Guest Reviews
Wäre nice to have.

- Stuart (10/5): Amazing aparthotel in perfect location overlooking the astronomical clock in Old Town Square, lots of stairs to get up & - Location was perfect, lots of space and loads of character Nothing really, it was perfect

- Velmi pěkný a prostorný pokoj s výhledem na pražský orloj. Mezonetový pokoj. 2 koupelny ! Snídaně s velkým výběrem. Úžasně velká koupelna v horním pokoji. Podlaha ve spodním pokoji dost vrzala. Nešla zapnout TV, ale vlastně jsme ji ani nepotřebovali.
- Stuart (9/5): Friendly, helpful staff, well located and well presented - would stay again - The staff were very helpful - willing to assist and very pleasant to deal with. The outlook over the garden and parkland, and views to the castle were lovely. The property is well located with great access to the town without being too close. The freshly baked cake slices during the day for guests was a yummy and appreciated bonus. Thank you I think given the nature of a medieval town with respect to architecture I think the property does well with the space it has available. Overall a good experience
- Qiang (10/5): good - The hotel is right opposite the Astronomical Clock. The rooms are good and large, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. The staff who helped with the luggage were especially nice!

- Jennie (8/5): Great spot in Prague - The room was lovely and spacious and well appointed with two huge bathrooms, lots of storage and fridges upstairs and down. It has a great view over the square and clock and the included breakfast was super tasty. Check in was quick and they were able to look after our bags on the day we left. As our room was on the top floor the stairs got a bit tiresome (3 flights of stairs) and absolutely no fault of the hotel but as it is the main square it is noisy until quite late so may want to take some ear plugs.
- Jiri (9/5): Superb -
- John (9/5): Wonderful Prague - Amazing position. Looking at the astronomical clock. Only wines glasses. No kettle or microwave.
You need to be fit to manage the flights of stairs with no lift in the property. Breakfast at Cafe Mozart each day was a great start
- Doug (9/5): Superb -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Michelle (9/5): Absolutely perfect location. Definitely a lot of stairs so be prepared. Breakfast was amazing. I wish they used regular - Location location location Nostalgic Prague. Excellent breakfast. Love having two bathrooms!
- Sara (10/5): If you are okay going up and down a lot of stairs, this apart Miss absolutely ideal for a Prague family trip! - The location was incredible! We could see the astronomical clock from our room! Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. My suggestion is to add a comfortable sofa or two chairs, for reading, sipping wine etc.
It would also be great to have a coffee maker in the room.
- Jim (6/5): Pleasant - Breakfast was good. Location was phenomenal. Room description. It’s sold as a two bedroom, which is technically true, there are to beds and two baths. But in order to get to one room, you have to walk through the downstairs bedroom. So when you are traveling with two couples, the couple upstairs has to wait for the couple downstairs to ‘be decent’. Plus both upstairs and downstairs are open to each other so there is very little privacy.
This unit is much better suited to family units rather than two couples traveling together.
Plus….stairs. Lots and lots of stairs.
- Mark (10/5): Right in the heart of Old Town, this hotel cannot be beat. - Great service and location. Nothing.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb - It was a large space that was quite comfortable Not a complaint. It is an old property and had everything that came with it and old property. Location was key for us. And frankly everything is old in Old Town. Would have been nice to have a newer bed frame that didn’t make noise every time you moved.
- Mark (10/5): A beautiful hotel in the heart of a marvelous city! Don’t miss this!!! - Excellent service, superb location. Right across from the Astronomical Clock. Impossible to ask for better. Nothing.
- Stuart (7/5): Good location but too hot without air conditioning and you couldn’t leave the windows open - Location The air conditioning was not working and our room was in the attic of a building and therefore very hot. There was no real acknowledgment of the provider that they had not delivered on what the booking promised. You couldn’t leave the windows open because of noise from the square below.
- Edward (10/5): It was honestly the best family vacation we've ever had! - We had the Duplex Suite and the views of the city / town square and the city was exceptional. Breakfast was great as well. We loved eating together as a family - something we don't always do in the United States. :) We loved everything! The people were so nice, the room was exceptional and we just had a fantastic time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Nothing. Don't change anything. We loved everything! We had an exceptional / wonderful time. Thank you!
- Stephen (10/5): Best Location in Prague! - This is absolutely the best location in Prague! Our room was on the top floor, looking right at the Astronomical Clock in Old Town Prague. The biggest surprise is that it was totally quiet in the room. In this hotel, you feel like you are literally stepping back in time (with modern comforts, of course). The hotel staff are very nice, accommodating, and always ready to help. Love this hotel! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!
- Danny (10/5): Exceptional - The location, the space, the comfort of sleeping. The stairs.
- Yueh (8/5): Very good -
- Kira (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was super! Excellent location, beautiful and clean big rooms, comfortable beds and very good breakfast. The suite was on the 4th floor with no elevator. The staff helped us with the baggage.
- Yuliya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christtian (7/5): Good -
- Sathish (5/5): Will not recommend this facility as they were not transparent with issues for fear of cancellation but we had a very unc - Convenient Tourist location, Good breakfast, Clean, friendly Porter staff. Though advertised, no Air conditioning. Front desk never mentioned until we moved into the room. it was hot and uncomfortable. Had to leave the windows open for airflow. As a result, very noisy, could not sleep or rest. Very disappointed that they never mentioned issues with the AC, ahead of time.
- Kim (7/5): Satisfactory - Location was in the heart of the main area Needs updating & was not a part of the main building
- Debbie (10/5): Beautiful apartment and perfect location - The Duplex apartment was beautiful and it meant my friend and I had our own space and our own bathrooms. no lift and we were in the roof!
- Christine (9/5): Superb - The apartment was in a beautiful 14th century building with wonderful exposed beams and period furniture. Two excellent bathrooms and the beds were so comfortable to sleep on.
A great view of the astronomical clock from the windows.
Excellent breakfast with a wide choice each morning. The only disadvantage is that the apartment has no lift and is on the third floor. We were aware of this when we booked but it is tiring if you need to go up and down several times a day.
- Michael (9/5): spacious well appointed apartment ideally located - well appointed apartment and amazing location no washing machine
- Paula (4/5): Disappointing & stressful - The location was great, opposite the Astronomical Clock & the main square with markets The luxury deluxe apartment we’d booked four months earlier especially for our anniversary on NYE was unavailable when we arrived. We were told this was being refurbished but hadn’t been contacted previous to us travelling to tell us this, so we were placed in a one bedroom room. When we complained we were told there were no other rooms but one would be available on the second night. This wasn’t ideal, but we agreed to move on the second night to a room with a kitchen (as we were paying for a deluxe apartment). When we moved again to the new room, it was much smaller than the original room. We spent our entire trip trying to sort this out both with the hotel and through the booking agent. It was very stressful and not many people at the hotel could help apart from the friendly receptionist on the last day who finally sorted out a discount. Our anniversary trip that we had been planning & looking forward to was soured due to the hotel not communicating with us within the four month period that our booking could not be fulfilled.
- Linda (8/5): Very good -
- Wolfgang (10/5): Breathtaking. - Very well located apartment in a medieval house - you can see the astronomical clock direct from the window.
Quite some steps (around 80) to get to the apartment. But it is worth any sportive activity as it is beautifully renovated.
This extraordinary apartment is good for a small family up to 4 (duplex with two floors but open space) - ideal for exploring the city centre by foot.
Tasty breakfast in the nearby (30 steps distance) beautiful Café Mozart of the Grand Hotel Prag. A taxi transfer from train station to the hotel was promised, but the promise was not kept. Well, that can happen. What really surprised us was that we did not get any explanation for that, nor apologies.
Quite some waiting at the Reception
- Jennifer (8/5): Great location - add the kettle to the room - location and spacious room no kettle in the rooms - basic requirement. breakfast was not as good as other similar level properties. Difficult to find the reception.
