• Caitlin (9/5): Excellent location! Would recommend. - Excellent location! Clean and tidy accommodation. Had a washing and dishwasher which was very useful. Great coffee/pastry shop downstairs with friendly staff. And so close to main tourist spots! The shower faucet/temperature was a little temperamental, either too hot or too cold but manageable.

• OTARI (9/5): A spacious and comfortable apartment in a perfect, quiet location near Charles Bridge, with only a few minor inconvenien - The apartment has a perfect location, just a few steps from Charles Bridge. Despite this, the windows face an inner street, so it wasn’t noisy at all. The apartment itself was very comfortable for our group of 5 adults, 1 seven-year-old, and 1 nine-month-old baby. The space was quite large and had two bathrooms, which was especially helpful for our family. The beds were large and comfortable, and there were plenty of well-positioned power outlets throughout the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped, which allowed us to prepare food during our stay. There were just a few minor negative points worth mentioning; however, overall, they did not negatively affect our stay: 1. Although the check-in process was easy overall, it felt a bit unusual. We had to wait almost exactly until the official check-in time before receiving the apartment’s exact location online. After that, everything went smoothly. 2. There is no elevator in the building, so we had to use the stairs to reach the third floor. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it could be a dealbreaker for some guests. 3. There was no shower gel or shampoo provided in the bathroom. Additionally, there was very little hand soap available, and it ran out quite quickly.

War sehr sauber, genügend Handtücher, in der Küche war auch alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder. Wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen da und wir empfehlen es weiter. Dazu hat uns auch sehr gefallen dass auch ein Restaurant da ist wo man Trinken und Essen kann, Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einfach Toll Es gibt nix zum aussetzen
• Paula (10/5): Great location, large apartment! - Amazing communication with the property, even though there was a mistake, there were only three pillows and duvets for a reservation of four, when i messaged them, even at 22:30 in the evening, they brought us the extra stuff. Nothing to dislike, really good location, bright and large apartment, nice kitchen. I don’t know if the apartments are new or if they clear everything out after everyone, but there wasn’t any salt, sugar or oil, that seems like the bare necessity .

• Dmytro (8/5): - We stayed in these apartments and overall were very satisfied. The apartment is nice and quite spacious. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is convenient. The kids especially loved taking baths in the large bathtub. The only small downside is that the bathroom cannot be locked (there is a door, but no lock). The main advantage is definitely the location. It’s simply excellent: you step outside and you’re immediately next to major attractions. At the same time, the apartment is very quiet despite being in the city center. As for parking, it can be a bit challenging in the area, which is typical for the city center. However, we were able to stop and unload our belongings without any issues. We booked a parking space online in advance with a discount, which is very convenient. Just note that the parking is not in the same building but at another property, so it’s important to read the description carefully — everything is clearly stated there. Overall, we had a great stay, really enjoyed it, and can confidently recommend these apartments.
• Andreas (8/5): gerne wieder - Die Lage in direkter Nähe zur Karlsbrücke war phantastisch. Die beiden Zimmer waren riesengroß und die Betten waren auch richtige Betten und nicht Ausziehcouchen oder ähnliches. Das Bad war auch sehr groß und sehr sauber.

The apartment is very poorly insulated, the windows get a lot of condensation and the heating must be turned on quite high to heat up the spaces in the peak of Czech Winter (-10 Celsius), leading to poor air quality. Airing out is made difficult by the old window fixtures. The apartment is missing a sofa or couch for leisure.

O apartamento é como descrito no anuncio.

• Caterina (8/5): - Posizione splendida in Mala Strana, nell'ex monastero adiacente alla Chiesa dell'ordine dei Cavalieri di Malta. Appartamento ben arredato, pulito,tranquillissimo, dotato di due camere e due bagni , oltre ad un soggiorno, perfetto per due coppie di amici. Lo staff sempre disponibile via whatsapp: un mattino è saltata la corrente ed in brevissimo tempo è stata ripristinata da un quadro elettrico che non era a nostra disposizione. Consiglierei di predisporre un deposito bagagli vicino alla struttura : a noi è stato proposto un albergo NON VICINO con deposito a 5 euro a bagaglio ( abbiamo optato per il più conveniente deposito alla stazione centrale , anch'essa non vicina, comunque) . Do' questo suggerimento a partire da un caso particolare : dopo la prima prenotazione, abbiamo esteso, anticipando di un giorno la nostra permanenza . Lo staff ci ha risposto che ci avrebbero ospitato in una camera diversa. Quindi, data l'assenza di un deposito in loco, abbiamo dovuto depositare le valigie lontano dalla struttura per ben tre volte ( primo arrivo, il giorno seguente per spostamento di appartamento, il giorno di partenza). Tutto questo per scoprire che il secondo appartamento a noi destinato era assolutamente uguale al primo ( solo al primo piano, perfettamente sottostante al precedente!!!) . Forse, visto che eravamo già lì, avrebbero potuto lasciarci nel primo appartamento .Va bene che eravamo a Praga, ma non vi sembra un po' kafkiano ?? Suggerirei anche, visto che nei cinque giorni della nostra permanenza non ci sono state pulizie nell'appartamento, di mettere a disposizione, aspirapolvere ed un luogo vicino dove depositare i rifiuti , possibilmente separabili.
• Luisa (9/5): Soggiorno top a Praga❤️ - Ci è piaciuto tutto partendo dalla posizione super centrale, la comodità a raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro, appartamento grande molto pulito, abbiamo utilizzato sia la lavatrice che la lavastoviglie, facevamo colazione in casa... Non meno importante avevamo il bancomat proprio sotto casa... Complimenti davvero...
• Ghetty (9/5): Week end a Praga - Sicuramente la posizione, vicino al ponte Carlo in una strada piena di negozi, dall' appartamento si riesce tranquillamente a girare il centro storico. Appartamento ottimo x 4 persone, noi ci siamo stati in 6 e siamo stati bene,mobili nuovi, letti comodi fornito di lavatrice e lavastoviglie macchine del caffè tostapane e bollitore. Peccato x la pulizia(da rivedere assolutamente) mobili della cucina erano pieni di ditate la cappa aveva i laterali sporchi ed lo stesso vale x il microonde, anche il porta spazzolino in bagno. Inoltre il pavimento del bagno ha mattonelle rotte e non fissate bene. La cosa che mi è dispiaciuta è che non ho avuto l appartamento che avevo scelto in foto,

Very good cafe across the street The company operates several buildings and the apartment address might be different from one stated in booking. We received the address just 30 minutes before check in. There is no reception where to drop the luggage - it was offered for extra fee 5€ for 1 item. Minimum of toiletries (shower gel) and spices (sugar, salt, some tea) would be ok - there was nothing at all. The bathroom sink was clogged

Tesise girişte resepsiyon bulunmuyor. Tesise vardığımızda binanın kapısı kapalıydı. Soğuk bir akşam saatinde bize bir link gönderip, tüm misafirler için check in yapmadan giriş talimatlarını veremeyeceklerini söylediler. Mecbur check in yaptık önce buz gibi havada sokağın ortasında. Sonrasında talimatlar gönderildi ve içeri giriş yapabildik. Birlikte gittiğimiz diğer ailenin kaldığı oda başka bir binadaydı. Onların anahtarını almak için sanat galerisi binasıına gidip anahtarların bulunduğu odayı bulmaya çalıştık. Güç bela bulduğumuz anahtar kutusunun içinden bir anahtar ve bir harita çıktı. O haritaya bakarak odanın bulunduğu binayı atamak zorunda kaldık. Indiana Jones filmlerindeki kayıp hazineyi ararcasına bir anahtar için bu kadar gizem katılması, insanların dışarda soğukta bekletilmek zorunda kalınması rezillik. Konakladığım hiçbir yerde bu rezilliği yaşamadım. Odalarda sabun, şampuan vs yok, mutfakta yeterince ekipman yok. İki kişilik yataklar için tek kişilik 2 ayrı yorgan koyulmuş. Binada asansör yok, tüm bavulları yukarıya elle taşımak zorundasınız. Ücretsiz internet var fakat bağlantı çok yavaş. Özetle, İmkanlarına göre fiyatı çok pahalı.

• Ronald (5/5): - We stayed here last year and were impressed, so wanted to book an apartment in the same building this year. The address of the property was confirmed on Booking.com as Malteska Namesti and the photos on the listing seemed to be of the apartments we stayed in last year. However, on arrival we were given an apartment a few hundred metres away where building work was in progress in the stairwell which the company seemed to be unaware of.This made the staircase quite dangerous and noisy, so the company agreed to move us to an upgraded apartment but not in the part of town we wanted to be (our friends were in Malteska Namesti). We were charged an extra 50 euros. While the new apartment was very comfortable, it was not at the address that had been confirmed and not where we wanted to be. The staff were very helpful, but we feel that it is a totally unacceptable policy to leave it till the last minute (just before check in) to confirm the address and also to change it from that confirned, leaving no opportunity for us to cancel and rebook somewhere we had definitely chosen. People need to be aware that this company has several buildings and they think that as long as they locate you in the general vicinity, then that is OK. We were not pleased and will not be using them again. It was a very bad start to our trip.
• Rocío (5/5): No repetiría - La ubicación y la relación calidad-precio son excelentes, pero no compensa la pesadilla que supone el check-in y el check-out. No hay ningún tipo de personal que te ayude a hacer el check-in, que es a través de códigos que tienes que ir probando en sus muchas puertas. Nuestras llaves además estaban trabadas en la caja, que no se abría, por lo que nos cambiaron de habitación, pero de todas formas allí descubrimos que había una pareja que tenía asignada esas mismas llaves que estaban trabadas. Las indicaciones que te dan en el papel que acompaña a las llaves para encontrar tu habitación después son pésimas y no nos cogieron el teléfono. De hecho, resulta que nuestra habitación estaba en otro número de esa misma calle. Si este escape room no fuera suficiente, a la hora de hacer el check-out resulta que nos habían encerrado dentro del patio en el que se encontraba nuestra habitación y no nos daban indicaciones para abrir el portón que nos bloqueaba la salida. Tuvimos que pagar de más al taxi y casi perdimos nuestro tren a Viena por este pésimo servicio. Nos pusieron como excusa que su personal solo trabaja de 8 a 23, pero el día anterior nadie nos cogió el teléfono.
• kozyra (9/5): - Duży apartament. Prywatność. Zakwaterowanie odbywa się przez internet więc zero kontaktu twarzą w twarz z obsługą, co dla mnie było fajne. Często było słychać prace remontowe, ale nie było to aż tak uciążliwe. Mieliśmy trudność z otworzeniem skrytki z kluczami. Meble w mieszkaniu były lekko pouszkadzane więc lepiej odrazu zgłaszać po wejściu by nie ponosić kosztów naprawy itp.

Camas muy comodas y grandes Poco menaje para hacerse algo de comida, solo habia 1 trapo para secar superficies y vajilla. La bañera es bastante alta no apta para gente con la movilidad muy reducida

• Dietrich (6/5): Разочарование 2025 - Единственное что нам понравилось это расположение аппартаментов и чистое постельное бельё. В 2024 году нам предоставили аппортоменты в другом расположение, там не было никаких претензий, всё очень было отлично!!! Нас было 3 пары и у каждой пары била большие и удобные кровати. Но в 2025 году было больше разочарований. Во первых аппортоменты были намного меньше. Мы так же заказывали апартаменты для 6 взрослых человек. Спальные места для двух человек были на раскладушках. На кухне был очень маленький стол и стульев было всего 5. Душевая и туалет были совмещены. Но самый огромный минус это был душ. Помыться было невозможно.... Во первых напор воды отсутствовал, вода постоянно лилась разная, то горячая, то холодная. Помимо этого вода лилась не только из душа,но из места где соединяется душевой шланг и душевая лейка. Но самое неприятное это было то что держатель душевой лейки не фиксировался. И постоянно висел вниз головой. Так что сходит в душ это был большой квест. По поводу чистоты ниже средней.... Двери в туалет были засаленные... А когда мы отодвинули журнальный стол, то обнаружили под ним пыль, крошки и немного мусора.... Единственный плюс это было расположение аппартаментов возле улицы Чертовка! Нов этот раз мы были разочарованы данными аппартаментами!!!!((((

• Jacques (8/5): could be 10/10 if they fix the shower - great appartement very well located but one probleme which should be fixed to have the top evaluation. The shower is either burning hot or freezing cold. Ans when the outside temperature is -3 it is not nice

• Dolan (3/5): Really frustrating. - Excellent location. Apartment was quite spacious with plenty supplies Boiler and heating broke on day 2 of our stay. We had no heating or hot water during a very cold period. I text the owner about it, who told me someone would be sent out ASAP. This person never arrived. Frankly this completely soured my opinion of the apartment as I felt we were not cared about.

• Jill (10/5): Excellent location, highly recommend, apartment very spacious - The location of this property is EXCELLENT!! Everything that you need as a tourist is within walking distance, literally a 2 minute walk to Charles Bridge. The apartment was very spacious, good size fridge and washing machine is really handy too! I did not see any coin laundries in the vicinity so I was glad we had a washing machine. The bath/shower is a little weird with a seat built-in to the bath. You cannot stand and have a shower. If travelling with older aged travellers this setup would be hard for them to get in and out .
