• Nicholas Louis (9/5): A great place to stay - The location is ideal for a first visit to Prague. It is right on old town square, which made access to restaurants, historical buildings, bridges, and shops very convenient. Despite its central location, it was quiet in the apartment. The apartment was very clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom much more spacious than the photos showed. Having a very quiet, easy to use clothes washing machine was a great help. The wifi was fast and easy to access. Our hosts were very accommodating, allowing us to enter an hour early and leave an hour later than the scheduled times. We would have liked a comfortable chair for reading in the multipurpose bedroom/living room. A microwave in the kitchen would have made warming food or coffee much easier than warming it on the stove.

• Andre (9/5): Uma Experiência Real - Localização perfeita, e o apartamento está muito bem montado e cuidado. Equipe foi atenciosa. As cortinas são claras. De manhã a luz é forte para quem gosta de dormir até mais tarde e com pouca luz.

• Meshal (4/5): - Just the location Pros: • The location is convenient and has the basic necessities nearby. Cons: • The stairs are very tiring since the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. • The price is quite high compared to the overall quality. • There is no mirror except inside the bathrooms. • The room had an unpleasant smell upon arrival. • The curtains are very thin, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep in the morning due to the light. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations considering the price
• Freema (7/5): The apartment met our needs but 75 stairs and no living room were unpleasant surprises. - The apartment is located on the Old City Square, very centrally located in the Old Town; one inconvenience of this location is that cars or taxis can't come right to the door; one of us was dropped off by a taxi rather far away as the driver didnt know the area well. Also, the Old Town - and indeed the city as a whole - is not that big, is very walkable and transportation is good, so being in the trendy Old Town is overrated in my opinion. The apartment is nicely renovated and has a nice well-equipped kitchen (but no microwave) and a nice bathroom. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building without an elevator - I asked about this and thought i was forewarned, but as this is an old building with very high ceilings, there were about 75 flight, more like 4-5 flights in a newer building. It was good exercise, BUT there were a few occasions when one or both of us preferred to stay in rather than navigate the stairs one more time. The apartment was described as a "One-bedroom flat", and this plus the photos on the site led us to expect the flat would have both a bedroom and a separate living room. This was NOT the case: the apartment consists of a small kitchen with a table and two chairs, and a fairly large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. The photo of the attractive living room must belong to a different apartment - this is misleading.
• Robert (10/5): Locație excelentă în centrul orașului, foarte curat și bine echipat - Am fost foarte mulțumiți de acest apartament. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, poziționarea excelentă – chiar în centrul orașului, aproape de principalele atracții, iar apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil. Un aspect important de menționat: apartamentul se află la etajul 3 într-o clădire fără lift, iar accesul se face pe scări (aproximativ 78 de trepte – soția chiar le-a numărat 🙂). Pentru noi nu a fost o problemă majoră, dar cred că e bine de știut pentru familii cu copii mici, persoane în vârstă sau cu bagaje grele. Per total, o experiență foarte bună și recomand cu încredere!

Entra muita claridade mesmo durante a noite! O senhorio pode alterar. No apartamento ouve-se o ruído exterior durante a noite. Apartamento localizado no 3º andar não aconselhado para pessoas com pouca mobilidade.

• andrea (5/5): Moderne Möbel, Top Lage, aber der Rest dafür umso schlechter :( - - Top Lage - moderne Optik der Möbel - unkomplizierter check Out (wobei der check in einer Schnitzel-Jagd ähnelte: der Schlüssel befindet sich in einer Box, die an einem anderen Haus am Zaun hängt, das man uber ein Foto finden soll. Dann sollte man den darin enthaltenen Transponder am Schlüsselbund für die Eingangstüre benutzen, jedoch war kein Transponder dabei und letztendlich ging die Tür dann doch mit dem Schlüssel auf. Die Eingangstür selbst war mit einem Standort -Foto beschrieben, nur war auf diesem Foto eine Touristinfo abgebildet, die richtige Haustüre befand sich daneben, wenn man erst spät im Dunkeln an der Unterkunft ankommt kann das schon mal verwirrend werden) - die Wohnung wirkt modern eingerichtet, jedoch ist das Gebäude so alt, wenn man den runtergekommenen Hauseingang betritt, wirkt es eher wie der Eingang zu einem Keller-Verlies als zu einem Apartment, die meisten Lichtschalter im Gang funktionieren nicht und man muss immer erst im Dunkeln herumsuchen, da es dort stockfinster ist - als wir ankamen hatte es draußen 6°C und im Apartment gefühlt auch, da alle Heizungen aus waren. Da es so ein altes Gebäude ist mit sehr hohen Decken und zugigen Fenstern dauerte es ewig, eine normale Raumtemp. zu erreichen - Heizungen und der Föhn haben extrem gestunken, wenn man die Steckdosen benutzt blitzt es immer kurz (egal bei welcher) - wir hatten für 5 Tage und 3 Personen zwei kleine rollen WC-Papier. Als wir fragten, ob es irgendwo noch Nachschub gebe meinten sie, sie seien kein Hotel, was traurig ist angesichts der Tatsache, dass es ja bei der Ausstattung mit aufgeführt ist. Ich war schon häufig in B&Bs / Apartments und nie hatten wir zu wenig WC-Papier (an diesen Kosten sollte es nicht scheitern) - es war mäßig sauber, die weißen Handtücher waren komplett staubig und grau Nachdem wir sie einmal auf den Handtuch-Halter im bad abgelegt hatten. - Betten katastrophal unbequem (ich bin da eig nicht empfindlich, aber hier hatte sogar ich na h der ersten Nacht schon Kreuzschmerzen) - zum gleichen Preis hätten wir tatsächlich auch in mehrere zentrale Hotels gehen können :(

• Giacomo (10/5): Consigliatissima per la posizione e le dotazioni dell'appartamento. Siamo rimasti davvero contenti! - Posizione centralissima, comoda a piedi e con i mezzi. Perfetta per uscire la sera e non dover prendere i mezzi pubblici a tarda notte. La camera da letto aveva tre finestre su tre lati differenti e da una in paticolare potevi ammirare la piazza principale e la torre dell'orologio, proprio il palazzo a fianco. Bellissima vista. Supermercati comodissimi e ufficio informazioni turistiche sotto casa. Consigliamo la carta turistica da (2 , 3 o 5 giorni) che ti permette di utilizzare tutti i mezzi pubblici e visitare le principali attrazioni.

• Iván (10/5): Ubicación, limpieza y comodidad - La ubicación. Realmente excepcional. Los 3 tramos de escalera son muy cómodos de subir. Las instrucciones para la recogida de llaves, precisas. Llegamos sobre las 11 de la noche y ningún problema. No podría decir nada negativo. Tan sólo sugerir que se podrían añadir 1 o 2 sillas más para mayor comidad, pero el apartamento cumplió lo que esperábamos, y muy bien además
• Sophie (9/5): Great setting and close to the hustle and bustle! - Well situate and well equipped. Clean and lots of light The shower tray is shallow and a glass instead of shower curtain would help keep the bathroom dry and tidy.

• Hooi (10/5): Stay in Prague - We like the property and the facilities. It was right smack in the centre where the Astronomical clock was a mere 100m walk away. Not for the elderly with luggages though. But the staircase was at least wide enough. Nothing to dislike but merely a reminder that those with weak legs or elderly with luggages may find this tough

• Kerrie (9/5): Great apartment in fab location. - Great communication from Prague Days. Very helpful in giving us info how to get there from the airport using public transport. Excellent location by The old town square. Comfortably furnished, clean and modern and well equipped. Thoroughly recommend this apartment 👌 The only improvements i could think of if I was being really picky would be a slightly larger TV, a tea towel in the kitchen and larger towels. .
• Ajay (1/5): Not satisfactory at all with the family holidays. - Well the apartment smelled like a night club, Full of cigarette smoke. we tried many times to inform about the smoke smell issue but we were met with resistance and different excuses. The sad part was we tried to inform several times but it seemed like no one wanted to listen, We have 2 small kids so when someone came in around 10 pm we requested to come back in the morning but no one showed up and someone on the other hand called and said they were coming in 20 mis while we were out and expect us to leave everything and wait for them at the apartment or only at 10 pm......It wasn't the best experience one would have liked it while on holidays and specially with kids it was just not what we wished for and to top it up the responses were were rude. it was very frustrating and in the end we just gave up )-:

• Ruth (7/5): Thank god the location was brilliant, as the accommodation did not satisfy us with controlling the heat outside. - The Property is in a brilliant location. It was extremely hot when we arrived in Prague. The accommodation had no air conditioning. No fans. There were 3 of us so they said they could supply 1 portable fan. They really should have given us 2 as 2 of us where in one bed and my daughter was on her own and that bed was in a different direction. It was no comfort for the heat though. We had to leave the windows open to get any breeze we could. The square was very nosie. But we had to leave the windows open. The bathroom was not that great. Some power points didn't work.

• Binita (1/5): Bad - The location is great and the apartment was clean. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor so definitely not for elderly people or people with health issues. Check-in was very unpleasant, as you had to pick the key from a lock box located outside the apartment about 50m away attached on a fence panel. Unfortunately, I was informed the lockbox got stolen as I struggled to remove the attached lockbox from the fence and had to pay 1700 Czech currency. The neighbour will lock the main entrance door at night so, we were locked outside the apartment building for nearly an hour. Nobody answered the call and after banging the door continuously for a while, someone opened the magnetic door.

The wifi was a fantastic addition we hadn't counted on. Wasn't sure if we could handle the 3 flights of stairs each trip out but managed ok. Unfortunately we stayed when the football cup was on and the West ham visitors were singing all night in the square

• Brin (9/5): Superb - The location was amazing. the flat itself was clean and very well equipped. I ordered a flat with 2 single beds as shown in the picture. When we arrived there was a mix up and someone else had taken our flat instead and we were left with an appartment with a double bed. The staff didn't handle the situation well and even insisted that both flats were the same with double beds, which surely isn't the case. In the end we did stay in the apartment with the double bed, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable. Besides the bed situation the apartment was great and we enjoyed our stay. Suggestions for improvement - besides the way they handled the above mentioned situation: Install WiFi and a large mirror so that one can check how one looks. Other than that it was very good value for money.
• Abhishek (9/5): Great Location, Comfortable stay - Location is in the heart of old town right beside Prague Astronomical Clock. All the major places were reachable by walking distance. Lots of restaurants, clubs, bars are just block away. Also the apartment was clean and relaxing, this place is best suited for couple who wants to spend relaxing weekend in heart of old town. Overall we really loved our stay at this place. Nothing much to share, overall we enjoyed the facilities provided, apartment had free internet, netflix, all the necessary things to make stay comfortable.

• Justina (9/5): Well equipped and perfectly located apartment - The location was perfect. The apartment was very well equipped. The pressure of the shower was very low which made difficult to take a proper shower. A bit noisy.

Would be great for someone to meet you at the apartment instead of going to reception which was a 10 minute walk away with suitcases. Hosts were great but we did have a situation where another guest had locked the main door to get inside the building therefore we was locked out for nearly 2 hours. Tried ringing the hosts for the first 30 minutes and no one answered but eventually spoke to them and we got inside the building. We asked how we would contact them if this happened again after closing hours which they said it’s not possible. Was a little let down after their response as it would not have been great if we was locked out and it was early hours in the morning with no one to contact.
• Marwa (10/5): Exceptional - we liked everything about the property, it was clean, the location was in the old town square we were close to every attraction we could think of. the view from the apartment was breath-taking. the reception is far away from the apartment, and they made a mistake and gave us the wrong key, so we had to wait outside the door for 20 minutes.
