• Rachael (9/5): - Excellent location. Staff very welcoming for checking in and out. Apartment was lovely and very clean. Well equipped . Very pleased with accommodation overall. Would return Just a couple of things to work on. Balcony door not working so access had to be via a bedroom which is ok for a family but a bit more intrusive for couples. As access to the balcony is via a bedroom due to a broken lounge door On the balcony there is a metal beam at shin level which caused 3 members of our party all at different times to trip and one had a nasty Fall which injured her shoulder. As it is not in peripheral vision it is a safey hazard. It needs either boxing off / hazard tape to make it more noticeable /covering with a small table to prevent further incidents.
• Tommy (9/5): Preis Leistung Top. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Prag optimal! - Sehr zentral und alles relativ innerhalb von 10-15min fußläufig, nahe zum Einkaufszentrum wo man auch parken kann. Viele Zimmer und mehrere Bäder.. also perfekt für größere Gruppen. Preis Leistung Top! Etwas hellhörig in der Wohnung, da die Wände sehr dünn sind. Gefühlt auf der Hauptstraße und nachts wird etwas lauter in der Gegend. Ohrstöpsel und Schlafmaske sind definitiv Pflicht für einen guten Schlaf!

Spazi Grandi, 3 camere da letto cucina grande e sala x pranzare con grosso tavolo. Termo autonomo 2 bagni grandi cn doccia e vasca 1 bagno solo cn wc . Letti comodi , tutto pulito c'è anche microonde e macchina caffe cialde Vicono a 4 minuti c'è Lidl Assenza climatizzatore. Assenza bidet Assemza strofinacci x ascigare piatti visto la mancanza dello scolapiatti Ma soprattutto essendo in 7 era a disposizione un solo asciugamano x doccia a persona Nessun asciugamano x viso o mani nemmeno da condividere.

Αν ξαναπήγαινα Πράγα θεωρώ πως θα το επέλεγα πάλι. - Κεντρικότατη τοποθεσία χωρίς εν γένει φασαρία, κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό(άρα ευκολη πρόσβαση από αεροδρόμιο), ωραιο διαμέρισμα το οποίο είναι ικανοποιητικότατο για μεγάλες παρέες. Φειδωλοί στα προιοντα προσωπικής υγιεινής, που όμως ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα οταν ζητήθηκαν.
• ____Laur4_____ (4/5): Praga bella ma una volta nella vita è sufficiente! - La posizione centrale. Ma in quella zona ci sono tanti appartamenti non tornerei in questo. Ho prenotato un appartamento con 2 bagni ma uno era chiuso a chiave perché per averlo andava pagato un extra. Se l'appartamento è disponibile si può anticipare il check in ma pagando un extra... Prima di partire ho aggiunto 2 persone e chiesto il totale del costo da pagare extra e quando sono arrivata in reception mi hanno chiesto il doppio del pattuito. Un solo asciugamano a persona è del tutto insufficiente. Il frigorifero i decente con una puzza di cipolla assurda. In appartamento non trovi nè una bottiglietta d'acqua nè una cialda di caffè. Lidifferenza del personale alla reception lascia la bruttissima la sensazione che il turista è un limone da spremere e non una risorsa da trattare bene!

• ZITA (10/5): - Az apartman elhelyezkedése tetszett a legjobban. Minden közel volt , az óváros gyönyörű. Az emeleten nagyon meleg volt. Parkolni nem lehet, de ez nem az apartman hibája.

• René (7/5): Er kurz aber schön. - Die Lage ist echt gut. Mitten in der Altstadt und doch in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Sehr geräumiges, über zwei Etagen gehendes Apartment mit zwei Bädern. Der Gast sollte sich, bei dieser Preislage, selbst entscheiden können wo und in welchem Bett er schläft. Vater mit 3 jugendlichen Töchtern (17) , die zusammen in 2 Doppelbetten schlafen sollen (bei 4 vorhanden Doppelbetten in 4 Schlafzimmern) ==> das geht gar nicht! Hier sollten doch alle Betten bezogen sein.

• NEVENA (10/5): Прекрасно място за настаняване в центъра на Прага - чудесно местоположение, просторен и чист апартамент, удобни легла. Едната хавлиена кърпа беше изцапана, но домакините реагираха бързо и доставиха чисти кърпи за всички. Кафемашината в кухнята е с капсули и може да бъдат оставени няколко кафе капсули за гостите за сутрешното кафе.

• Monica (7/5): Trotz den oben angegebenen Kriterien hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Wohnung erneut mieten. - Zentral, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Schönes Appartement im obersten Stock eines älteren Gebäudes, Terrasse vorhanden. Die Wohnung war normal sauber. Die Küche ist nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. Ein einziges Weinglas, fast keine Teelöffel, keine Müslischüsseln waren vorhanden. Schön wäre zudem , wenn es schon ein paar Kaffeekapseln da hätte, ohne dass man zuerst ein Geschäft zum einkaufen suchen muss. Zudem war die Geschirrspülmaschine extrem verkalkt! Der Vermieter sollte doch ab und zu nach dem Rechten sehen und die Maschine warten. Eiiner der Mitarbeiter an der Reception war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, zwei andere jedoch völlig gelangweilt und unmotiviert.
• Giuseppe (10/5): Praga è magica e indimenticabile. - tutto eccellente la casa era pulita e con tutti i comfort e si trova in una posizione centralissima.. il market sotto la struttura è da evitare prezzi esagerati, è meglio recarsi nel vicinissimo centro commerciale dove vi è un fornitissimo supermercato con i prezzi simili ai nostri.

• Angela (9/5): We loved staying in this old town apartment, i didnt mind that we had to walk to the reception a couple of minutes away - Beautiful apartment in the heart of old town, very easy access to shops and supermarkets around the area. Great apartment for 6 of us sharing for 5 days. Loved it!!!! Nothing really, however the handle to the bedroom door on the top floor is loose and 1 time came off but was easy to slip back on. We didn’t cook so I have no feedback about the kitchen but bathrooms were clean, well stocked and suitable for us. Having a balcony for having a morning coffee outside was just a perfect way to wake up. 😁

Tout est rapidement accessible à pied - Logement spacieux - Rapport qualité / prix imbattable en cette saison hivernale - Personnel à l'agence très accueillant - Équipe très réactive (nous avons eu un souci de toilette, ils ont envoyé quelqu'un en quelques minutes, tard le soir) - Seule 1 des 3 chambres n'est pas communicante avec les autres (la chambre centrale dite traversante communique avec la chambre 3, la chambre 1 et la salle à manger. La chambre 1 communique avec la salle à manger et la chambre 2). Si besoin d'intimité, cela peut-être gênant. - Équipement de cuisine sans doute un peu juste pour ceux qui veulent vraiment vivre / cuisiner sur place, mais pas gênant pour nous qui cherchions juste un endroit pour dormir.

• Hatice (3/5): Resepsiyon çok ilgisiz, daire çok soğuk, hiç önermeyiz. - İçerisi buz gibiydi defalarca söylememize rağmen ancak ertesi gün düzelttiler ve kişi başı birer incecik yorgan vermişler. Bir gece buz gibi dairede yatmak zorunda kaldık. Havlu, şampuan her şey çok minikti asla yeterli değildi. Ve de yastıkların üzerinde kıllar vardı. En önemlisi resepsiyon sizi asla umursamıyor defalarca içerisinin çok soğuk olduğunu söyledik dalga geçer gibi yanıtlar verdiler sorunu 15 saat sonra biz gece donduktan sonra çözdüler.

• Ekkehard (5/5): Enttäuschend - Platz war ausreichend Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, das Geschirr war beim Einzug schmutzig. Durch die Lage der Unterkunft war viel Straßenlärm. Die Unterkunft ist mit 4 Sternen überbewertet. Ich hatte große Probleme meine Kaution zurück zu bekommen. Würde niemals wieder diese Unterkunft nochmals buchen. Nicht empfehlenswert. Der Gesamteindruck der Unterkunft hat mich dazu bewegt Prag nicht mehr zu Besuchen. Ich werde niemals mehr ein weiteres Appartement in der Tschechischen Republik buchen.

There’s a bar below and they go into the wee hours of the night. Other than that, it is a beautiful apartment, comfy and smack dab in Prague 1 The noise at night.

• KADER (8/5): - Evin yeri oldukça iyi. her yere çok yakın konumda özellikle orta çağ gecesi için gittiğimiz yere çok yakındı. 5 arkadaşla konakladık. gayet rahattı. üç tuvalet - 2 banyo olması gayet iyiydi. kalabalık aileler için gayet uygun bir evdi. Anahtarı almak için eve yakın bir yerden ayrı resepsiyondan aldık anahtarı. resepsiyon yakın konumda olsa da gitmeden önce bize konumunu söylemedikleri için başta bulmakta zorlandık. buradaki konum evin konumu.

• Hailey (8/5): convenient, clean, classic czech apartment - Our stay at Templova Apartments was great - very convenient location, friendly staff at reception, tons of room in the apartment with wardrobes, bedside table drawers etc, lots of convenients wall plugs, proper cookware and plenty of toilet paper. these things made our stay comfortable and stress free. one bedroom was an en suite and there was a water closet toilet and one toilet with a stand up shower. the ensuite has a huge bathtub and a hand held shower hose. the apartment was very very clean and the beds were comfortable. the location is key here - it was so convenient to pop back home after touristing all day and have a short rest before dinner etc. all walkable. our only complaint is that on weekends it is so noisy, like there is a club directly below the apartment thats open until 3-4 am and has very loud music. soudns like it is inside the apartment lol. but that didnt bother us much and we were able to sleep as we are used to the noise of london. if you are from a more quiet place you might find the noise disruptive but a more positive mind might find it a cool part of the experience. check out is abruptly at 10am and the cleaners will arrive at 9:59 as they are very timely. its a busy place to stay and seems people are checking in and out often! we would stay here again.
