• Nikita (1/5): Disappointing stay due to poor maintenance, faulty equipment, and an unjustified damage claim. - The apartment was in significantly worse condition than expected. During our stay we experienced multiple maintenance issues, including recurring hot water problems caused by the gas boiler, non-functioning air conditioning, a broken window opening mechanism, and a leaking bidet. The furniture was also in poor condition. One of the chairs collapsed while being used normally. After the stay, the property attempted to charge us for the damaged chair, despite the fact that it appeared worn and unstable before the incident. Overall, the property requires substantial maintenance and better quality control.
• Ibrahim (1/5): Die Lage wie gesagt sehr gut aber der Rest total heruntergekommen - Die Super Lage das war’s dann auch schon leider. Die Wohnung ist stark heruntergekommen und ungepflegt. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der tatsächlichen Situation vor Ort. Die Türrahmen sind locker und lediglich mit vier Schrauben befestigt. Mehrere Lampen hängen lose von der Decke. Die Stühle sind in einem so schlechten Zustand, dass man sich kaum traut, sich darauf zu setzen. Die Toilette im unteren Bereich ist undicht. Eines der Fenster hängt nur noch an einem Scharnier, und bei einem anderen wurde der Motor provisorisch zwischen dem Fenster befestigt. Insgesamt macht die Wohnung einen stark vernachlässigten und unsicheren Eindruck.

• Lovely (8/5): - Its very family friendly. Its very nice. It is recommended if you want to be near the center. Its not very stroller friendly building. Even theres a lift. Theres still a lot of stairs. Lift is also kinda scary but all fine.

• virginie (7/5): - Appartement propre, literies confortables et quartier tranquille Equipements absents (étendoir à linges, vaisselles sommaires pour 4, pas de plats et gants pour le four, balai et pelle) et non fonctionnels (nombreuses ampoules grillées, la vaisselle non fonctionnel, détecteurs de fumées débranchés, armoires cassés, pas de lumière dans la cage d'escaliers). Signalement fait à l' établissement mais pas de réaction, dommage !
• Emma (8/5): Great location , nice apartment and added bonus having a sauna - The location was absolutely brilliant , generally to visit all site everything was 20 min walk , plenty of places to eat and drink . The sauna was great after a cold day exploring time to chill . Communication with property owner was great

Самі апартаменти просторі, наша сім’я з 5 людей дуже зручно розташувалася, три спальні це ідеально! Також в апартаментах 2 ванних кімнати, що теж важливо коли багато людей! Є все необхідне для приготування їжі, багато посуду, мікрохвильова піч, холодильник і все необхідне… В апартаментах є сліди пошкодження попередніми гостями , які потребують генерального ремонту- зламані двері в ванну кімнату, пошкоджене фарбування стін , пошкоджений паркет.

• Robert (7/5): - stor og fin leilighet i rolige omgivelser, gode senger, heis. forholdsvis nytt kjøleskap. veldig mange lysbrytere på stedet, noe av lysene hadde ikke pærer. fant ikke ut hvordan vi regulerer varmen på stedet, den ene plata på komfyren virker ikke, asjettene er for store for oppvaskmaskinen og såpedispenseren var i ustand. veldig lytt til naboene.

• Piotr (6/5): Other than that, everything's fine. I might use this apartment again next time. - There's a significant lack of hangers or towel hooks. The furnishings are a bit worn.

• Demian (9/5): - El departamento es hermoso, muy limpio y bien ubicado.Como se ve en las fotos. Muy comodo para familias. Hay supermercados cerca. Recomendamos, siempre y cuando puedan subir escaleras, ya que el ascensor no evita algunas escaleras a la entrada del edificio y desde el ascensor hasta el.departamento. En la entrada del edificio y desde el ascensor hasta el departamento hay que subir escaleras. Para tener en cuenta si hay alguna discapacidad o si no pueden cargar las valijas. Desde el ascensor al departamento tampoco hay iluminacion en las noches, tuvimos que usar la linterna del telefono. En el departamento hay lavadora de ropa, pero no hay donde tender la ropa mojada.

Couldn’t get the TV to work. Opening the front door is a bit of a struggle. Sauna could do with some instructions and a thermometer.

• Monika (9/5): Perfektes Apartment für mehrere Personen. Super Lage! Voll ausgestattet! - Lage ist perfekt. Vom Bahnhof keine 5 Minuten und auch gleich um die Ecke der Wenzelsplatz. Apartment sauber, groß und voll ausgestattet. Klimaanlage funktionierte super!

• Ben (8/5): Great location and facilities for a group - Really nice and spacious with lots of room for a group of 6. Sauna and two bathrooms very ideal Some blinds were broken and no aircon made sleeping sometimes uncomfortable in the heat, but not a huge problem
• Lili (9/5): Perfect for 5 people: huge common space and nice sauna. - The apartment was nice for 5 people, we enjoyed our stay. The host was kind and flexible. There was coffe and tea in the kitchen, all the machines working (washing machine, dishwasher, new fridge, microwave, coffee machine, water kettle). We enjoyed the sauna, and the big living room with the big dining table. The bedsheets and towels are clean. If you arrive by car, plan your parking, becouse it is not easy in the city center - for not locals. The host can offer a garage space, ask for it. The pillows were a bit unconfortable, but useable.
