• Maris (8/5): - Mooi appartement. Zeer goede ligging, vooral met honden. Lekker naast het park. Met OV is alles goed te bereiken. Wasmachine aanwezig. Ideaal voor als je op doorreis bent Keukengerei viel tegen. Bestek en servies waren nog vies bij aankomst en de koekenpan had zijn beste tijd gehad.

• Esther (4/5): Location good but apartment needs love. - Location, Spacious, lift. The apartment was dusty, oven was very dirty, no shower mat, scratched pans, wok , sandwich toaster, cluttered not very clean pots and pans drawers, too much unnecessary equipment in cupboards, personal effects of owner left in apartment, old food packets from previous renters. Old stained mattress, mattress pad and old stained cushions. No freezer section or ice box in fridge so couldn't make ice, buy ice cream or any frozen foods. Rugs on floors need cleaning. Random dusty plastic storage boxes under the bed, rolls of old cork sheets under the bed. No proper curtains or black out blinds just shade blinds in the bedroom and so woken as soon as sun rose each day. ( easy fix get dark blinds for those roof windows). Old dusty dirty cushions were displayed on the bed on top of clean pillows. Sound proofing from next door studio bathroom into loft bedroom not good, could hear a male guest peeing louding in the middle of the night and them putting on their washing machine just after 6am. This apartment has great potential, just needs some real love and care, deep clean, fresh paint, de-clutter and really listen to reviews and take action.
• Divya (10/5): Exceptional - The place was very clean and comfortable. Kristina was a wonderful host and replied instantly to my queries. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. We loved staying here! 🥰 The pictures on booking.com did not match the apartment.
• Mateusz (4/5): Disappointing - Location. Well equipped. Nice view and terrace The apartment definitely requires renovation. The towel were smelly and the bedsheets were a bit dirty. The internet was extremely slow, and this apartment has a special desk so it’s intended for remote work.
• Francisca (2/5): Very dirty - Close to the center, nice building Dirty, with old dirt all over. Furniture old and dirty, bed fresh made but with hair on(like short curly hair, most probably not from the head) .
• Yana (9/5): Superb - Big and sunny apartment with big balcony. Good and quiet location. Nice kitchen with everything you need. I would recommend to replace towels, they are a bit too old and cabinets at the kitchen and fridge need more cleaning.

• Wendy (10/5): Lovely apartment quiet apartment - Lovely apartment with a nice size balcony, great for sitting out with a glass of wine in the evening. Nice and quiet with just a little city background noise. Nice layout of Apartment. 5-15 mins walk from shops and resturaunts. Lidl very close and a large Tesco in Andel Shopping complex. Felt safe walking around. I suggest that it is worth getting the "Bolt" app and using them to move around city if a tourist, very reasonably priced. Similar to UBER but I found them better. Would certainly recommend staying here
• Kerry (8/5): Good sized studio that gets the job done. - Nice location with some good places to eat and drink nearby. There's a Lidl just round the corner for some shopping. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. Good sized room. The bath was great after a long day of walking all over Prague. Enjoyed the radio each morning as we got ready. Overall the building is quiet and there is a lift up to the second floor where this room is situated. The bed wasn't very comfy and the pillow casings kept coming off revealing very dirty, stained pillows. Really need to either replace those or at least wash them. The duvet could do with a wash too. Could do with a better, quieter fan for the room. It was really hot during our stay. You can't leave the windows open all night because of traffic noise.
• Arman (3/5): It was so bad I won't stay again. - it was close to the subway. There was no living room and balcony as shown in the photos because the photos belong to 2 separate apartments. There was no air conditioning in the room. The kitchen utensils were dusty and there were pans with scratched bottoms as you can see in the attached photos. We rented this apartment to cook for our little child, but it is impossible to cook in these pans. The landlord closed the wardrobe and there was no area where you could put your belongings. There was also animal hair on the pillows on the bed.
• Rae (8/5): Nice apartment a short walk from the action - Super comfy bed and a nice bath which was such a treat after a long time travelling. Plenty of space too and a good location, I would definitely stay here again. It could have been better equipped, ie washing powder and full toiletries.
• Patricia (8/5): Comfortable - Spacious studio apartment. The kitchen was quite well equipped but because of the design (it’s all in a cupboard) it was a bit awkward to access all of the appliances. Not a big deal, though! There were a few kitchen and bathroom items which were appreciated. Good hanging space and cupboards in the hallway for our stuff, plus a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The area is a bit disconnected from anything and quite soulless. It’s got construction around it on a main road and there are no cafes or shops or transport in the direct area, although not too far (about 7 mins walk to the nearest supermarket and to the metro). It’s safe though. Apartment itself was a tiny bit unclean in parts (bathroom, as well as cushions in the bed - not the bed linen itself but the decorative ones). Also, I saw my invoice had charged me a pet fee, which is weird as I don’t have a pet! This doesn’t show up in the app, just the breakdown of the bill on the web version, so I didn’t see this info in advance, unfortunately.
• Alberto (8/5): Everything was ok - It was really quiet, the beds were comfortable, It was near a Lidl market and a subway station. There was a misunderstanding at the beginning for the check-in but, in the end, we managed to solve it
• Amy (9/5): A great studio to stay in Prague, except in the summer. - It met the expectations and had everything it described. Location is convenient to the bus center and nearby subway B line. Lidl is nearby about two blocks away. Many restaurants in the neighborhood a few blocks away. No A/C
