• Karen (9/5): Would definitely use this accommodation again - The apartment was very spacious and very clean, facilities good. Access information clear. I liked the location by the river . Good value for money . Shops and a nice restaurant ‘Omnibus’ & Jazz Dock nearby It’s about 1.2km (20 min) walk to the Square which if you do two return journeys a day (plus all the sightseeing) is a fair few steps, however, I found the rental e bikes outside perfect to cut down on some of the walking and economical.

Die Parkplatz Situation vor Ort ist ziemlich anstrengend. Dass das zweite Bett im Wohnzimmer/Küche steht und kein eigenes zweites Schlafzimmer war. Die Couch ist sehr klein und unbequem. Auch die Stühle in der Küche sind unbequem. Badezimmer unmodern

• Paweł (8/5): - Beautiful view from the balcony, good location, easy access to the property, affordable price, and the apartment was clean. We booked the apartment for one night for two people, and although there were five beds available, only one bed was prepared for us. This was quite unexpected and inconvenient, as we assumed that separate sleeping arrangements would be provided for guests. It would be great if this could be clarified or better arranged for future stays.
• Lesley (8/5): Pleasant apartment in a great location - We enjoyed our stay at this apartment (202) and were mostly happy with the facilities. The location is excellent for exploring the city on foot with a nearby tram stop for going further afield. The area is quiet with a very pleasant walk along the river with the option to cross over to the main city by a choice of bridges. We recommend the Bella Vida Cafe for breakfast or brunch which is a 10 minute stroll along the river towards Charles Bridge. The apartment was very clean with good kitchen facilities, although we only made use of the kettle! Communication through Booking.com was excellent. We would have given the apartment an excellent score but for a few little niggles. Be aware that although the building has a lift it doesn't actually stop on the room level - you have to either walk up or down a flight of 12 stairs to access the room as the lift stops between the floors. The same applies when you arrive to get the room key - you have to go down a flight of stairs to access the key cupboard. This wasn't a problem for us however it's worth mentioning. The mattress on the bed in the living area is very hard and the lack of a bedside lamp is inconvenient. There is no electrical socket near the bed. It would also have been useful to have a small waste bin in the separate bedroom and perhaps some hooks on the wall to hang longer items such as long dresses as the wardrobe is only half length. We hadn't noticed that bathroom supplies weren't provided so you may want to take some shampoo and shower gel. It can be a little noisy within the apartment depending on the noisiness of people in the neighbouring apartment. We were disturbed one night by noisy chlidren. The sound of people walking up and down the stone staircase at night can be disturbing in the bedroom as this is adjacent to the staircase. Despite these minor inconveniences we would be happy to stay there again.

• Timothy (7/5): A great place to stay in every way, but the management need to describe the apartments accurately. - Lovely old-style apartment building with high ceilings and period features, fully remodelled into generous modern living spaces with all facilities. Great location slightly away from the busyness of the old town centre, but easy walking into town with all its attractions. Riverside position is very attractive. Beware! The standard apartment lists "two separate bedrooms", which is NOT the case: the second "bedroom" is in fact the open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area - so for two couples, as we were, there was no privacy at all for the bed in the lounge/dining/kitchen area - which is completely unacceptable. The management flatly denied that the description was false and misleading (which is simply a matter of fact) and refused to give us any financial compensation, or to offer us an actual two bedroom apartment (which is what we thought we had booked). None of the images accompanying the listing show a double-bed and the kitchen in the same photo. The management then lied to booking.com, (who were very helpful in contacting them after our efforts had failed) and told booking.com that they had offered us a different apartment, which we had refused. No such offer was made - nor was any return phone call made to us, as was promised. A bitter taste in our mouths for the start of our Prague holiday...

• Lisa-Marie (6/5): Eher nicht mehr, Vermieter top - Schlafzimmer flop - Der Check-In hat super geklappt und dse Vermieter sehr nett.. Auch die Lage ist einfach top. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war einfach nur Horror. Betten die bei jeder Bewegung quietschen, die Kissen viel zu hoch, ein Fenster das man nicht öffnen und verdunkeln kann. Leider geht das Fenster ins Treppenhaus und es war extrem laut.

• Andy (9/5): Super Lage und tolles historisches Gebäude hat uns begeistert. - Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral, ca. 10min Fussweg zur Karlsbrücke, 5 min zu den tanzenden Häusern und 15min in die Altstadt. Es ist ein sehr schönes historisches Gebäude direkt an der Moldau, mit einem tollen Eingangsbereich. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig, so dass wir zu viert ausreichend Platz hatten. Der Lift ging bis ein halbes Stockwerk unterhalb unserer Ferienwohnung, so dass man auch die Koffer gut nach oben transportieren konnte.

• Piengrudee Olarikded (7/5): Apartment on the roof top. - Apartment is located on the roof top. It has very good view of the river and Prague, especially at night. Even though, the building has elevator but we need to walk up and down about 10+ stairs to reach it and it stops at 5th floor while the apartment is on 7th floor. So it was a big problem for us. On the check out date, elevator was out of order. Host provided a guy from their team to help us carry luggages downstairs. This was a big help.

• carole (8/5): - L emplacement.le style de l immeuble et son hall. On nous avait promis 2 chambres et en réalité il n y avait qu une chambre et 1 salon aménagé. L appartement était au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée et était très bruyant nuit et jour.trop peu de vaisselle pour 4.les sièges des chaises étaient défoncés. Le pied central du lit de la salle à manger était cassé. Absence de poubelle de tri sélectif.dans la salle de bains le pare douche fuit et le bord de la baignoire est trop haut. Dommage les wx sont dans la salle de bain. Dans l entrée l armoire n est pas accrochée au mur ce qui est très dangereux.

• Katja (7/5): Prag sehr schön Wohnung für 4 Leute zu klein da die Küche im Schlafraum war - Sie war sehr zentral Aus einer Wohnung wurden zwei gemacht. Dadurch war die Küche in dem einem Zimmer, wir hatten zwei Zimmer. Wenn man auf die Toilette wollte, musste man immer durch das eine Zimmer wo die anderen geschlafen haben. Das war nicht schön und alles sehr beengt.

• Peter (9/5): Super uitvalslocatie midden in Praag - De communicatie met de verhuurder was excellent. Snel en helder antwoord in het Engels. De receptie zit niet op de locatie, maar op afstand. Toegang tot het appartement werd helder uitgelegd en werkte prima via een code op de voordeur en een kluisje met de sleutel. Het oude pand in art deco stijl staat aan een weg bij de rivier en als je geluk hebt, zoals wij, kijk je dus ook uit over de rivier en een van de bruggen! De aangeboden taxi service van en naar het vliegveld was ook super! Vlakbij zit een grote mall met een enorme Tesco supermarkt. Het pand staat midden in de stad, er is veel geluid van verkeer.

• Angela (6/5): - Die Lage ist gut. Die Wohnung ist auch gut. Auf den Fotos waren die Appartments hell, mit Fenstern Richtung Moldau. Unsere Wochnung war düster, hatte Fenster nur zum Innenhof, wo regelmässig geraucht wurde. Man konnte den Rauch selbst durch die geschlossenen Fenster riechen, was unangenehm war. Ausserdem ist das Haus sehr ringhörig. Unser Appartment war gleich neben dem Eingang und wir hörten jedes Wort um jede Tages- und Nachtzeit.

• Paulina (3/5): - Overall, the place had a lot of potential, but unfortunately it engages in misleading advertising that should not exist in the hospitality industry at any level. They sell a product that simply does not match reality. If you are tempted by the beautiful views or a loggia shown in the apartment photos, you may end up very disappointed. The property uses the best photos for every listing, but what you receive on arrival can be completely different. Nowhere is it clearly stated that you might not get what you selected when booking a specific offer. They sell categories rather than specific apartments, and you only find out after raising concerns. I understand the idea behind this approach, but it could have been communicated in a simple and transparent way before arrival, especially regarding guest requests such as floor preferences or details about their policy. This lack of communication leads to frustrated guests and disappointed phone calls, which is ultimately a result of poor management. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. It is disappointing that a property with such potential ends up feeling like a scam. I would also strongly suggest reviewing the reception staff. The way we were treated was far below any acceptable service standard. After reporting the issue, we were met with ignorance and even arrogance. When we mentioned escalating the case to Booking.com, the response we received was a sarcastic “good luck.” I have worked in the industry for six years, and if any employer heard such a conversation, it would be a serious red flag. Booking.com acknowledged our complaint, but they were unable to reach an agreement with the property. We received only a partial refund from Booking, which does not change the overall experience. Be careful.

Literie propre et confortable. Nous avons été agréablement surpris. L'emplacement est près de la maison dansante avec la proximité quasi immédiate des commerces. L'insonorisation et la frustration de ne pouvoir échanger verbalement avec le ou les gérants. En plus de la barrière de la langue. Mais, ce ne sont des détails...

Sprich Angaben aller Gäste. Erst 3-4 Stunden vor dem Check-In, also gegen 12:00 bekommt man die Anweisungen zum Schlüsselbox. Mir persönliche hat das nicht gestört, aber muss man halt wissen, damit man eine Internetverbindung hat. Sonst sehr empfehlenswert Wohnung. Danke Sehr moderne und komfortable Wohnung
• Nina (10/5): - First of all, the self check-in was great very clear instructions and no problems. Second the location is great! If you like walking you can go to a lot of attractions on foot like we did. Third the apartment was so cozy and had all the necessary ammenities (especially the kitchen appliances) for a short but I think also a longer stay. The staff was very nice and always available to answer any questions. We also went to eat breakfast at a place that was recommended by the accomodation and it was great! We will definitely be coming here when we visit Prague again!

Unsere Wohnung war klein, eng und dunkel und hatte mit den Bildern auf der Internetseite überhaupt nichts gemeinsam. Wir waren zu dritt. Sie ist aber für drei Leute nicht geeignet, weil ein Zimmer sowohl als Speiseraum als auch als Schlafraum dient und zudem ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Jedes Mal, wenn man auf die Toilette ging, musste man durch das Zimmer gehen, in dem unsere Freundin geschlafen hat. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr dunkel und unfreundlich. Meiner Meinung nach das schlechteste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das ich bei Booking je hatte. Für 100 € pro Person hätten wir in ein gutes Hotel gehen können. Es gibt bestimmt auch die abgebildeten Wohnungen, aber meiner Meinung nach sind es „Lockvögel“. Wenn man bucht, muss man fragen, welche Wohnung man bekommt. Unsere Wohnung war nirgendwo abgebildet. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich sie niemals gebucht. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Heizung, die die ganze Nacht über brummte, sodass wir die erste Nacht nicht schlafen konnten. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben gleich am nächsten Morgen jemanden geschickt. Das muss ich fairerweise sagen: Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und hilfsbereit. • ALEXANDRE (8/5): Du cachet, proche du centre,mais quelques défauts - Très bel immeuble atypique. Le dernier appartement est équipé d une belle terrasse très agréable. Hote réactif, appartement avec du cachet. Proche toutes commodités. Malheureusement lit dans les chambres peu confortable. La baignoire sous toit peu pratique surtout pour ma maman un peu agee. Il n y a pas 3 chambres mais 2 et un lit double supplementaire dans le salon.

• Sandrine (9/5): - L'emplacement est top. La vue magnifique ! L'immeuble est très beau. La réactivité du personnel lorsque la machine à laver est tombée en panne et pour d'autres questions Pas de volet, ni rideau dans la chambre. La table est coincée dans un coin, un canapé lit dans la salle serait plus adéquat qu'un lit.

• Vieno (9/5): - Hyvä sijainti, kaunis näkymä parvekkeelta ja siisti ja tilava huoneisto. Hyvä majoitus kaveriporukalle. Asunnossa oli kaikki mitä tarvittiin ja hinta-laatusuhde oli erinomainen. Ainoa ongelma oli se, että sisäänkirjautumisohjeet luvattiin antaa kello 15 aikaan, mutta saimme ne vasta 15.30 jälkeen. Ennen tätä yritimme soittaa majoittajalle, mutta he eivät vastanneet. Kaikki muu toimi hienosti.
