• Dogukan19 (8/5): - Konumu ve imkanları harika. Hem evinizde olabilirsiniz hem de Charles köprüsüne 3 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz.
• Michael (10/5): We will be back, promise. - The location of the Apartment was perfect. We had a general idea of where the property was situated but when we got there it was even better than we thought. The apartment is no more than 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge and about 10 minutes from Old Town Square and many other attractions. Felt very safe in the area. The apartment had all modern facilities, ie, dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine. Wasn't a deal breaker but maybe a microwave.

• Michael (9/5): A great stay! - The property’s location was exceptional, two minutes from Charles Bridge and a short walk to other sights. The rooms were big; the bed and sofa were very comfortable. In addition to nespresso coffee machine there was a cafetière, which was much appreciated. No bread knife (or any serrated knife), but that’s a minor point, and no microwave for e.g. re-heating coffee, but that’s a very minor point.

• Joanie (10/5): Super appartement, bel emplacement, de toute beauté! - L’emplacement parfait, le confort, la sécurité, la beauté. On a adoré! Ce ne sont que des détails mais nous aurions apprécié avoir des linges de table, linges à vaisselles et essuie-tout.

Леглото беше удобно и със сигурност направено да допринася за романтиката в квартирата. Обзавеждането е на много добро ниво както от към качество така и от към дизайн. Има и всички необходими електроуреди за един по-дълъг престой. Водата е много варосана/хлорирана може би и в самия център на града е така де. Трудно намерихме капсули за кафе машината в квартирата, но след консултация с домакина разбрахме в кои магазини можем да отркием.
• Pawel (8/5): - La ubicación fue lo mejor de esta estancia y dos espacios separados No me gustó la actitud de la propiedad hacía el cliente, con mil requisitos, recordando que no se puede exceder el tiempo de salida del apartamento ni siquiera en un minuto, de lo contrario estará sujeto a una penalización de un día entero. Les sugiero también inspeccionar por parte de la propiedad el apartamento y mirar bien tema de limpieza... Él suelo, alrededores de la TV, que por cierto no ofrece canales ni locales, ni internationales... Solo streaming. Pienso también que dejar la cafetera con solo dos cápsulas para dos noches de estancia no fue muy acertado. Casi mejor quitar la cafeteta☺️😎Por último el sofá cama en él salón fue muy incomoda, haciendo mucho ruido durante la noche
• margherita (4/5): A disappointed experience that undermined our sense of security - The location is a bonus. Close to the main attractions in the old city Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the way we were treated by the person managing the property. We felt there was a complete lack of empathy and professionalism throughout our stay from August 1st to 5th. I had added an extra guest to our booking at the last minute, and while the request was accepted, the payment process via international bank transfer was not smooth due to my bank not supporting instant transfers. The transfer was automatically scheduled for August 4th. I promptly sent proof of payment, and the host confirmed the addition of the third person—who only stayed for two nights, even though we were charged for four. However, since the funds had not yet appeared in their account during the final three days of our stay, the host began pressuring us in an extremely inappropriate way. I was even threatened with the possibility of the entry code being changed—despite the fact they knew we were staying with a 10-month-old baby. Such a threat felt not only excessive but borderline illegal, showing a complete lack of sensitivity. I reassured them multiple times that the payment had been made and they simply needed to wait a bit longer. Despite sending all necessary documentation, I spent the last few days of my vacation in constant anxiety, feeling unsafe and unwelcome in the property. On the second-to-last day, they asked me to go deliver cash to a specific address, saying they would refund me once the transfer arrived. Even though I was on holiday, I went there—and no one showed up. It was truly a distressing and exhausting experience. In a foreign country, one should feel safe and at ease in their accommodation. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We were treated as if we were dishonest or trying to deceive them, which was deeply hurtful. I’ve traveled extensively and never encountered anything like this. It’s truly a shame that this company has lost the human touch and the sense of trust that should be at the core of hospitality.

• VERONIQUE (8/5): - Très bel appartement de belle grandeur dans un immeuble très sécurisé. Il est situé a 5 minutes de marche du pont Charles donc plusieurs attraits touristiques facilement accessible a pied! Lors de nos voyages nous adorons être situé dans le centre historique! Ça vient parfois avec des inconvénients... ici c'était le bruits des gens alcoolisés bruyants tard la nuit donc les bouchons pour oreilles s'imposent! Sinon le reste tout était parfait! 😍
• Brian (9/5): - The parking situation. The description advertises parking, but there isn't any. We chose this accommodation because it was offered. Parking spaces in parking garages are far away and very, very expensive.
• Deirdre (7/5): Good - Spacious modern apartment. Good aircon. Sparse provision, 2 coffee pods. Curtains don't fit the windows. Directions inaccurate. No toaster, no microwave. Guests expected to strip beds and bath towels and place in washer. Also sort and remove any rubbish. And pay for the privilege.
• Hajar (8/5): Very good - Perfectly located, one can visit all the main attractions by foot . Restaurants are in walking distance. Very clean and spacious and has all the necessities for a short trip. I recommend! Having only one key.

• Bharath (9/5): Great stay in a stylish apartment - The apartment was clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the photos. It had a stylish, modern decor that made the space feel very welcoming. The Wi-Fi was strong and consistent throughout my stay, which was perfect for both work and streaming. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in was hassle-free, which I really appreciated. The only issue keeping this place from perfect 10 is the shower. While there was a curtain, it didn’t do much to keep the water from splashing onto the bathroom floor, which made things a bit messy after every shower. It wasn’t a major problem, but a better setup would definitely make the bathroom more functional

• Toni (8/5): Wonderful and comfortable. - Place was beautifully decorated, comfortable, warm, great size and location was excellent. We arrived at night and found the property difficult to find. Once there it was fantastic. Would have liked a toaster and microwave to be part of the kitchen set up.

• Alice (9/5): Superb - Beautiful property in an amazing location Nothing the owner can do, just a heads up to other travellers, I think the upstairs neighbours maybe have a toddler who runs around at all hours of the night, so earplugs are useful if you’re a light sleeper.
• Ngoc (10/5): Perfect place to explore Prague - The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. It's spacious and everything was super clean. There's central heating as well as air conditioninh (cooling & heating). The location is the best aspect: super close to every sightseeing spot so you can basically walk everywhere. Despite being located so centrally, it was in a side street so it was pretty quiet.

• Anora (7/5): Nice apartment but not a welcoming host. - Good location, apartment is spacious, has lot of useful appliances. Was more of air bnb rather than a hotel , you don’t get anything except what is in the apartment, anything extra is to be paid for. In the welcome email it tells you that for everything additional you have to pay. And crazy money, Like If you lose a key 100 euro. If you want new towel 15 euro (even though we were staying there 4 nights) we got total of 3 big and 3 face towels, and they were damp and stank, and they said new fresh towel must be paid for. If you leave your garbage and don’t clean you have to pay 200 eu. All those rules with all those crazy money wasn’t welcoming. Also there’s few steps going up to apartment but wasn’t biggie for us. Also sheets are very old.
• Abhishek (9/5): Perfect location, beautiful apartment, definitely worth it! - Beautiful & spacious apartment and a perfect location - in the centre of old town and at the same time away from the noise and hustle bustle. It was on the first floor and we had to drag our suitcases up. Add to it they sent a link one hour before check in time where in you need to go and find check in instructions amongst multiple other things listed. Though the instructions were excellently laid out, definitely need to simplify the process of arriving at the se instructions. Ideally just send it over a mail a day prior rather than having us go through a link with 20 other things listed.

• Michelle (8/5): Nice apartment, well located. - The accommodation was conveniently located with everything within walking distance, including a great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. We liked the large bed and the spacious living/kitchen area. Communication with the property owners was good. The decor and style of the apartment is nice. It can be a little noisy sometimes, with noise from outside and also the apartment next door while we were there. The curtains don't quite fit the windows in the apartment. There was a problem with the hot water in the bathroom sink (instructions were left about this from the host but I still couldn't get it to work), but I figured out that if you turn the tap to the hottest setting and turn the water on fully, the hot water kicks in. The kitchen is quite well equipped, but there is no microwave or toaster.

• Scott (9/5): Enjoyable stay in Prague. Clean, updated apartment, close to everything. - Great location in Prague 1 less than a block from the river and about 3 minutes from the Charles Bridge. Clean, updated apartment with washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator. Close to many bars / restaurants and less than 10 minute walk to Old Town Square. Very good communication with property owners. Lighting in the main living area could be a bit brighter. All windows face north, so not much natural light.

• Ravid (9/5): Comfy apartment with great location and value for money - The apartment is exceptionally equipped with everything you might need - kitchen appliances, washing machine, coffee machine, extra bedding, etc. . The apartment seemed to be well maintained and was very clean and comfy. The location is also very nice (near Charles bridge, about 10 minutes walk to the clock tower, quiet surroundings). In addition, the communication with the company was very comfy and Lucy was available and attentive. There were only one body towel and one tiny face towel per person, also there were only few toiletries (not enough for 2 person for 4 nights) and refill costs 10 euros. other than that, the rest was great.

The Apartment was very well decorated with excellent sense of interior design. Excellent In everything. Just one advise, keep your keys with you else u will be in trouble as for extra security there are 02-Locks to get out of building. 😊😊 Nothing at all

• Jennifer (8/5): Great location city centre, management problems - The apartment was great, perfect location. Everything is very easily walkable. There were problems with check-in as the person who manages it couldn't send me the information and I wasted a lot of time trying to check in. I also saw other guests who experienced the same problem. Upon check-out I was asked to pay the city tax, however, they sent me the incorrect amount and then continued to follow up and insist that I pay double the city tax. They are yet to send me the correct amount and insist I take it up with booking.com. The apartment is lovely, however, it can be loud at night. Noise and check-in and check-out were problematic. The apartment is lovely, however, the management is terrible.
• Sujata (9/5): Great Location near Charles Bridge. Walkable to all the sites - The location is what made the apartment. can walk to everything. There is a Tram stop very close to the apartment. Lots of restaurants and activities. you only get 1 set of keys so you are basically locked in if someone goes out. The bed is very soft

I don’t like the bathroom because when I shower, all the water will get flooded at outside shower area, will be great if the shower area have a glass door instead the shower curtain. Beside this, overall are great!
