dormitoare ar fi ideal daca ar avea si doua bai. Apartamentul este cochet si bine utilat si confortabil.

• Landrová (8/5): - Kouzelné místo, 5 minut chůze od Pražského hradu, 10min od Karlova mostu, blízko MHD, všude kavárny, obchůdky, bezproblémový check-in. Zápach z koupelny, nefunkční myčka a neteče teplá voda v kuchyni, parkety strašně vržou při každém kroku (každého v noci vzbudíte).

• Emanuela (9/5): Nerudova Suggestiva - Posizione fantastica ai piedi del Castello e a 5 minuti dalla Città Vecchia. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort. Letti comodi. Pulito ma non pulitissimo. Uno sforzo in più e sarebbe stato perfetto anche per i più esigenti.
• Paulien (5/5): - Centrale locatie, ruim appartement Afwasmachine bleek kapot, dat was niet gemeld. De bodem was bij aankomst bedekt met etensresten. Ook geen keukenlinnen of afwasbak aanwezig. Gebroken lattenbodem waardoor het bed enorm kraakte. 's nachts nogal benauwd, wanneer alle ramen gesloten zijn vanwege het straatlawaai. De host reageerde laat en weinig hulpvaardig op onze vragen, bijvoorbeeld over het ontbrekende keukenlinnen, ontbrekend bestek en een eettafel waarvan het blad los zit en kantelt. Kortom: een mooi appartement maar de zorg, afwerking en klantvriendelijkheid laat wat ons betreft te wensen over.

• Jaśniewicz (1/5): Jestem zniesmaczona… zabrakło zaangażowania gospodarza! - Lokalizacja dość przyjemna, jednak od rana do wieczora hałas. Mieszkanie na parterze, więc strach zostawić otwarte okno. Było strasznie brudno. W pościeli włosy, prysznic z grzybem, na ścianach pajęczyny, brudne szklanki i kuchnia… dostaliśmy na przeprosiny butle wina… wiele podróżujemy, ale tu ewidentnie apartament bym nie przygotowany, a nawet zaniedbany. Nie spodziewałam się luksusów. Widziałam, że to kamienica, ale chciałam mieć względnie czysto. Brzydziłam się tam umyć, co gorsza byliśmy z dziećmi…

• Szilvia (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice accommodation, in a wonderful location. It wasn't noisy, it wasn't cold. It was clean, basically it was fine. There is no shower gel, only hand soap. There are small shops and restaurants nearby, we tried one of the restaurants on the street, it was very good. The flat directly below the castle, but in comparison it is not noisy at all. It's very cozy. There was nothing I didn't like. I would love to go back anytime. This is a great accommodation.

• Jo (9/5): Spacious apartment in great location. - Good communication from the owner with clear directions of how to get into the flat. Great location in Lesser town, close to restaurants, transport and the castle. Loads of space in the apartment (we were a family of 3 but could have easily accommodated 2 couples or up to 6) and had everything we needed. Yes the floors are creaky but the building was solid and felt very safe with key entry in and out. Not too noisy at night but we had the windows closed. Apartment was warm enough and WiFi worked well. Close to everything we needed, approx 45 minutes from the airport using bus/tram combo. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again. The kitchen tap was a bit wobbly but didn’t detract from the stay.

• Nelly (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is central, and the apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything essential. The beds are so uncomfortable; especially the main room. The mattresses are quite thin, and the bed is not entirely covered by the mattress. So, getting in or out of bed was quite painful. Also the apartment is on the ground floor, so it is quite noisy, especially at night and during weekends. It is on a steep hill, so going back home after exploring the city was quite a struggle. Detergents and clothes rack were provided upon request only, and one very mini soap bar was left for a family of 4 people.
• Carolyn (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fabulous stay in this apartment. The location was perfect and even though in a high pedestrian area, it was very quiet. Communication from the host about about parking and collection of keys was superb. We would definitely stay here again. Suggestion: An extra lounge type chair or two would be useful for when more than 2 people are staying (when sofa sleeper in being used). The bath towels were very small and a few more would have been useful (we were 3 people for 3 nights). The apartment has a washing machine so we were able to sort this. Some kitchen towels for drying dishes needed.
