• Verónica (10/5): - El apartamento es tal cuál se ve en las fotos. Nos recibieron a la llegada y nos dieron todas las explicaciones. Igualmente nos despidieron el último día. También nos organizaron los traslados de entrada y salida desde el aeropuerto al apartamento y viceversa. El apartamento es muy cómodo. Una cocina equipada al completo (frigorífico, congelador, lavavajillas, vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, hervidor y cafetera), un aseo con la taza y un lavabo, un baño grande con la ducha, lavabo (con amenities) y una lavadora. Dos dormitorios grandes y espaciosos, uno con dos camas y otro con una cama grande. El apartamento es muy luminoso. Estaba muy muy limpio. Además está muy bien situado, a 5 minutos de la plaza Wenceslao o 15 min del Puente de Carlos. Nos encantó!

• LORENZO (8/5): Un luogo di fascino - La struttura si trova a pochi passi da Piazza Venceslao. Situata in un vecchio condominio che avrebbe bisogno di una bella tinteggiata, di cui però é impossibile negare il fascino, a partire dell'androne dove legno e pietra si mescolano e ancora su per l'ampia scalinata, attraversata dall'ascensore. Appartamento ampio il cui l'aggettivo "art" non è dato a caso. Bellissima stanza con baldacchino e vista sul castello. Viene fornito ampio set di prodotti per il bagno. La doccia é un po' macchinosa, non essendoci una cabina, si fa in piedi o seduti nella vasca sagomata

Apprezzata però molto anche la macchinetta del caffè e lavastoviglie. Attenzione. Appartamento num9, dice 2 bagni in realtà uno è minuscolo con solo water e lavandino. L’altro con doccia e lavandino, in coppia con amici può Essere un problema, per famiglia invece ok.

• Helen (8/5): Extremely enjoyable with memories made! - The apartments were in a great location close to Wenceslas Square and a short walk to the old town. Facilities were great and beds were comfortable! The host was responsive to any questions we had and on hand to support. The oven didn’t work unfortunately so we couldn’t eat the breakfasts we’d bought but was a great excuse to eat out!
• Damian (10/5): Overall great stay. - The property is spotless. Spacious. High end finishes. Really nice. Super clean, organized, and welcoming. Bed very comfortable. Pillows great. Location is not bad in the new town but borderline with the old town - 15 min stroll - super nice. Coffee machine a plus, slippers very convenient. Overall very convenient location as you can explore both sides of the city. Someone needs to wait for you to check in and check out. You need to provide specific times so they wait for you. Somehow I got used to finding the key by myself and letting me in and out at the time I want to, specially at check out. They did not accommodate a check in time before 2:00 pm because the person that needs to check you in is not available. They will not even allow you to drop your bags while “they clean” the property. Anyway, we had to wait for two hours with our bags before checking in. The property actual address is not disclosed. They made us report to an alternate location close to the property. You have to provide a $100 deposit. They took US dollars otherwise you need to use your credit card and the refund may take up to a month. It wasn’t the most affordable but overall it is a great property to stay at. Last, the whole process felt very formal and legal. You have to sign lots of paperwork- technically you are signing a lease for the time you will be in the property.

• Pawel (8/5): - The place was very clean and located close to old town. Well equipped, quiet and nicely decorated. Two sets of keys. The beds were very uncomfortable, especially the continental double bed. Despite having a topper, there was a noticeable dip in the middle, making it impossible to sleep flat. Additionally, I was surprised to be asked to sign an extra contract upon arrival, as there was no mention of this in the property description on Booking.com. All terms and required paperwork should be transparent and disclosed before booking. Minor: we had to wait 30 minutes past the agreed time for someone to show up with the keys
• Viktoria (10/5): - Sehr gute Lage, alles in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar. Das Appartement ist sauber. Die Zimmer schön groß. Dafür die Badezimmer etwas kleiner. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, Waschmaschine, elektronischen Kamin, Kaffeemaschine mit ganzen Bohnen. Die Straßenbahn fast vor der Tür, Hauptbahnhof in der Nähe. Viele Geschäfte, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Pubs usw. in der Umgebung. Das Appartement ist ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen. Das große Bett hat eine große Decke. Das Wasser in der Dusche könnte mehr Druck haben. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten.

Best location for walking/public transport, amazing views! - Awesome location, apartment had anything you needed, very clean, easy for check-in and check-out. Wifi only had a stable signal in the living room, thus when you were in any of the bedrooms, it didn't work most of the time. Should be better than that. A Shower curtain would be great to avoid splashing water everywhere while showering.

• daniela (10/5): - Appartamento a due passi dal passaggio Lucerna, ottima posizione per spostarsi a piedi, tutti i servizi disponibili quali bar, ristoranti, supermercato a pochi passi. Due camere da letto enormi, letti comodi, riscaldamento regolabile in ogni stanza e persino il camino elettrico. Cucina piccola ma ben attrezzata e funzionale. Set di cortesia e tutto quello che può servire. Pulizia impeccabile. Prese elettriche ovunque. I bagni sono piccoli, i copriletti dorati a solo scopo di arredamento

• Ioannis (10/5): - The location was lerfect, 5-10' walk to the old city square, and most of the central prague sights. Appartment was fully equipped with everything you need, it was very spacious, and recently renovated. The hosts were very nice and helpful to everything we asked. Maybe the only con are the mattresses, which are a bit thin and not as comfortable we were waiting, but for me personally this situation was viable taking into advantage all the other pros.

• דריה (10/5): Perfect stay in perfect location - מיקום מושלם, מרכז העיר, תחבורה ציבורית מתחת לבית כמו גם סופר מעבר לכביש, חנויות, מסעדות, ברים ובתי קפה. יחד עם זאת הדירה ממוקמת במקום שקט, לא שמענו אפילו ציוץ מכל ההמולה הנעימה שבחוץ. המארחים מעולים, עוזרים מאוד ונעימים בגישתם. מומלץ מאוד! אנחנו בהחלט נחזור We loved everything!
• אור (6/5): היה נחמד ועיצוב יפה מאד, עם הרבה פריטי אמנות יפים ומרשימים, אבל יש מקום לשיפור מבחינת הנוחות. - אהבתי את האמנות היפה על הקירות ועל התקרה וכל העיצוב. היה רעש מהמכשיר שחימם מים בחדר המקלחת. כמו כן, השירותים וחדרי המקלחת היו צפופים וקטנים בצורה בלתי נסבלת, לא היה קולב לתלות את הבגדים ואת המגבות. המיטות יחיד היו מאד לא נוחות, הרגשנו את הקרשים בגב.
• Wojciech (10/5): - Apartament jest świetnie wyposażony (kuchnia oraz łazienki) lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna. W budynku jest winda, apartament jest bardzo czysty, obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Nasz pobyt tam był bardzo udany i na pewno wrócimy. Zdjęcia zgadzają się z rzeczywistością.

The space was clean, stylish, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was cozy, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. The location was ideal: close to public transport, restaurants, and many of Prague’s beautiful sights. We could easily walk to the Old Town and enjoy the charm of the city. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. We truly felt welcome and cared for. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague and looking for a comfortable, well-located, and beautifully maintained place to stay. We would definitely come back!

Everything is modern and you do feel safe, as women travellers. The bathroom shower cubicles in one of the bathrooms was on the small side. You do have to be careful not to hit the sides as you shower, if you are bigger built.

Wasserkessel, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspühler, Herd und Backofen... was will man mehr. Persönlicher Empfang und Abnahme der Wohnung. Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage (alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Fussdistanz). Quartierladen, wo das Wichtigste für den Tagesbedarf eingekauft werden kann. Restaurants und Bar in der Nähe. Keine eigene Gepäckaufbewahrung für die Zeitspanne Abgabe Appartement und Abreise/Abflug.
• Michele (8/5): Great flat in Prague - The flat was comfortable and in an excellent location. It suited us perfectly. The superintendent accr9ss the street and bakery right next door were reasonably priced and very convenient. The lift up to the flat was a bit rickety but always worked.
• Victor (6/5): מחיר יקר לתמורה - המיקום מצויין. הדירה מרווחת ויש מזגן. חסר מייבש כביסה. דריה קיבלה אותנו וזה היה מאוד לחוץ, להגיע עם הדברים ועוד לעשות סיור והסברים ארוכים. להפעיל טלויזיה כולם יודעים. בנוסף לא להגיע עם רכב!! אין חניה בכלל. קשה למצוא חניון פנוי, צריך להזמין מקום מראש באפליקציה. חבל שלא קיבלנו הסבר על הדברים החשובים באמת. בדירה לוקחים פיקדון 100 אירו מה שלא ידעתי ועוד 25 אירו שלא הבנתי עוד על מה.
• Takako (8/5): よい、わるい - 担当の方が、チェックイン、チェックアウトをして下さいました。電車遅れで遅く到着。出発も早かったのに快く笑顔で対応して下さいました。 3人で申し込みました。ダブル+エキストラベッドが多い中、シングル2+ダブルでとても良く眠れました。 デポジット100ユーロか2500コルナが必要。カードでと言われたが返金方法に納得出来ずかき集めた2500コルナで支払いました。たまたま現金がありましたが、現金に換える事が出来ていなければカード払いだったのかと思う。カードの返金は普通なのでしょうか。
• Inbal (8/5): מיקום טוב - הדירה ממוקמת במיקום מעולה. קרוב לשדרות וואצלאב ולכיכר העיר העתיקה, קרוב לתחנות תחבורה ציבורית נוחה. הדירה נקייה מאוד ומאובזרת היטב. מזגן שעובד היטב. נוף יפה. דריה המארחת נעימה ומסבירת פנים. הכניסה לבניין, המעלית וחדר המדרגות מוזנחים ויוצרים רושם עגום. כשמתגברים ומתרגלים היתרונות עולים על החסרונות.
• KYOUNGPHIL (9/5): - 주인분이 너무 친절했습니다. 집이 너무 깨끗하고, 넓고 좋았다. 가장 좋았던 점은 커피 메이커였어요. 커피맛이 환상적이였어요. 또 식기류들이 너무 잘 갖쳐져서 있어서 좋았고 샴푸,린스,수건, 이불 등이 풍부하고 좋았어요. 건물이 좀 낡았고, 침대가 좀 불편했어요

L’emplacement en plein centre et proche de la gare, la qualité de l’appartement, l’accueil sur place, la propreté irréprochable, la grandeur des chambres et la qualité de la literie La cuisine n’est pas très grande pour 4 personnes mais c’était suffisant pour quelques jours

• Heidi (9/5): Very clean, good location, calm and beautiful apartment - Prestige apartment was very nice, good location, very peaceful, very clean. Bedrooms were huge and comfortable, but kitchen and bathrooms very tiny. Also common area was missing, so if you'd all wanted to get together you'd have to do it in master bedroom, which is also ok. All in all, expectations were exceeded! Also area where this Prestige was located was very nice and clean. -

• Plautz (10/5): Family Heritage trip to Prague, this was a great place to set out for daily walking adventures - The apartment was great, you would never know from the outside that beautiful apartments are inside, and the stairwell was kind of old. But the actual apartment itself was beautiful, Victorian and royal looking, very clean and our apartment manager checked us in and gave great information.

• Jackiejiang (5/5): Super Disappointing Experience - inside the property, it's very clean we are very disappointed about the whole experience 1) about the key handover: we communicated before arrival and agreed on time to meet at the property, however, we waited over 45 mins at door, there is no one there, and no response on the call or message or booking's chat channel. when the person finally arrived, there is no apologize, and the person just pass through us, and say, i am going to show you the room. i am travelling with family, my parents and my little one, waited 45 mins in the cold wind, apparently that doesn't deserve any apologize in person. 2) about the property location, it's further out from the location they marked on the booking.com, it's adding on 17 mins more walking distance to the old town, if you read more carefully, they are managing several different properties, even it's not anywhere near each other, they are using the most central location to fool people around. 3) about the facility in the property, the build from outside looks fine, but as soon as you walk into the hall, the wall are peeling off, the lift is very old and tiny, we are not dare to use it. inside the property, there are lots decorations which you do not want the little one to touch or bump into (include metal sword). the photos on the website is nothing like the actual room, again, i think this is very misleading, and try to confuse people which pic is belong to which properties under their manage. all furniture are so old, so, no matter, chairs or beds, or kitchen cupboard doors, they all making squeaky noise, which is very annoying every time you move. 4) deposit and city tourist tax, they are over charge the tourist charge, they wanted cash only, we pointed out the tax showing on google does no match, they still charge more than they suppose to and refuse to take card payment. for the deposit, they are charging 100 Euro deposit. and they wanted to charge for the EARLY Departure!!! Yes, if your flight is in the morning, then good luck!

• Lisa (5/5): Passable - The apartment was tricky to find no signage outside the building. If you get to cafe susu you’re in the right place. Very dingy entrance/stairs/landing but apartment itself was clean and well stocked. However there was a problem with the toilet flush intermittently all through which they had been aware of and “maybe” a plumber would come out (not while we were there) Not the greatest place we’d stayed but we were out a lot as you generally are. Even the transfer company dropped us on main drag and the driver who did the pick up also struggled to find it. I was disappointed given the really good reviews I’d read.

• Jalilova (7/5): Great location, spacious apartment, but will not come back again due to details mentioned earlier. - Very good location, at walking distance to old town. It was spacious for a family stay. The building is old with a rather risky lift/elevator. One of the bedrooms and living room was getting pretty cold at night, making it hard to sleep. Blanket was not big enough for a double bed. The rest of the amenities in the apartment, including the sanitary items were pretty satisfactory.

Agent responsive despite holiday period Our Apartment decor was not as plush as headline pictures due to various apartments in different locations. Bed Mattress on double bed partially collapsed (Told on departure that was being replaced soon) Shower did not stay warm on second day ( managed to cope as still hot water from sink taps not realistic to expect repair over holiday weekend) One chair covering and table top damaged would have been good for Agent to mention at initial meeting . We went straight out after handover and did not notice until later in evening, Fearing we could loose our deposit we contacted agent she informed us she was aware of damage and yet again repairs were planned

• Macdonald (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, close to everything in the old city. Grocery store across the street. Easy walk from train station The apartment location was a bit difficult to find. We didn't have cell phone reception, and so could not contact the host for more instructions I would suggest photos of the hallway, and of the main door, along with instructions as to which buzzer to press for entry. We had to ask passing police for assistance in contacting the host rep, who was waiting inside the apartment, on the fifth floor behind a locked, unidentified main door

• Laura (8/5): Good value for a central Prague stay - The apartment was clean and centrally located, so it was easy to make our way to everything in the city center. It was also nicely decorated with fun Prague-inspired decor. Our room was different from the first room in the photos, but was still nice enough. The shower was also just an open bathtub with an attached shower hose, which made for some rather uncomfortable showers.

Host was friendly and professional Beds were uncomfortable - mainly because the mattress was not thick enough or wasn't on a platform to come above the side frame so sitting on edge of the bed was painful to back of thighs. Additionally, the Booking photos included all photos of a total of 3 apartments, so we were misled as to what the apartment offered. The description also implied a "family room" or common area and there was none. Bathrooms and kitchen were very small. Apartment was not well appointed - i.e. toilet paper, laundry soap, toiletries

Great location There was a great big dining table and 6 chairs in the kitchen area which wasn’t necessary as only sleeps 4. Would have been nice to have a couple of comfy sofas instead
• Gayatri (9/5): Superb - It's a lovely apartment in a nice location. The main sights are walking distance to the accommodation. It was really easy to communicate with the apartment administrator. While the apartment had a washing machine, they didn't have any detergent/washing liquid. Since tourists may not travel with that, would be nice to have some in the apartment.

Beds were very firm and pillows were a little too soft Shower head in the bath was not good. Difficult to manage with the hose as it kinked when pulled out from the nozzle. Had no reception for any TV channels.
